Hello guys,Is there anyone can help to explain the difference of "Exclude" and "Does not contain" in segment, visit level?The purpose is to get result for all visited pages that "during the visits, never visited the page name: coupon".E.G.Visit1: index > product > coupon > dealVisit2: index > product > dealVisit3: index > product > compare > dealthen the result I expect is:index: 2Product: 2compare: 1deal: 2But it seems non of the segments is right.The result I get (the 2nd segment):index: 3Product: 3Coupon: 0compare: 1deal: 31st time, I use the segment: visit level, pagename does not contain "coupon". but I still can see page: "coupon" is listed with visits.2nd time, I use the segment: visit levelPlease help to clarify.Thanks.H

Hi there,    I am looking for some help from the community in regards to Marketo Custom objects.    Description:  Recently, we have moved our subscription renewal reminder emails from Zuora to Marketo and we are passing the renewal-related data from Zuora to Marketo custom object 'Renewal ReminderObject'. Then using velocity scripts we are translating the data from the renewal reminder object and reference them in the emails.    Now I am trying to also include invoice details in the emails and in order to house the invoice data I have to create another Marketo custom object ' Renewal Invoice Object'.  Thus, the goal is to pull in certain fields from the Renewal reminder Object and a few invoicing fields from the Renewal Invoice Object.    Issue:  One of the major issues with doing so is duplicate records. Hey,I am trying to replicate the Interesting Moments section through the API.I am able to get an access_token via client_id and client_secret. I am able to get a Marketo ID via SFDCLeadId. I am able to get a pagingtoken via sinceDatetime.  (used July 1 2017) Looking at Salesforce I am able to see this Lead has interesting moments since July 1 2017.Then I try to use this callout to return activity data for this lead:rest/v1/activities.json?access_token=xxxxxxxx&activityTypeIds=46&nextPageToken=yyyyy&leadIds=12953232This is the response:{    "requestId": "aab4#xxxxxxx",    "success": true,    "nextPageToken": "abcdxyzxxxxxxxxxxxxxx====",    "moreResult": true}Questions:Why isnt the Interesting moment that I see in Salesforce displayed here?Why is the moreResult attribute true?  Even though no results are returned... Hey There.    I recently created an email template with some new modules including a module for presenter images with a description below. When i go into the text editor to edit the text, the formatting shifts a little bit. When I go into the back end code, it seems if I edit there then it stays in tact. We are monitoring several subdomains end-to-end data.In one of the subdomain, it's find in AA, the "Visits" from Search Engine (Adobe Default) is about 2-3 times more then "Clicks" in Google Search Console data, which has never been found in any of rest subdomains.(PS: We see there are rest of Search Engines, e.g. Bing, after breakdown referrer = Google, same result: Visits is much more than "Clicks") Any possible reason on settings (e.g. internal URL filters) or tracking code implementations, user behaviors? By the way,If a user visit 5 times, the first time by clicking the search result then add to bookmark, then the rest 4 times visit from bookmark:In AA, only 1 visit credits to "Google" and "Search Engine Type", the rest 4 visits credit to "Bookmark/Typed".Is this correct?  Thanks in advance for your inputs.H

Example: A Pasted Webinar - lead sign-up: set to Registered - lead got the email but didn't watch the webinar - Next day, ON24 push "No-show" status back to Marketo?? <-- will this happen? or is it for a live webinar only?   Thanks,  

Hi,So I recently added the new participation calculated metric to one of my report builder requests and it seems to have a huge impact on the time it takes to refresh the workbook.  In the past all the queries took about 5 minutes to refresh, but since I added the participation calc'd metric I had the refresh fail three times on me already.  I deleted out 10 less important queries in hopes of trying to ease the total load, and it is still taking well over 30 minutes now.  Anyone else have any issues like this?  I'm only using the metric on two queries, and each are for a one week time frame, for a top ten pages list.  If this continues to be an issue, I may have to just remove that metric from the query.Thanks in advance for the helpChris

The Data Insertion API documentation is fairly clear on how to send in data regarding eVars and values. However, I am trying to understand how I would use the API to send in data on mobile states (i.e. screen views) and actions (i.e. button taps). Is this possible? If so, are there docs that point out how this is done?

Hi,We have multiple applications(web properties) and adobe analytics implementation is in progress. My requirement is to send push notifications of user activity on application to other application's sales team.For example: Application 'X' is a SalesForce based application used by sales team to schedule and meet the customers. Application 'Y' is used by the customers to explore the products. I would like to track the user's interest/behavior for products on application 'Y' and notify the sales team on application 'X' through push notifications on their mobile. So that the sales people understand the user's interest and can sell the most relevant products/propose a service offering to them by meeting personally or calling them.I would like to know the possibility of this through Adobe products. Hi,I want to create a report over a year, with granularity per day, where I can see Daily unique visitors on my different Pages broken down by Mobile device type. So far I can do everything except find the metric Daily unique visitor. I don't want the visitors be unique for the whole time frame, just per day. Can't find this Daily Unique Visitor metric or how to create it. Is it possible some how?Appreciate any help // Br Daniel

Can someone explain to me what the difference is between the pathing reports and HierN variable?  Here is what know about pathing, it's based off of our page naming structures, and that the pathing reports show how far the user has navigated into our site. The hierN is also based off of user navigation and naming conventions, but shows the top category (section or sub section) so I'm guessing it's based off of the s.channel variable. But at the heart of it, aren't both reports showing the same thing? Consider this scenario, if I went to a site landed on the homepage, then went to their baseball page, then went to the autographed baseball page aren't both variables going to show the same thing?pathing: homepage:baseball:autographed baseballHierN: homepage:baseball:autographed baseball  Also, do I have to have breadcrumbs setup to set the HierN variable? I am trying to figure out how to implement video Heartbeat. We currently use Wistia for our videos. I am also using DTM. Can someone tell me how to implement the use of Video Heartbeat. I tried reading the documentation, but I'm still not clear on what I need to do. I did download the Java SDK file for Heartbeat. Should I then add that complete sdk directly onto my site or through DTM? Also do I need to add some API for Wistia? Finally how do I then assign variables to track video data. This is all new implementation so I do not have any assigned variables for any previous video tracking.  Thanks for your help.

Hi,I was excited to hear of the interdimensional flow feature release in Analytics workspace. Our set up uses a lot of Hit level eVars, so this is a great chance to see the flow between them. However, I've encountered a problem. On page load we populate the Page Name variable but also a custom Page Name eVar, which gives us a number of functional gains (plus the reassurance that we know how exactly how this is being pulled).In regular reporting (Page Views, Visits, Unique Visitors, etc) the discrepancy between these two variables is tiny, less then 0.01%. However, when I load my Page Name eVar into the pathing tool in work space I am seeing a significant over count in "Path Views".The only reason I can imagine this is happening is because the flow counting any onclick event call for the eVar but not Page Name variable. Is this the case? If so, is there a reason why this has been set up this way? ThanksToby
