If I have a PDF with comments in it, the comments are unable to be imported along with proof uploads. We often times receive files from our vendors or authors where they commented and we need to route the PDF and comments for internal review. It will be very helpful if the comments can be imported with the PDF during proof uploads.
Description - If an admin uses the Log in as function to login as a specific user, this action should not update the fields lastLoginDate and loginCount. Why is this feature important to you - We need a way to monitor, when a user really logged in to the system. Therefore the fields lastLoginDate and loginCount should be used. To test / double check specific system settings (e.g. object sharing) our admin team often uses the Log in as functionality. Unfortunately this updates the mentioned fields lastLoginDate and loginCount. As far as I found out, this update seems to only be done once a day. So, if you login as another user multiple times on the same day, the loginCount is not increased. How would you like the feature to work - As there is also an audit for login sessions under the endpoint AUDS, the fields in the USER entry should only be updated, if someone really logged into the account using the corresponding credentials.Current Behaviour - The fi
As type-ahead fields are possible for certain types (e.g. users) we would need an option for multi-value fields here as well.E.g. if we define a project team setup in a custom for, we are not able to assign multiple users to one role.
My team has a need for being able to filter the Awaiting My Approval Widget. We have created a custom approval workflow in Proof, however there is no option to filter within this widget for different teams or groups, or different workflows, etc. This would enable us to manage our work better. It would also be advantageous to be able to approve or submit for Changes required by a checkbox within the widget. There are times that as a reviewer, I view many proofs in a day and it would be easier for me to manage if I can "mass approve" once I've viewed.
Description - Give Admins the ability to turn off the Contributor User Limit Reached emails that are auto generated. Why is this feature important to you - these emails are unnecessary since the user automatically moves from contributor to light user. We also have dashboard reporting in our instance to monitor this change and don't need additional emails. How would you like the feature to work - allow the admin to opt out of receiving contributor user limit reached emails.Current Behaviour - emails are auto generated for each admin user.
Description - Control custom reminder notification settings at a group level Why is this feature important to you - Reminder notifications are almost useless because each Department/Team/Group in Workfront has different needs for different reminders. How would you like the feature to work - It would be nice to say send request assignees for Team A a reminder when 3 days late and Team B a reminder when 1 day late, etc Current - each time you create a reminder, it is enabled/disabled globally
Description - I wish there was an option to move updates to a new copied job. Why is this feature important to you - It is nice to have the option if I have updates that remain pertinent to the new copied job.How would you like the feature to work - Just add an option for "Updates" to be copied over to a new job along with the many other options.Current Behaviour - Without the option to copy over updates, I am having to do more work to go back to the old job and copy old updates into the new job that are important to the work getting done.
Description - When creating an object using the API / Fusion, the API always creates the new entry as the API user. From a technical / auditing perspective this makes sense, but to use Fusion / the API as a tool to automate certain steps, it should be possible to create entries on behalf of a user. Why is this feature important to you - To have a clean workflow, the user who is triggering a certain API action / Fusion scenario, should also be the creator of the resulting database entries. How would you like the feature to work - As it is also possible to login as a user and create objects using the UI, this should also be possible using the API.Current Behaviour - Any API operations are done as the API user / Fusion connection user
Today, if a Marketo user is entering email addresses into their system, there is no sanitization of characters that may not be allowed by RFC 6530. While the majority of Unicode is technically valid for an email address, the standard itself notes:"The local parts of those addresses MAY be made up of any ASCII characters except the control characters that RFC 5321 prohibits, although some of them MUST be quoted as specified there."If we cross-reference this section of RFC 5321, you'll notice that it explicitly calls out that the specific characters noted are "control characters (US-ASCII 0-31 and 127; inclusive)". Likewise, any form of whitespace is explicitly excluded from the email spec: RFC 5321, Section 4.1.2 defines the syntax for mailbox, local-part, and domain, which excludes whitespace and RFC 5322, Section 3.2.3 details the allowed characters (atext) for atoms and dot-atoms, excluding whitespace. Recently, I was working with a client who had a record's email address f
Adobe development team made a recent update to the documents tab, where the document counter on the Project level is now counting folders and assets on the root level only. Prior to this update, the counter reflected the number of actual documents. Our users found this update counter-intuitive. The “Document count” is no longer actually advising on how many documents there are. And we don’t see any value in knowing how many empty folders there are. We would like Adobe to revert this update back to its original behavior.
