I'm using Report Builder and I need to pull both historical and ongoing monthly data by custom dates for a client that wants to change reporting from calendar months to a 5-4-4 fiscal calendar. I've had multiple reports set up as "Last 2 months" date range and Monthly granularity so I can have this month's and last month's numbers for each line of each report, but I can't seem to find a way to do this if I have to specify custom dates for each month. Is there anything similar to Site Catalyst's Compare Dates option that lets you pull data for two different custom ranges in the same report?Another possible workaround is to switch to using the Custom Calendar with the 4-5-4 option, but apparently that doesn't work for historical data when you change to it. I might also change back to Site Catalyst but I'd rather not.

The page 54 on the documentation says that to compute time spent you should group visid_high, visid_low, and visit_num. But instead for finding the visits and visitors the documentation specifies using combination of post_visid_high and post_visid_low (page 53 of the documentation). Should it be consistent across all the metrics? I am suspecting there is some typo or some major point which I am missing.

We are looking for User activities on www.columbiathreadneedleus.com site.  We had already DTM, adobe setup and currently, the customer comes to any pages DTM pushing data to Adobe layer. Here we are trying to get the specific user activities from Adobe API.For example:      User1 ->  comes to page A << 2 evars, 3 props>> and page B << 4 evars, 5 props>>and page c    User 2 -> comes to Page A and Page B    User 3 -> comes to Page A    How can I get the visited URLs, evars, props data with respect to User1 visited, we need an end to end visited flows?  Is there any API available to get this data?Is there any Feed File or report API available to see last 4 hours user activities data  i.e.  Users visited and these are the activities they are performed in the site?    Kindly please help us to solve this question.

Team - How can we get top 10 site URL visited along with counts in last 8 hours using REST API through adobe analytics? I am using Rest API  to get analytics data from adobe analytics cloud and able to get past days data using ranked type report, but facing challenge to get data for past some hours (eg past 10 hours). Real time is not working here because if I will pass data granularity 60:minute then getting 10 sets of trended results which are not accurate. Please provide me sample report description JSON request  to get top 10 site URL visited in last 10 hours ?

Hi there, I was hoping to get some help with our list variable setup.  It was our last list variable available and is list variable 3 for tracking positioning of products on a given category.  For some reason it is not showing or there is no way to associate back to which pagename and row/slot that we have the products listed on a given page.  Example - product1,product2,product3, listvar3: row1-slot1, row1slot2, row1slot3, etcPagename- www.site.com/coats-categoryWhen looking at adobe it is showingPage - www.site.com/coats-categoryproduct placement - row1-slot1 - product 1row2- slot2 product 1       It is basically showing the same product in multiple rows - almost like it is pulling in different pagenames when pulling a given page, or it is attributing the pageviews and such across all of the products and all of the pages - there really is no way to pinpoint the exact page - product placement and given product for a given spot...  I'm suspicious it may have someting to do with the dat

Hi, I've currently opened a Next Page Report on one of our company's pages, and I now have a list of 200 pages which visitors next clicked on to for the time period I specified (say, Feb 2017) with counts against each page.  Now, I'd like to see the break down of those counts in February down to a day-by-day basis.  So, for all 200 pages, I'd like to see 28 numbers each, representing how many visitors each of the 200 pages received for every day in February.How can I do this?  Thank you!

Hi, I have 2 websites. On Website A is a Brand Awareness campaign and Website B is a Lead Generation Campaign. My Paid Media is driving traffic to Website A. When users land on Website A they have to click a button for more information which directs them to Website B to either purchase or contact us. The problem i am having is that I can't attribute the users from Paid media (Website A) to a conversion on Website B. I can track the referrers tab but can't the user journey of the referrer? Is there a way to attribute Website A users to Website B Sales or Contact us submissions? Or how far into the User Journey can i track the referral users from Website A to Website B. The Referral URL contains a CSRef which we can use to identify but all i can see if the page that they landed on. I cant seem to find out if they lead to a sale or completed a form submission. Please can you advise how can I see this data on Website B.

Hi, can you help me understand why I have 0 instances in the referring domains report but so many entries on one page?I get the difference between site entries (which are unique per visit) and instances (which can happen multiple times during visit). But what does it mean to have 0 instances of the particular referring domain, but having almost 2k entries for a page?

Do we have getpercentagepageviewed plugin or something similar for mobile

For example - we have "Other Project Specific Text" Plw in the same two fields across multiple Projects and users are going in each row (in the Report results or Project list) and manually changing "Plw" to "Pillow". I know this system isn't like a spreadsheet, but does any functionality like that exist to make that easier? Thank you!

Hi,today I come up with a question regarding video analytics. I am using the Videos Report. As you know this report provides metrics like video views, video completes etc. You can get video time viewed as well. But I am missing the average time viewed metric. Ok, you can see this metric in the detail report but you can´t add this view to a dashboard. So my question is: is there a possibility to get a video report including the average time viewed metric? Calculation is no options because the metric video time viewed is not available.Thanks for your ideas, Juergen

I do have Searched Quantity in one of the conversion variable  i have attached the breakup also for your reference is there any way to calculate their Sum, Mean,Average of Quantity searched . We are a publisher and would like to track the various ad types a user experiences during their visit.  The goal is to be able to better understand how the ads impact the user's behavior and engagement on the site.  We are specifically interested in tracking the more intrusive types of ads (pop us, in banner video, etc).  Any assistance would be appreciated and the ideal implementation would be one that did not require additional events or hits.

Hello,          I have a question regarding segmentation logic on Adobe Analytics. I have a list of definitions I have to make within one segment, this can number from the hundreds to thousands. If I want to make the correct statement, a clear majority of these definitions are equals or contains. This has led me to do a very manual process to build this type of list. I wanted to understand a way to better automate this process using if then logic with Adobe Segmentation rules.Is there something I am missing using the contains field for example, to do a complex segmentation.Goal: Within a segment, I would like to make one definition of a dimension that can catch multiple values that I am aiming at. While doing this I dont want it to be a catch all like contains any, I would prefer multiple contains logic. Thanks,Tim

Hi,I am using Windows 10. While working on reportbulider i have noticed a few options, like custom filers where a user can enter numbers to fetch top line items, is missing. Everytime we have to select select specific option and choose data manually.Any clue / suggestion or is it part of an Adobe upgrade?? Note - I have already reinstalled reportbuilder multiple time but the same issue is still there.Thanks,Mridul
