Description - Improve the speed of deleting projects Why is this feature important to you - Because the time of deleting projects takes a long time, the last one I deleted 6 copies takes 1 day to delete. How would you like the feature to work - The changes in our dashboard of projects will be fast in real time. Current Behaviour - It slow aprox 1 day.
Description - As the subject field is mandatory and Adobe does not provide the possibility to deactivate it, it would be good to be able to rename this field or modify the label Why is this feature important to you - The name subject is not enough for a briefing form and this name does not make sense for all briefings. This leads to misunderstandings. How would you like the feature to work - The best solution would be to be able to deactivate this field, the others would be to be able to rename it or at least setup a label / instructions for it. Current Behaviour - not possible
As an Admin I need to view User Profiles. After Viewing the User profile there is a frequent need to Logon As the user. There needs to be a link to clink and logon as the User on both the User Profile "Home Page" and also on the Left Nav Bar when the User Profile is edited.
There are many ways to log time and we use them all. We even add a task to every project called admin time logging for work concentrated to a specific project but not detailed in a task. We have recently restructured our work and we are going to have coordinators own the projects and keep them moving quickly and smoothly but likely the coordinators will not have tasks. If we could turn on a feature in the left nav so each project had this default option, we could avoid adding a generic task to the beginning of each project to log time. This also would be helpful for other roles as well as coordinators.Once a project is opened, the coordinator could click on the left nav and this weeks time sheet would appear for that project and could easily be completed without leaving to go to another location to log time. Similar to logging on a task or issue. Thanks!SuzyF
Not sure if this will go anywhere because there probably aren't enough people following this channel to vote it up to get he required votes, but worth a shot. Currently, when you use fusion to convert an issue to a project, the custom data doesn't come over. No biggie, you can then update the project with the info from the request. However, if you have 10 form you need 10 flows. And if each form has 100 fields, you must manually map each field from the request to the project. Now take this further and you want to change the name or add a field.. Yep. Update the flow. It would be AWESOME if we could either convert with a switch (include custom data) or have a sub-object that we could pull over for the custom data without mapping each item. If the key doesn't exist in the new project object, it is dropped. If it exists it gets mapped. Sounds similar to the "CONVERT ISSUE TO PROJECT" button in the user interface, no?
We would like the ability to select two parents on a workflow stage, both needing to be approved before going to the child of the two.
Description - A new parameter field type "table" to be added to the custom form with size selection (no. of rows, no.of columns) & field type selection (number cell, date cell, text cell) & color coding for cells Why is this feature important to you - It is important to obtain certain crucial information in the form of a table to go ahead with the work request How would you like the feature to work - Allow selection of a table with size, field type, color coding, aggregation Current Behaviour - No feature to add a table type parameter field to the custom form
We need the ability to create a group or folder for our Project Templates, similar to how groups are used for Proof Workflow Templates in Proof HQ. Currently, we have several templates we use and this would be beneficial for organization during request conversions.
Issue -The Layout Templates are a great way to tailor the user experience in the system. However, we use the system at an enterprise level with various tenants using the system using the Group setup. The problem is we have users that work with multiple groups in the system. The layout template assigned to them as part of their home group may not align when they are working on work objects from another group. For example, a User 1 in Group A may hide Business Case section of a project to meet their operational needs. However, User 1 may have to work on a project that is managed by Group B that uses Business Case. Because User 1's layout template hides Business Case, they cannot see the Business Case section in Group B's project. How would you like the feature to work -I would like layout templates differentiate between overall/default view of the system, and the context of the object they are looking at (portfolio, program, proje
Description -Why is this feature important to you - In. last 3/4 years of working with various use cases I have delt with, a very common use case I came across is creating segment using some date field where the audience building criteria is:date is before current timestampdate is after current timestamp For last 3/4 years, I have been handling this type of requests/requirementsusing data distiller Query Service Only ORhave an additional field "status" and requesting data source to derive and set the value or adding computed field mapping in the dataflow during ingestion All these options create an additional complexity. As users of AEP is mainly expected to be marketers, I think for this type of simple use cases, reaching out to IT team pushes the capability AEP in bad place - I have seen people raising eyebrows. There are so many features getting added in AEP every month. Can't we expect an enhancement in AEP Audience Builder UI to be able to do t
Description -Why is this feature important to you - Because fusion history is only available for 1 month, there are times we cannot determine the source or duration of a given issue. How would you like the feature to work - we would like an API that we can subscribe to from an external log monitoring tool. Current Behaviour -Fusion logs only contain 1 month of history.
Currently I can pull bot name as a dimension and bot pageviews as a metric in Analysis Workspace. And I can pull IP address or user agent in Data Warehouse. But I can't pull bot name or bot pageviews in Data Warehouse and I can't pull IP address or user agent in Analysis Workspace (at least out of the box) and breakdown bot name by IP. I would love the ability in either Workspace or Warehouse, (but ideally both), to be able to breakdown bot name by IP address/user agent, but right now there's not a great way to do that.Customer care confirmed this was the case. Here's a brief summary of our discussion for future references:You were looking to pull out bot reports in Data Warehouse. I informed you that its not possible as bots are excluded from the reporting. The Bot reports are only available in the Workspace and that too, separate from rest of the report suite data. Further, you wanted to enquire if its possible to pull out Bot Reports with IP Address or User Agent. Un
It's frustrating that I can't add a Task Status column to Project Templates. Our company relies on status to traffic projects between our creative and account staff. I want to pre-program tasks with certain statuses when the Template is opened into a project. Please make this change in the near future. Thank you.
