All email validation services fundamentally do the same thing: look up the domain to see if it has an MX record if it has one, connect to the MX and pretend they’re about to send an email quit after sending RCPT TO, before sending a message body report whether RCPT TO returned 250 OK or not[1] They can — okay, since I’ve built such services myself, we can — dress ’em up with “heuristic analysis” and “suspicious domain databases,” but the foundation is the same. Hi team, Has anyone tried using Universal Editor with AEM 6.5? I'm specifically looking to understand the setup required for an on-prem AEM 6.5.22 environment for a SPA application. The Universal Editor documentation mentions support for versions 6.5.21+ but lacks details on the necessary setup required to run it on environments. What is required for a successful setup in an environment for content authors (not for local development)? Does it require a separate license or the Universal Editor Service running outside of AEM? Any insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Hi all, My instance of AEM is having an issue with our Workfront connector. As of last week, users can't create linked project folders. We're also unable to access linked project folders that were previously uploaded, so users without a DAM license can't access the files they added to Workfront in the last 2 years. We met with a Workfront rep, but they believed it was an issue on the Workfront side. Still waiting to hear back from our AEM Assets reps. Anyone else having similar issues? Or any recommended approaches? Thanks,Morgan
Hello,We are currently looking into the integration of our development tools and Adobe Cloud Manager, specifically to integrate 3rd party packages that are NOT available through public repositories. After checking the documentation, it seems there are 2 options :Integrate with a private password protected maven repositoryThis approach currently raises security concernsThe preferred integration pattern would be OIDCUse the file based local repositoryAccording to this explanation, we can basically store the artifacts in our GIT repo so that they are retrieved as any other code source and then used as a dependencyThis is not a my preferred option but we'll do it if we have toAm I listing all possible options here ? Are there any other possibilities ? We also scanned through the API doc but did not find anything to push artifacts into Cloud Manager. Thanks in advance for your answer !

Hello everyone,I'm currently dealing with the renewal of our Workfront contract and wanted to gather opinions on the new licensing model. It seems like a revenue-driven move, and the lack of advance notice going into the financial year isn't giving off a positive vibe. It appears that all Planners and Workers will need to upgrade to the Standard license, which costs similar to what Planners currently do. Reviewers, previously free, now have to upgrade to Light, as the Contributor license is limited to making no more than 5 decisions a month (which I find quite perplexing). The removal of basic functionality from the Light license, such as completing assigned tasks and generating proofs, means Workers have to be unnecessarily upgraded to Standard.Has anyone gone through this process already and have any suggestions? Thanks,Marta
We are on AEM 6.5 and using acs commons package - 5.4.0. We are able to OOTB features of CCVAR i.e. page_properties inherited_page_properties But we want to use custom properties with custom prefix(Read a configuration/component and get values from it instead of using page properties). Tried to extend the properties as per (https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/contextual-content-variables/index.html) but could not. Has anyone tried implementing ContentVariableProvider and was able to add custom properties?

Introduction In today's fast-paced digital landscape, releasing new features quickly and safely is crucial for staying competitive. Feature flags (also known as feature toggles) are a powerful tool that enables you to do just that. They allow you to turn features on or off without deploying new code, making them an essential tool for managing feature rollouts, A/B testing, and continuous integration. Adobe Target, a leading personalization and optimization tool, integrates feature flags to enhance your testing and targeting strategies. In this article, we’ll dive into what feature flags are, how to use them in Adobe Target, the benefits of doing so, and how to execute A/B tests with feature flags. We'll also explore real-world case studies and best practices What Are Feature Flags? Feature flags are a technique in software development that allows features to be conditionally enabled or disabled. They provide the ability to decouple feature releases from code deployment, allowing develo

Connecting Marketo to Zapier allows you to unlock a world full of automation and integration capabilities. One way to do this is by sending a webhook from Marketo to Zapier containing information about an event or person and then using this to trigger a workflow to leverage all of the 3rd party integrations and automation tools that Zapier has which Marketo does not. If you want to learn how to set up webhooks in Marketo, see different use cases, and how to troubleshoot issues then check out the Webhook Quick Start Guide. In this blog post I will show you how to: Set up a Zap in Zapier to receive a webhook from Marketo Configure your webhook in Marketo to send to Zapier Request this webhook from the flow of a Marketo smart campaign I will use the example of sending information from a form fill in Marketo to Zapier so that a Jira ticket can be created and populated using the form fill information and a Slack message sent to notify people of the ticket’s creat
