We raised a ticket with adobe enterprise support more than 2 months ago - but no answer yet. We have several AEM Cloud environments, including the "stage" and "production" envs (and several separate dev and test ones). We control access via the cloud admin console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/). In the cloud manger, we assign product profiles to users (not via groups as this has bugs - another outstanding multi-month ticket with adobe support). We use adobe logins (not AD). See screen shots We setup the groups and assigned the product profiles as instructed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/user-groups.html When we assign the two product profiles, which look like "AEM Adminstrators-xxx" and "AEM Users-xxx" we can then login to the author instances as expected. But, on some envs we can create/edit pages, and some we cant. In addition, some users can, and some users cant, even though they have exactly the same setup in Admin Contr

Adobe Experience Platform 101 (The Basics) by comwrap Abstract Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) easily explained AEP has been on the market for some time now and customers keep asking us what it is all about. This article is not intended to help you understand AEP in detail, but it should give you a good overview of the basic AEP construct. What does the AEP look like? First of all, "Where do I push the buttons?!" All AEP products are integrated into the same interface It depends on which products you have licensed. Below you find all current AEP products. For example, if you have purchased the Intelligent Service product, the Data Science menu item will appear. AEP and its Products (Adobe SKUs) As some of you may know: AEP is not a product you can buy. It's the products build on top of it, that you can licence. AEP itself can be seen as a very powerful database on which Adobe builds a variety of services that consume, edit, or add AEP data. Read Full Blog Adobe Experience Platfo
Adobe Experience Platform Launch by AEP-sdks Abstract Adobe Experience Cloud implementations for mobile apps leverage Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDKs for data collection and experience delivery. With the introduction of Adobe Experience Platform Edge Network data collection, client-side implementations will provide unified, purpose-based APIs to provide customers with a more modern and efficient data collection paradigm. By utilizing the latest Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDK along with the Adobe Experience Platform Edge Network extension, customers can adopt XDM (Experience Data Model) workflows for data collection. XDM data collection represents a shift from solution specific APIs to simple key / value pairs, that can be sent from both Mobile and Web properties. For instance, XDM events based on take the place of solution APIs such as trackAction and trackState calls to send analytics events. Customers that are not yet ready to fully adopt an XDM only data workflow may
Frame.io Is Joining Forces with Adobe by Adobe Abstract In March of 2015, my co-founder, John, and I launched Frame.io inside the confines of our boutique post-production company in New York City. It was a product built with a deep appreciation for the needs of video professionals, born out of our own experiences as post-production experts. By October of that same year, we had officially become a venture backed company. Vas Natarajan of Accel put a stake in the ground and took a bet on our small and mighty team, who had a bold but unproven vision for transforming the world of video. Over the past few years, our Board grew to include some of the most renowned investors in tech, all of whom have now become cherished mentors, colleagues, and friends. Thank you to Accel, Firstmark, SignalFire, Insight, and Itai Tsiddon for believing in Frame.io. We now have a global community of customers, supporters, partners, and employees. I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you. Today,

AEM - Integrating with Adobe Analytics by Adobe Docs Abstract Integrating Adobe Analytics and AEM as a Cloud Service allows you to track your web page activity. The integration requires: using the Touch UI to create an Analytics configuration in AEM as a Cloud Service. adding and configuring Adobe Analytics as an extension in Adobe Launch. For more details about Adobe Launch, see this page. Compared to previous versions of AEM, framework support is not provided in the Analytics Configuration in AEM as a Cloud Service. Instead, it is now done through Adobe Launch, which is the defacto tool for instrumenting an AEM site with Analytics capabilities (JS libraries). In Adobe Launch, a property is created where the Adobe Analytics extension can be configured and rules are created to send data to Adobe Analytics. Adobe Launch has replaced the task of analytics provided by the sitecatalyst. NOTE Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service customers who do not have an existing Analytics acco

The following issue was raised by an Adobe partner...We are facing an strange problem post AEM upgrade to 6.3.We have OSGI service configurations, that has a default value in the code (usual implementation). The service config property values are of course modified in the environment from OSGI console (http://<HOST>:4503/system/console/config). This was working in AEM 6.1. After the upgrade to AEM 6.3, we have noticed sometime in some of the environments, the modified values are not getting picked up and instead the default value from the code is getting picked up. While investigating, I don’t see anything unusual. Like the modified configurations are present under /apps/system/config. Also, I have noticed, if I rename the file.config (just an example) to file1.config and then rename back to file.config, the modified configurations are getting picked up.Could you please help us on this problem to fix it permanently?

Something like that would be so helpful. I hope someone can help me with that. Thank you.