Description - Currently there is no way system admins can check who scheduled or cancelled Sandbox refreshWhy is this feature important to you - It will help system admins keep a track when & who had scheduled sandbox refresh. In case someone accidently cancels a refresh it will be easier to track for taking corrective actions. How would you like the feature to work - Tracking details can be available on UI or in Setup -> System -> Audit Logs sectionCurrent Behaviour - System admin don't have the ability to track these changes. We have to reach out to Adobe support team who check on backend
Current Situation: In Marketo, creating a Smart List that includes Salesforce (SFDC) campaigns requires entering the exact campaign names. This process can be tedious and prone to errors, especially when dealing with multiple campaigns.Proposed Enhancement: Introduce a simplified filtering option where users can specify criteria such as "contains," "starts with," "ends with," or "does not contain" when selecting SF campaigns in Smart Lists. For example, if a user wants to include all campaigns related to a specific product line, they could simply set the filter to "contains 'ABC'" instead of entering each campaign name individually.
Hello,/rest/v1/leads/submitForm.json submitting to this endpoint email with symbols "_ + -" etc... Makes sometimes timeout an entire request. I think it would be a good idea to implement an encoder on the Marketo side that converts and allows these symbols, or instantly fail validation. In any case, this feels like it is not handled as sometimes it returns "code": "604","message": "Request timed out"
Currently the calendar file token for events doesn't seem to allow meeting reminders. Meeting reminders on the calendar is important functionality that is currently missing and I think need to be added. Adding this would help improve event attendance. Can you add the ability to schedule the calendar reminder to pop up 15 minutes before the meeting occurrence?
Our Security team has flagged a vulnerability regarding the Marketo embed scripts for forms we use on our corporate website. They reference lacking support for sub-resource integrity checks. Their recommendation is to add an Integrity attribute, a cryptographic hash that matches the file. It would be very useful if Marketo could support Sub Resource Integration (SRI) checks.
We have been using GoTo Webinars for quite some time in our instance. I think it would be a good idea to have the option to integrate user interest ratings to be able to score our webinar audience based on GoTo insights. This would enable better management and customization of campaigns in Marketo based on not just the Attended and No Show but also on how well the people who attended interacted in the webinars.
Please consider making updates/improvements to the following web personalization interface issues No folder structureIt would be ideal to have the capability to organize WP campains into folders If you have multiple campaigns you could group them together using folders (by type, audiece, location, initiative, etc.). This will make things look cleaner in the campaigns interface, providing overall better organization, and an easier way to locate existing campaignsWeb Campaign names get cut off, there is no arrow to drag so you can see the full name, the only way is to hoverinconvenient especially when there is no folder structure, if the name could be expanded it would be a way of at least eyeballing what you are looking for No way to edit labelsagain another way to help eyeball what you are looking for but you can't edit the labels you create afterwards so if you made an error or your audience has changed there is no way to edit
Our team uses Mac devices and right now, the Marketo Sales Insights Email Add-in for Outlook (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/marketo-sales-insight/msi-outlook-plugin/install-the-marketo-email-add-in-for-outlook-with-a-registration-code) is not supported on Mac devices. We would like to use this so our team can get the most from Sales Insights and further enhance our marketing and sales efforts. Would be great to see this add-in supported on Mac devices in the future.
If the account has a verified domain with DKIM and SPF (i.e. my.domain.com), that account should have the ability to turn off the dual DKIM signing for:dkim=pass header.i=@mktosender.com header.s=m1 and only sign fordkim=pass header.i=@my.domain.com header.s=myselectorname
Currently, the Sales Insights on the Accounts in SFDC only show Interesting Moments from contacts in the last 60 days. However, Sales Insights on the Contact in SFDC lasts forever, it would be very helpful for the Sales Insights on the Account to also last forever as it gives insights into how our Accounts as a whole are interacting with our company. Our marketing team utilizes Interesting Moments a lot for Account based marketing analysis and having this feature on the Account last as long as the contact would be incredibly helpful
I would love to see a change in the UI for the email blasts. It would be fantastic to be able to quickly toggle between control panel, summary, etc. instead of the drop down. Something similar to how we can quickly toggle between smart list, setup, etc. Just a quicker and cleaner way to navigate.
In nurtures with evergreen content which run all year round it would be great if we could add an expiration dates or date ranges for specific images/content so it swaps out. For example: image change with the seasons - winter / spring / summer / fall (autumn)
It would be really helpful if there were a way to pull a list of people with a "Sync Person to SFDC" Activity and add constraints to that activity of exceptionMessage containing or fault containing. We have picklists for certain fields and if those fields have values that don't match the picklists and cause an error in the sync, there is no good way to pull that and make sure we're not missing leads to send over to sales.
Adding a "bot activity filter" in a Marketo Engage report
For String tokens, and SFDC Campaign tokens, and any other that might apply, Marketo should offer setting up a drop down menu with available options. If any drop down is not selected in the Program, you cannot activate smart campaigns. This solves multiple issues with Marketo:Restricts values to known available choicesUsers can no longer activate smart campaigns and have blank or not set token values
