Hi, what happens is that I upgraded my AEM instance, I upgraded the following things:JDK: Oracle JDK 21.0.6SDK: AEM SDK v2025.1.19149.20250116T154450Z-250100I got these files from the official Adobe website: https://experience.adobe.com/#/downloads/content/software-distribution/en/general.htmlWhen I finished the installation and I wanted to edit a page I get the following error:/libs/fd/fd/af/authoring/editors/rendercondition/template/template.jsp(31,0) The absolute uri: http://www.adobe.com/taglibs/guides/2.0 cannot be resolved in either web.xml or the jar files deployed with this applicationI think it's a dependency problem in the pom.xml since I used to use JDK 11 and the 2024 SDK before this new versionsWhat can I do to fix it?

I have created multiple user groups on admin console like pre-production-publishers and pre-production-developers and provided them access to different products (dev, tst publish). How long would it take for these groups to be available on authoring environments? I see difference in terms of number of members appearing under admin console and dev environment user groups. thanks,Sailesh

Hello All, We have a requirement where we want to expose AEM servlet urls to third party application using Azure Ad Oauth authentication. We are using AEM 6.5 with 6.5.21 service pack (AEM standalone on azure VM and not AEM as cloud) We can author environment only and all servlets are secured authentication by default (Basic Auth). Instead od basic authentication, we want to use Azure Entra Oauth where third party application will get access token from Azure and pass as Bearer {access_token} in Authorization Header to AEM servlet. We want it to be server to server authentication, i.e. 2-legged authentication using client_credentials grant type. Third party will call azure, get access token, and pass it to AEM servlet. It should authenticate and servlet should be triggered. Is it possible from AEM side?  As AEM supports only 3-legged authentication not 2-legged I am not able get any firm documentation for it or any working code. Hi All, We are currently in the process of migrating to AEM as a Cloud Service. At present, our AEM 6.5 websites are hosted in China using AWS and Akamai. Since AEM as a Cloud Service is not available within China, I would like to understand how website hosting is typically managed for AEM as Cloud customers in China. Although Akamai is exiting China by June 2026, they are assisting us in transitioning to either Tencent or Wangsu, which addresses that aspect. The primary concern, however, is AEM as a Cloud Service itself. Based on the information I have gathered, AEM as a Cloud Service is not officially supported in China. I have reviewed the limited documentation and blogs available on this topic, but I would like to clarify whether not hosting the content within China would put our ICP licenses at risk of cancellation. When we heard a client’s Marketo forms weren’t showing for users of AdBlock Plus, our first thought was they were embedding forms using the old marketo.com domain, which is blocked by privacy plugins.   But no, that wasn’t it: the forms were on Marketo LPs, not embeds, and they were using a proper LP domain. Hi there,I'm Jiwon I'm wondering how to prevent already deleted leads from being re-created with Salesforce sync, as it is with the title.According to the privacy policy, marketo leads are deleted when customer reaches the destruction date. At this time, we do not delete sync leads within Salesforce.Once again, if there is a lead in Salesforce that is synced with a lead that has been deleted from Marketo, the lead remains in Salesforce. The problem is that if the lead records remaining in Salesforce are modified, the lead will be created in Marketo again.Deleted marketo reads are filled with [destruction date] and [destruction reason] fields.I want to prevent these two fields filled marketo leads from being generated again with Salesforce sync. I'd really appreciate it if you could tell me how. Thanks,Jiwon

Hi all,we want to use Adobe Target to personalize a Banner on our Website. Our Website is set up in 25 languages.We already implemented Adobe Target and can personalize our Banner using Audiences and a JSON-Offer. This works fine. So e.g. i choose the audience "de" for Germany and the customer_segment "xs", i create the JSON-Offer for this Audience and everything works fine. The problem is that i need to create for each language and customer_segment combination a new experience. If i have 4 customer segments -> then i have to create 4 x 25 (languages) = 100 Experiences.I think it would be better to have only 4 Experiences (the 4 customer segment audiences) and the experience/ JSON-Offer uses dynamic values for the correct translation of each element.Our implemented mbox is sending the "userLanguage" with the value of e.g. "de".The idea is that we use "Profile Scripts" to create the translation dependent on the "userLanguage" So the final offer JSON offer contains plac

is it possible to programatically add profile properties to a user profile from web ?   I can't find anything on if this is possible or how to do it.  I'm trying to make a call from a page on my site that would add a user properties (user.someProp) to the visitor of the site so I can use it in a Profile Script for audience segmentations.

When converting an issue into a project with a specified template, I've noticed that certain settings aren't being pulled in. Template didn't use the correct Schedule Mode typeProgram didn't assign even though it's listed on templateJust wondering if anyone else has experienced this before?  I have created a module to update the project after the fact but I would rather not have to do this every time something doesn't pull over.

I have started playing around with the new email editor in Marketo and I love it so far, but was curious about column sizes. I was trying to figure out when using 2:2 columns if you can adjust the size manually. There are options, but I cannot see a way to resize one side, it seems pre-determined. Also when adding any type of padding around an image, it overlaps the other side. 

Hi Team, I wanted to confirm - Does audience need to be in same workspace in adobe target where it is being used in activity?I have created an audience in one of the PROD sandboxes in AEP, and creating activity in same workspace in adobe target.However, this audience is reflecting in default workspace in AEP. I want to confirm if it affects the activity.

False alerts are bad news.  Apart from being very annoying, they can cause you to lose trust in your alerts, leading you to ignore real problems. Out of the box Adobe does not offer a way to turn off hourly alerts overnight. This can lead to false alerts being sent as volumes drop and the data becomes more volatile.  However, there is an easy method to disable hourly alerts during specific hours... Imagine a scenario where you wanted to create an alert when 'orders' are below or equal to 1000, but you didn't want this alert to operate between 1:00am and 6:59am. Does anyone use Workfront as a tool to house full year marketing plans? We are currently using WF only has a project intake & management tool. We are looking for a solution for our marketing directors to input their full year plans which would then have a feed or connection into WF for our account team to manage the individual projects.  I appreciate any input regarding WF or other tools. I'm wanting to set up a Win-Back lead nurture program, targeting closed/lost opportunities. I feel like it makes sense to set it up as a trigger campaign when the opportunity is updated to closed lost, but I'm wondering what the ideal time frame for this would be? Who else has experience setting up a nurture program to target closed/lost opportunities? Thanks!!
