Hi, I'm new to this forum, so am unsure if it's the right space to ask this question. When I was accessing an unrelated website today, I happened to notice from the taskbar that another activity was in progress. Opening it showed that Adobe was unilaterally trying to open my previously downloaded files! I had not initiated any action to open any pdf files, so I quickly terminated the tab. Fortunately, the latest downloaded files had been renamed, so it couldn't find them. Is it normal for Adobe to kick off such activities or has it been hacked?

Introduction When working with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), encountering "No Value" entries in reports and dashboards prompts important questions about data quality, collection methods, and reporting accuracy. These instances need careful monitoring as they may reveal hidden gaps in data collection. The main challenge lies in distinguishing between two scenarios: when "No Value" entries need investigation by data source providers, and when they simply reflect the natural flow of data into CJA. Understanding this distinction is crucial for maintaining efficient analytics operations. This guide will help you make informed decisions about "No Value" appearances in your CJA implementation. Understanding "No Value" in CJA "No Value" appears in CJA reports when a dimension has no corresponding metric value during the reporting period, regardless of the report type. Seeing "No Value" in your reports isn't always a sign of an error or data collection issue. It's often an e

Huge thanks to @andywat and the Adobe Workfront Product team for joining today’s webinar and sharing their expertise around Workfront Planning! If you’re just getting started with implementing Workfront Planning, consider a team-first approach rather than enterprise-wide implementation to help with adoption efforts Federal vs State Model: Set up a governance strategy where teams (states) adopt Workfront Planning autonomously within guided parameters, rather than waiting for complete enterprise-wide (federal) implementation Key Benefits of Team-First Approach: Faster adoption, reduced resistance, built-in evangelists, lower support burden for admins, and real-world feedback to inform enterprise-scale design decisions If you missed our session, we have links to the slide deck, recording, resources, and summarized Q&A below. In today’s digital landscape, capturing high-quality leads is essential to driving pipeline and revenue. Adobe Dynamic Chat empowers businesses to engage website visitors through automated dialogues or live chat, while adding Conversation Scoring ensures your team focuses on the most promising prospects. 🔥 What Is Dynamic Conversation Scoring? Dynamic Chat Conversation Scoring assigns a numerical value from 0 to 3, visually represented as flames, to each interaction. These scores are based on: Predefined goal cards within dialogues, or Manual scoring by live agents during real-time conversations. This scoring system helps prioritize high-intent leads for sales follow-up while nurturing others through appropriate marketing tracks. Weighing Dialogue Goals Strategically Whether you’re running multiple dialogues with distinct goals or a single dialogue with various goals, not all goals carry equal weight. For example: A lead
We're hoping to run AEM under Java 11 but our SAML login and the internal (/libs/granite/core/content/login.html) login no longer work after updating the JVM (and still doesn't work when moving back to Java 1.8).The error I see for internal login is: User name and password do not match. For SAML, the process stalls on the IdP - never redirecting back to AEM.Interestingly, I can login to the AEM publish instance via the internal (/libs/granite/core/content/login.html) after switching it to JVM 11.Here are some steps I've taken:Initially, we tried deploying code compiled with Java 11 (but targeted to 1.8) to run on an AEM instance running under Java 1.8 - the new code did not start. At some point we needed to delete a "repoinit" folder on author and publish to successfully start AEM (after deploying the Java 11 built code). To run AEM under Java 11 - the following was added to sling.properties org.osgi.framework.bootdelegation: jdk.internal.reflect,jdk.internal.reflect.*I hav

First and foremost, a huge thank you to Erika and Brooke from the Adobe Software Development Team for taking the time this morning to share their expertise and recommendations around upgrading Fusion scenarios to Event Subscriptions V2. Looking to level up and set yourself apart as a Marketo consultant? Passing the new Architect exam will move you into an elite tier of Marketo users and prove to prospective clients that you know how to lead Marketo projects from conception all the way through to implementation. The Architect exam replaces the previous presentation exam that was required by Marketo to achieve this certification. According to this post in the Marketo forum, there were less than 150 Marketo Certified Solutions Architects as of December 2017 so this is definitely an exclusive club to be a part of. Marketo released this new exam format to help with scaling and make it easier for people to become architect-certified. Since I am a Certified Expert I was part of the lucky bunch that got a sneak peek at the new Architect Exam in October 2021. I passed the beta test and as of September 2023, I recently passed the online renewal exam so I can share a more updated version of my e
Marketers constantly seek smarter ways to build segmentations or profiles for targeting the right audience through the right channels at the right time. While traditional segmentation is helpful to gauge the intent based on behavior, demographics, or engagement activities, it often falls short in predicting future behavior. That’s where Marketo’s Predictive Audiences come in useful. I have recently started to explore this feature and its capabilities so I aim to highlight potential practical use cases and share how Marketo users can start thinking about integrating Predictive Audiences to upscale their marketing automation strategy. 1. What Are Predictive Audiences in Marketo? Predictive Audiences utilizes AI and Machine learning models to score and segment leads based on their likelihood to engage with your campaigns. It helps marketers shift from manual segmentation to intelligent, data-driven targeting. Predictive Audiences in Marketo Engage provides the following features:

When it comes to formulas in Marketo, most users have doubts about how to use them and their real benefits.Formulas can be used for several purposes, such as data cleaning, formatting, validating emails, defining segmentation, applying advanced math to campaigns, among others. In this article I’ll provide an overview of your options for using formulas in Marketo and the possibilities from each one. Formula Field in MarketoFormula Field in Marketo is very limited and can’t truly apply formulas to your campaigns. In Marketo Admin section you can create a New Custom Field with Type: Formula. This field allows you to generate values based on data from other fields. For example:If Marketo Social Gender is Male, Value: Dear Mr. {{Lead.First Name}}If Marketo Social Gender is Female, Value: Dear Ms. {{Lead.First Name}} The formula field is added as a token in an email and will follow the rule you defined during setup. See how to use formula field here. The Formula field in Marketo is simple and
Hi All, I created a page properties, the image upload feature is not working when creating a page. Hello folks, I've created Data Distiller audience, and after initial batch it worked. Now I've overwritten the dataset with a new batch using this. I can see the dataset being updated (initial batch deleted and new one ingested). However, the audience is stuck in the "Processing" status (since multiple days now) and segment memberships are not being updated in the profile with a new date. Recreated the test with same end result. Is there something I'm missing, or do DD audiences only work with "insert into" and not with "insert overwrite into"? Mauri

In this post, we’ll explore how the Object Browser in Data Distiller simplifies query authoring by providing quick and efficient access to datasets and metadata. Designed for large environments with numerous datasets, the Object Browser eliminates the need to keep multiple tabs open allowing you to focus more on building your queries while navigating through the dataset structure at the same time. Using the Object BrowserThe Object Browser helps you easily search and filter datasets within your database. To navigate your dataset:Enter a table name in the search field to dynamically filter available tables based on your input.Alternatively, select Tables to expand and browse the full list of datasets and tables. All datasets in your selected database are displayed in a navigation rail on the left side of the Query Editor, providing a consistent view of available data. Exploring Related TablesSome tables have related or child tables. You can click the arrow next to a table name to ex
