I want to identify customers who received an email or push notification, did not click or open the delivery, and then re-target them. Is the best way to do this to create a fork to run an incremental query to identify who clicked, an incremental query to identify who the email was sent to and an incremental query to identify who did not click. Then find the exclusion and deliver the email to that group of customers? Any suggestions on a different way to identify a group of customers who have not clicked, opened, or had any activity in a certain time parameter is welcome!

I am in the process of setting up my first GoTo Webinar sessions with the Marketo / GoTo Webinar integration.I have followed the Marketo guide (Create an Event with GotoWebinar - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation ) and it is working with all email confirmations coming from Marketo and not GTW.BUT it has been suggested to me that as part of the smart campaign to send the 'Registration Confirmation' containing the GTW access url etc email from Marketo back to the registrant, that i need to add a 5 minute WAIT step before sending to allow Marketo to post over the registration information to GoTo Webinar and get back the required information (member access url) to populate the email.- Is this correct / standard practise, or can i remove this wait step secure in knowledge that the confirmation email will contain the required data from GTW?My concern is these days people expect an immediate response upon submitting a registration form, and waiting even just 5 minutes could lead to confusi

Does the user need to have location services enabled in order for the tracking to work or is it calculated from the cell signal?Q. I've been successfully using Sanford Whiteman​ awesome overrider field order with FormsPlus. Thank you sooo much!I have a rich text field (#mktcomm) that I would like to appear before the "Marketing Communications" select field. And of course, I want that field to appear below the progressive profiling fields. I have this line in my code to get the field to include in the field order: var formEl = form.getFormElem()[0], mktcommnotice = formEl.querySelector('#mktcomm');It is working in that the div with the rich text is above Marketing Communications which is below the progressive fields. However, I need to be able to move the mktoRow the div is in, not just the div (otherwise the empty row is left behind causing extra empty space).  I can't manage to get the right syntax. Hello - I want to use Target to help create a customer journey.  For example:visitor comes to the site for the first time, we want to show an intro video2nd visit, we want to show a white paper3rd visit, we want to recommend products4th visit, .... First... I can do this through Target, right?  I read this post and think maybe this answers my questions, but it's over 18 months old, so want to make sure: Loading content on second page only if seen first. It basically says I create a profile for each step, then make the previous step's audience be the audience for the next step.  Is that right?  So I would use experience targeting and create an activity for each step in the journey?  Or could I do it all in one activity?  Thanks!Kerri

Can anyone help me get passed the following error when trying to Request data: "There was an error establishing a connection with the server. Please check your connection and domain input"? The domain and credentials are correct. I'm an AAM admin. I have the 2 files saved in the same folder at all times (the BAAAM tool and the txt file with secret code etc). I have tried the following to get past this: 1. different laptops and desktops, both personal and work; 2. Different connections (work, home, public) 3. enabled 32-bit on Windows 10 on whatever laptop/desktop I'm using. There is nobody our company has with the skills to use the AM API so this is our only option given that we have hundreds of trait folders to create.  Can anyone help? Thanks

I need tt classify the stock position as Y(if value > 0) or N (if value = 0). Since numeric classification is not available, I tried a brute force approach - creating 10 rules with "starts with" (see screenshot).This has worked for non-zero values, but failed validation if the value is 0.What are other options?Thank you

We are trying to create experiences in target whose audience is a segment created in analytics. Analytics is tracking another e-commerce website and cart price.Segments in analytics are created based on the following rule.If total cart price is between 0-500 falls in bucket 1If total cart price is between 500-1000 falls in bucket 2and rest in bucket 3.These segments are available as audience while creating the activity. The problem is that when cart value changes in the website, experiences are not getting delivered as per the above rules.We have tried deleting cookies , changing the priorities for activities, combining the audiences but no luck.Please help.

I'm working on refining an existing search functionality on the site. The search works but returns too many irrelevant results. I'm working on refining the search results to make them more relevant to the search term.One of the configuration settings being used to create the search predicate is the Property allowedtypes. The current configuration has cq:Page and dam:Asset as the allowedtypes. From trial and error I found out that changing cq:Page to cq:PageContent ends up in better search results. I really don't know why this would be the case so I'd really like to know setting  cq:PageContent as an allowedtype results in better search results. Also, for those who've worked on search functionality, what other suggestions would you give that can help finetune the search?