Description -The Workfront Sharepoint Graph API connector should support “Sites.Selected” scope. Why is this feature important to you -Having a more restrictive scope should allow for granular control to Sharepoint sites and Sharepoint admins will be able to control access to sites exposed to Workfront more effectively. How would you like the feature to work -The Workfront Sharepoint connector should support the “Sites.Selected” scope (in addition to/instead of “Sites.ReadWriteAll”). The previous version of the Sharepoint connector (legacy) supported access to a subset of site collections. Current Behaviour -The Sharepoint connector currently allows access to all sites that the user has access to, with no way of restricting access to sites relevant to Workfront only. This is also a security risk because we are now forced to allow access to all sites, instead of limiting access to what is required.
As customers utilize newer features within GTW, the use case for this feature will grow and it would ideal for the integration with Marketo to support this.
Current state you can only filter stories on the Team Scum board (iteration) by team member. When there are numerous stories in an iteration across multiple projects, it is difficult to view and address during stand ups. The boards area has the ability to filter on different items, which project is an option. Unfortunately, the boards area does not offer a Scrum option. It would be great to add some of the filter options that board has in the Team Iteration section.
Description - The Job Role object appears to have the DATA_EXTENDABLE flag in the Workfront API. It would be very useful in the UI to allow custom forms/fields to exist on the Job Role object. Why is this feature important to you - Much of our organizational KPI metrics are based on Job Roles. As such, many of our Workfront reports use the Job Role as either a filter or a grouping depending on the report. To give some examples, our Job Roles can have different metrics like expected hours, anticipated performance goals, sustainability metrics, among other organizational-specific items. Right now, I have to pull Workfront reports out to Excel, and then cross-reference/VLOOKUP against my standard metric list before presenting the reports to leadership. A custom form/fields would allow me to display this data natively in a Workfront report/dashboard. How would you like the feature to work - Allow adding custom fields/forms to the Job Role o
Description - Make it easy to locate a particular folder using Graph API option in the documents section. Problem - When I search for a particular folder, it gives multiple results with the same name (making it difficult to go for the correct folder). In the example image below, I'm trying to search for 'Development' folder and there is no way for me identify the folder I'm looking for. Why is this feature important to you - I'm trying to introduce this option to Project Managers for them to use project documents effectively. How would you like the feature to work - Some way to indicate hierarchical name of the parent folder(s). Current Behaviour - No indication of hierarchical folder name(s).
Description - Be able to link the Object "Projects" into the Widget. Why is this feature important to you - We have many Users who utilize the Workfront Widget in Salesforce to submit Requests in Workfront that get routed to the appropriate Project. There is a Project Tab within the Widget that our Users have been asking to be able to use to streamline their work and reduce duplicative efforts. How would you like the feature to work - Link the Projects that were created outside of the Widget to the Widget.Current Behaviour - Unable to use the Project tab feature as Objects created outside of the Widget are unable to be linked to the Widget.
Description - Add these chart option types to the Chart tab of Reports Why is this feature important to you - We have so much data of all different types that needs to be displayed differently depending on the story the data is telling. How would you like the feature to work - Allow Users to select from either a Doughnut, Comparison, Funnel, Spider and Radar, or Pyramid Chart in addition to the current options of Column, Pie, Bar, Line, Gauge, and Bubble.Current Behavior - Users only have the current options of Column, Pie, Bar, Line, Gauge, and Bubble Chart options.
Description -Why is this feature important to you - I can reduce fields by using the External Lookup but I cannot then limit the display of other fields based on my value outputHow would you like the feature to work - Perhaps Display logic will also need the ability to use the APICurrent Behaviour - Display logic only on Radio Buttons, Normal Dropdowns and Checkboxes
We love the new edit allocation feature in the Workload balancer. It would be even cooler if actual hours already logged could be shown, or related to adjusting allocations. For example, if a task has 20 planned hours, and 5 actual hours were logged on the first day of the task, then the allocation for the remaining days should show the remaining planned hours (15) split across the remaining days, and the first day should show 5 actual hours and not be editable.
Description - It would be helpful to have the ability to lock Home widget placements as part of layout templatesWhy is this feature important to you - Users are moving critical widgets below the fold and missing important info since it's further down the page and not readily visible. Admins set up the layout default as the ideal setting above the fold and asked users to not edit, but I'm constantly having to rearrange widget layouts when logged in as users. How would you like the feature to work - In layout templates, have the ability to lock critical widgets in key placements (ex. the top left and right placements) Current Behaviour - Currently users have the flexibility to do whatever with their layout and I've noticed delays with approvals. My Work and My Approvals are the 2 critical widgets that users need visibility on at any given time to make sure they're completing their approvals due same day.
We currently use the metric "Adobe Advertising - CPC" and "Adobe Advertising - Costs" in our reports with a key metric summary visualisation. The problem is, the color highlighting Costs/CPC decreases = red or Costs/CPC increases = green is not correct in this case and make visual analysis more difficult. If Costs/CPC decreases, the colour in the visualisation should be green and if it increases, it should be red. Would be very nice if this could be configured in some way or at least corrected for these metrics.
PMs spend a tedious amount of time letting the clients know that a project has been scheduled in Workfront telling them what the start date is and what the completion date is. It would be great if, once a project is scheduled and marked as current, an update or email automatically gets sent to the client on when the project is scheduled to start and when it is scheduled to be completed.
