Adobe have announced a while ago that the login experience for Marketo Engage will be migrated to Adobe ID. A welcome step in the process of integrating Marketo Engage into the Adobe Experience platform for many, but in the process I have seen several threads on the Community and other platforms where users ran into problems with the migration process. After liaising with the product team, here’s some tips on how navigate the process smoothly. Communication with your Marketo Engage System Admin You will be alerted via your Marketo Engage System Admin that the migration of your instance is scheduled. However, for many Marketo Engage customers it is not very clear who has the role of System Admin, they may not be an actual Marketo Engage user or have left the company. So if you want to be on top of the process and are unsure of who the System Admin is, I suggest to contact Marketo Support. They can tell you who has this role and can process a request to change this too. If
Hello. We have some issues related to MSM Live Copy inheritance in AEM Cloud. The functionality of re-enabling MSM component inheritance doesn't work for all our components which have cq:responsive node across all our environments in cloud manager. At the same time it works locally with the same aem-sdk version and the same version of our source code. When we are trying to re-enable inheritance for some component with cq:responsive node, we are getting 500 Internal Server Error for the POST request to re-enable inheritance in browser console. Also we have checked the error logs of our instance, there we were found such error message: POST /content/.../content_component.msm.conf HTTP/1.1] com.day.cq.wcm.msm.impl.servlets.LiveRelationshipServlet Error while updating relationship java.lang.IllegalStateException: The relation given is not cancelled, can not reenable. The error message says that the relation is not cancelled, but as we can see from the page editor and from JCR - t
Hi, My client is using ACC for channel communications and reporting, and will start using AJO eventually. To provide smooth transition from ACC to AJO, I am preparing a document which provides details around various features that both the products support and don't support or AJO features in plan to release around the year. It would be helpful to hear from community members about their discovery and analysis while providing support on AJO. Any detail/document that you had used to compare the features or additional to AJO will be of great help. Thanks, Jyoti

Is there a way to debug the following code where the line for the console.log doesn't log the message "Test message" in console? But the next line alert("Test Alert") works fine. $(document).ready(function() { console.log("Test message"); alert("Test Alert");}); One more thing to notice is in below code, "0000" is printed in output but not "99": <script>$(document).ready(function(){ console.log("99");});console.log("0000");</script> I have tried changing the version of the jquery CDN link to the previous versions and am still facing the same issue.Using this version of jquery:<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.7.1/jquery.min.js"></script>

Hi everyone, I have a website in AEM Cloud, with custom CDN Imperva (that should be forwarding the header, since is exposing it also in the response section) and my goal is to redirect users based on their country, to the correct site. Here is what I've done:Added "X-Aem-Client-Country" both in the clientheaders.any and the site.farm file. In the last one is in the /cache /headers sectionAdded "Header set Vary "X-Aem-Client-Country" in the site.vhost fileAdded custom rewrites in the rewrite.rules file. Here is an example:RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/?$RewriteCond %{HTTP:X-Aem-Client-Country} ^US$ [NC]RewriteRule ^.*$ /en-us [R=301,L]As a "default" page I've left a "country choice" page that should hit when the country code is not among the ones specified in the rewrite.rules fileI've tried also with the name of the header in uppercase or lowercase but it changes nothing. Maybe I'm forgetting something, but the situation right now is that the site is not redirecting to specific
We've all had these moments of dread. Your Salesforce admin pings you on Instant Message, and asks you... "Why is Marketo updating {insert random data value not associated at all with Marketing}?" You go into Marketo, and upon doing some research you find that the record was indeed updated, but in the Marketo Activity Log you can clearly see that the record update was made by "sfdc" (Salesforce). You, after conducting some research/troubleshooting, reply back to your Salesforce admin and tell them that Marketo is telling you that the record was updated by Salesforce. They, however, reply back to you and share a screenshot of the Salesforce record with the record history, and Salesforce is telling them that the record update was attributed to "Marketo Sync" (let's assume that this is the name of your sync profile). Who's right? Technically, you both are but you need some more information to help you have this conversation with your
Introduction The process of making Adobe Analytics (AA) Analysis Workspace projects available in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) requires careful AA administrative planning, preparation, and execution. It's crucial to understand that this isn't a one-way migration where AA projects are deprecated, but rather an admin-driven "porting" of AA projects to CJA at a specific point in time for a given Analysis Workspace project. Be mindful of the prerequisites for this process, including supported ingestion pathways, CJA-side Connection and Data View setup requirements, and CJA Data Views user permission provisioning. Adobe Experience League outlines the porting workflow, covering the steps to take within Adobe Analytics, instructions on how to retry a failed migration, and guidance on monitoring the porting progress of AA projects to CJA using the Admin component migration page. This diagram illustrates the key steps in the porting process, from initial organizational alignment to

If any of the following concerns are on your mind, it's a good idea to explore server-side data collection as an alternative strategy. Consider when the following may apply Page Performance - If your organization prioritizes delivering an optimal user experience, focusing on improving page load times and JavaScript event handling, while simultaneously undertaking significant marketing efforts to send data to diverse destinations for enhanced user acquisition and tailored content to boost customer engagement. Assurance (formerly Project Griffon) is a tool within Adobe Experience Platform designed for implementation validation. It is extremely helpful to check extension versions, inspect data values, store testing logs, and troubleshoot implementation issues. While Assurance can help to validate your Web SDK implementation, it is particularly useful for mobile app implementations as it replaces tools like Charles that can be difficult to use for specific use cases such as validating an Analytics implementation. This blog will guide you through getting started with Assurance and key tools to help you with your mobile app validation. Installing & Registering Assurance To get started with Assurance, install and register the extension in your app. First, add the AEP Assurance extension in your Tags property. This step should be relatively easy as there is nothing to configure within the extension - just search the catalog for AEP Assurance, install the extension, and publish your libra
Revenue Impact refers to the influence that changes or interventions have on an organization’s total revenue. It serves as a tangible measure of success and informs decision-making. For organizations aiming for growth and optimization, revenue impact is a critical tool.
