What are the differences between Dialog and Design dialog ?

I have a page which in CRX the page is visible, but is not showing in Site Admin. I am using AEM 6.1 .Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve?

I am trying to get editable templates to work, without much luck. I found this video on the AEM Comunity Channel that is doing exactly what I am trying to do - set up a simple example from a baseline created from the maven archetype. At 1:50 in the video, he drops a layout container into the structure of his page - I can't do this. I can find the component in the sidebar and drag it into the body of the template, but nothing happens. Same is true for all the other components in the sidebar - not just the layout container. I also don't see the blue positioning arrows that appear in the video, indicating that it has no intention of allowing me to drop anything. Assuming that I'm an admin on the server and I've followed all the preceding steps in this video, notably setting up a policy on the root that allows layout containers, what is determining that my structure components don't belong?The same seems to be true if I try to manipulate the structure of the we-retail templates. I was trying to run a query with type - dam:AssetContent and on running it in query builder ui I get the result but I see an error in the error login traversing and that there is no index while I mocked up the dam:asset index under oak:index in aemproperty - metadata/cq:tags - throws no error while property - metadata/customprop - throws traversal error Custom prop is of type “long”query type- dam:AssetContentpath- /content/dam property - metadata/customprop property.value - 123could i be missing something basic ? I need to access one of my page with anonymous user login instead of login as admin credentails ?I have set permission as read for my particular page and saved it.and logged out  as Admin and tried to login as userid :anonymouspassword default is none but I am not able to login . Watching the great gems session [1] couple of times. It was mentioned scd can be used to sync any folder in AEM.  I have set up the scd correctly and able to sync /home correctly.  But anything outside /home does not sync.  However making explicit curl command [2] sync correctly any thing outside /home.  That means listener is missing to call distribution api of scd outside the /home directory.   Please let me know Is there any explicit package needs to be installed Or if i missed any configuration to update?   (Note:- Allowed roots configuration in Queue distribution setting does not help)If needs to develop own listener what are the guidelines ? Hi Team,I'm trying to make push on activate trigger( Standard rollout that is triggered activation of source code) to have my live copies updated when I activate any page or Blueprint page. But it doesn't work. Hi,I am designing a forms implementation where we want to configure fields (such as an email address) once and share them across multiple forms.The reason for this, is to control the functionality of fields (validation, max characters, consistent dropdown options ) etc, but allow authors to create forms using these pre-prepared fields. Fragments are (nearly) perfect for this, however there is one short coming that I need a solution for.I want to be able to vary certain settings on a per form basis. Hello,I hope you are able to help me.We are investigating the use of AEM forms (previously Adobe Livecycle) to populate data in dynamic pdf forms.When creating the data connection and importing the XSD (XML Schema), following error appears:"The schema described by the selected root element cannot be readas the number of resolved schema nodes exceeds the supported limit.Please select a different root element of modify your XML Schema to decrease the schema size."Unfortunately none of these suggestions are applicable to us.I heard that there is a limit of 100,000 nodes. This is done for memory considerations. The limitation is a resolved node count not a direct 1 to 1 node in the schema.  There is a registry setting that will allow to increase this number.Unfortunately I haven't yet found this setting.Could you please assist me increasing this limit?Thanks and best regards,Alexander [Moderator Note: Personal information removed]

Hi,We have set up Site Verification through the Cloud Service Configuration. We can add the service to our pages and we successfully see the output in the page source in both author and publisher. However when we view the page through a dispatcher the value is not included in the page source. Has anyone else had this issue?Presumably it's a permissions issue with the anonymous user when going through the dispatcher, but how can this be resolved with such Cloud Service Configurations?Thanks

Hello All,I am trying to use the launc for mobile in one of our IOS/andorid apps. Previous we where using adobe mobiule sdk. One of our requirement was to identify the user cross device. So we use the s.visitorID to be overwritten by the hased userid. But i could not find such a metod in launch for mobile. Ealier I was using ADBMobile.setUserIdentifier(“<coop_member_id>”); and the cross device tracking worked as expected. Can any one suggest hoe this can be done in case of Launch for mobile ?
