Hi All,As per Configuring Email Notification  , if any customization is to be made to email template for workflow notification, it says  open the en.txt file located below the /etc/workflow/notification/email/default, make changes and saveSuppose,1]There are already existing workflows that are making use of this OOTB template and we do not want to change that.2] There is no option to overlay this.3] And we have a newly introduced custom workflow that makes use of OOTB template which has an additional "comment" property which is captured and added to OOTB template.In #3 scenario, what is the approach we should take,reason being if we add comment property to OOTB template, existing workflow notifications will be impacted.Any thoughts/pointers/reference article on this will be really helpful.

Hi all,I have a List. I want to create a workflow that runs daily and only keeps records in the List that are 30 days young (I have a "created" column).I could potentially, read List, then select last 30 days and save again (deleting existing records).. but I am afraid that while this runs I might miss records that have been added between start and end of this flow.Is there an easier more standard way to delete older records?

Hi All,The use case for us is same as mentioned in Capturing comments in default email template used by workflow in 6.2 .Tried the solution mentioned in the above forum post, but no luck.All the participant steps in our case is "Dynamic Participant Step". Tried multiple things in "/etc/workflow/notification/email/default/en.txt/", based on Configuring Email Notification  but no luck.Any thoughts/pointers/reference code on this will be really helpful.

Hi all,As per Marketo:When merging Leads and Contacts together, all Leads are converted to Contacts prior to merging per normal Salesforce rules.Is there a way to merge two people in Marketo, but keeping the Lead, instead of Contact? In many instances, the contact in SFDC does no longer exist, but the record remains in Marketo, hence when I merge the two people, understands that needs to convert the lead into a contact. Is there any way to avoid the behavior?

Hi- Running report builder version 5.6.23.0 and within the last two weeks, the performance of the Report Builder platform has been dismal. Slow to load, difficulty creating new report because of extream slowness and crashing Excel during the report build process. What has happened over the last two weeks to cause this performance decline? Have other users experienced this poor performance? Adobe, can you provide any insights into this issues I'm experiencing? Hi there,I just started to work on Marketo's REST API and for now I just don't get why the API is not sending any answer when trying to find a lead using GET method. That might be a simple typo or something, but I couldn't find out the reason. Hi Community!As you know, AEM provides 3 OOTB roles: editor, owner and viewer. Our need is to have custom user roles defined in roles selector in folder properties dialog (Permissions tab), say Creator role. I was thinking about setting a custom implementation over ootb ones, however, the roles list isn't feasible to extend due to com.day.cq.dam.cq-dam-core bundle privacy where all the definitions lie. (com.day.cq.dam.core.impl.team.DefaultRoleProvider as an example).So, having all that, what would you suggest?Thank youSergei

Once (old) blog post I came across is the following: 5 Tips for AudienceManager Algorithmic Modeling | AdobeI have a specific question around point number 4. in the blog post:4. Create an “exclude” data sourceI understand the logic behind this. Which in summary suggests to set up a new data source containing these large traits as they are meaningless (such as all site visitors) as this is a common trait amongst your total population anyway.However, I have NOT followed the recommendation and created the algorithmic model. Looking at the Influential Traits list in the model I see that the large common traits are weighted very LOW anyway with very little influence. Which begs the question... does the data source need to be created for to set exclude these large common traits or is the article old and TraitWeight takes care of that in it's evaluation process anyway?Thanks,TC

Hi, I recently started using Adobe Audience Manager and have learned the steps to creating traits and segments. However, when I tried to actually create a trait, none of the data seems to be captured in the graph. I've tried switching up data samples but to no avail. Is there something that I'm missing here?

I can't seem to get anyone to give me an ETA on when accounts that are part of the move will be back up and live (out since Friday August 24th). We never received even an email that this was taking place and not word back from our CMS.

All,I have trackExternalLinks in my appMeasurement code set to "true" currently on my site. I also have a custom external tracking link to allow me to pass some additional data to my reporting suite when the link is clicked. This has resulted in 2x call I see on the exit links visible in the network call. Do you see any issue to set the trackExternalLinks=false in appMeasurement and let the custom external tracking call to execute only on my custom link? I am hoping to see a single exit link in the network call.--Chris

But I want to apply some clientlibs and allow some custom components (I made to use in "normal templates"), and play around with the configuration. From a developer approach: is there any way to make a static template and refer the clientlibs within the code.?
