It would be great when you preview your email that you could also elect what email provider you could preview it in, desktop, mobile and webmail etc. These days building responsive templates it would be great to be able to view this straight in the design studio without having to use an external source.
It would be good to see a view of all emails scheduled. Many have suggested this since 2010.This an important and very helpful feature to have in Marketo. Please give this a priority.
Can we add "Engagement Program" to the drop down for discussion categories?
Idea is to create a Wait Flow Action Token that includes duration (and all the other options you get in the Wait flow step at the Smart Campaign level), then enable the Wait flow step to use this new token. Right now, the only token you can use in the Wait flow step, is Date.A Wait Flow Action Token like this would make it MUCH easier to set up nurture flows that have multiple Wait steps that are all the same duration, e.g. "5 days and wait must end on Mon-Fri at PDT."A Wait Flow Action Token would also help save time re: testing. Right now, for example, when we compress wait times to 1 hour for testing purposes, we have to go back in after testing is done and change the Wait steps in 12+ Smart Campaigns. With a Wait Flow Action Token we could set it once at the program level and it'd be done, and later if we decided to change all the wait times then we'd only have to change the Wait Flow Action Token.
I'd like to request that the api function getLeadChanges function also take a list of marketo ids, similar to the getMultipleLeads function, i.e. an array of strings. At present, you are restricted from requesting activity logs for more than the api call limit. If you could make calls in batches of 100 marketo ids this would solve so many of my problems.
We have just run a campaign and have received a huge amount of interest. As a result I need to make the list of leads avaliable to all sales reps? Is there any easy way to do this?
We are a international company and would love to let our teams in Asia use the Token function with ISO coding aka, Chinese/Japanese/Korean etc.Right now it shows ?????? in place of it.JayF
Currently when social buttons are added to a Marketo landing page they are automatically set up to work with the URL for the page they are added to. This is quite restrictive. A couple of examples are:- Embedding a Marketo landing page within your website will send a social link to the landing page URL only.- You cannot add the social buttons onto a thank you page as linking to a thank you page skips the registration process. Two quite big road blocks for using the functionality.
For the "Score is Changed" trigger, add a constraint for "previous score."
We have 7 Admins in our Application. Recently someone enabled sync without permission and because of that all the leads flown from Salesforce to the Marketo and Lead count increased to very hign number. So we had filtered out all those Leads and then deleted them out.It would be great if we could restrict access to Enable/Disable button for few Admins.
It would be great if you could use tokens for opportunity level fields in automated emails. For example, we have an automated email that goes out once their order has been shipped with their subscription start date, username, products ordered, and other opportunity level data. We currently have to do this via Salesforce but it would be great to be able to pull it into Marketo. Also, for opportunity nurture we need to be able to segment based of the product modules associated with that opportunity. Is this on the product road map at all? Thanks!
It would be great if we had the ability to filter by the logged activities "Add to SFDC Campaign", "Change Status in SFDC Campaign", and "Remove from SFDC Campaign", as these filters do not exist when attempting to create a Smart List.Thanks.
Something that will verify the integrity of the HTML templates based on client end points. (gmail, yahoo, thunderbird, outlook, etc)
Everytime i submit a new support case, i don't need a confirmation email. I can easily see all of my cases in the app itself. Also, when a case is closed, i get 2 emails. one telling me the case is closed (unsubscribe, please!), and another for a feedback. I get you want feedback, but maybe some other way... i just automatically delete all these emails. Can i just unsubscribe from them instead?
You should be able to select more than 1 category for a new discussion. Just like you can here!
When a user sends an email with “send and track” through the Marketo Email Add-in for Outlook, Marketo will create a task and assign it to “Marketo Automation.” Our sales management needs to be able to track and report on how many emails their team has sent, but when the task is assigned to “Marketo Automation” instead of the user who sent it, this isn’t possible. I know if they send through Marketo Sales Insight, it will correctly assign the task to the correct user, but our team likes to use Marketo for Outlook. Support told me this is not possible to have the Marketo Email Add-in create the task to the correct user – does anyone have any work around’s they use to accomplish this? Is this something Marketo could work on creating? It’s very important for our sales team. Thanks.
Adobe Connect recently released a session function where several sessions can be scheduled inside the same seminar room. However, the Marketo integration doesn't recognize these sessions so the time and date is just set to whenever the seminar room was created.I'd like Marketo to support the session function so that i can re-use the same seminar room for several webinars.
We have a scoring system that notifies lead/contact owners when a person hits a certain score.Would be great to have the option to notify the lead or contact owner AS WELL AS that person's manager as identified in the SFDC hierarchy.Lead follow up is MUCH less likely to get dropped if a manager is included on notifications.
At the moment, you have to remember to add the view in browser link on any emails you create. It would be good if this was automatically added to emails or at least be able to add it in your email templates in the design studio.
Sometimes I would like to see who clicked a particular link. I know you can do this by running a different report than the link performance report for each link separately.But... It would be really great if I could click on either the number of the link in the email link history report to see the actual leads who clicked.
I wasn't able to find one if there was, but it would be nice to have a "next article" or "next tutorial" button when you are going through the articles in Deep Dive Tutorials.
This should be really simple to do, and I use Google Chrome so not 100% sure it’s the same on all browsers. But on Google Chrome, Marketo opens Marketing Activities & Lead Database in a separate tab and then the community in a separate tab again. Now if I close my Marketing Activities & Lead Database tab, I actually have to log back in to get back into Marketo to get back to my Marketing Activities & Lead Database tab, I can't get there from my community tab.A link that takes me from the community to my Marketing Activities & Lead Database would be really useful and productive.
We do not have 100s of images in our 'images and Files' area in the Design Studio yet. Some times for a new email campaign, we want to find out if we have an image we can use already uploaded in Marketo. But to check that, one have to 'click' on an image to see what image is it. Once clicked, the image opens (and replaces the listing of the images). To see the next image, one need to redo the same action again and again.Add to this that there is no 'back' button of functionality to go to the listing of the image folder again. It can be very time consuming process to find an image this way.Granted, we can use naming conventions to reduce this scenario but though it would be a low-hanging fruit for Marketo product team to enhance functionality quickly.Suggestion:Why not add a 'hoover' functionality. While browsing the list of images (or even files if possible) Marketo can show the image or file preview in a small window. Thus pinpointing an image or file will be very fast as hoovering mou
Hey guys,Munchkin is now incompatible with the latest jQuery version. It mistakes it for an old jQuery and then loads its own version from Marketo, which is actually older than the latest jQuery. The Munchkin script seems to assume that the newest jQuery, version 1.10, is the same as "1.1". The offending regular expression in Munchkin is:/^([0-9])\.([0-9])\.?([0-9])?\.?([0-9])?$/ Which assumes that each division in the jQuery version string is a single digit. jQuery 1.10 breaks this assumption. The correct regular expression to use is: /^([0-9]+)\.([0-9]+)\.?([0-9]+)?\.?([0-9]+)?$/ Any chance you guys can fix this regex and post a new version? Cheers!
Would be great if we could list items inside a sub-folder alpha-numerically (since that is the way we name our materials). It would make reading through the tree directory much easier.
