Issue:I'm finding that when pulling a Data Warehouse report using the Page Dimension (w/ visit and page view as metrics), that there are blanks under the page dimension column that show visits but no page viewsResearch:I went back into Workspace to confirm that my total visits were not affected by the blank pages that had visits and no page views. I found that Workspace was not counting these visits in aggregate reporting, or reporting any of the blank page dimension visits in the detail view.We also have GA as a back up for our reporting, and found that our total visits are very close to GA sessions indicating that this issue is not affecting our overall visit reporting.Question:What could be causing this? Is this something that would need immediate attention? If this is an issue what would be a fix?

Hi All, We are building a custom workflow for approval/rejection. 1] wherein the main motive is to run this workflow on a page[which is the payload for the workflow] and it is routed to different groups for approval/rejection based on some requirements. As of now, there is no other logic involved and just routing to different groups based on the requirements.2] We are using 'Participant Step' from under the 'Workflow' section, while creating the model. Also, we are using OR step, to be passed into the respective participant step, based on approval/rejection. Apart from there couple of 'GoTo Steps'. There are no other steps involved in the model. There is no custom code present as of now in the model.3] Supose I am at one of the step, from where I have to go to either Approval/Reject step. I'm trying to add a Twitter conversion pixel onto a button click using DTM. I've set the pixel to fire on a click event rule as non-sequential HTML. I see the rule being triggered on the button click, however I get a console error saying _satellite is not defined. Hello - We are noticing inconsistencies with a few metrics we are pulling via the API when trying to compare them against the same metrics within the Adobe Reporting Interface.  For examples, when I pull Trended Report (dategranularity = Day) the sum for the following metrics for a given day do not match when I try comparing against those same metrics (for the same day) in the Reporting Interface:For 10/30-10/31 the sum total for Visits shows the following in each- API = 465,112- Reporting Interface = 444,112Is anyone aware of an explanation as to why "Visits" from the API and "Visits" within the Reporting Interface do not match?  I have tried for an earlier date range as well, but my findings are the same.  I am also seeing the same for "Pages/Visit".  However, other non-visit related metrics seem to match perfectly such as PageViews and Bounces.Any help would be greatly appreciated.thanks in advance

Hello, I am using landing pages for customers and track the number of visits each page gets. What I CAN see: How many people visit each of my landing pages during variable timeframes. What I WANT to see: Who is visiting those pages, and what they click once they are there. Does anyone know how to run a report on these want to see things? Thanks in advance!

Hi all,After several attempts, I'm finding that on some Audiences, I'm unable to edit. In other words, clicking on the pencil icon in the Audience List does nothing.Is there something within the Audience itself that would cause this? I even thought perhaps having the Activity using the desired audience open (edit activity) might be the cause...not the case. Hi Team. We have done a discovery in a customer and because they will work with different brands and subdomains is really important to segregate records in a profile and campaigns. It means that they have different teams owners of each brand that must see just what belong to them. We already have done tests in a Private SandBox and it worked perfectly using Organizational and Geographical Unit. The instance of customer has been updated with Release 18.7 and Geographical Unit is not there, just Organization Unit. I wonder if we could have the same functionality using only Organizational Unit but we have tried and it hasn't worked. We would like to get some help here to know how to use the same concept in new versions of ACS. Thanks. Claudio.

I need to filter leads based on our contact center's ability to handle the lead. The autodialer system can only dial number in the US and Canada without extensions. However, I do not want to limit the character length on forms - we get a small number of valid international inquiries that must be handled outside of the contact center flow. Is there a way to filter for exact character count, in this case 10 characters? I'm already filtering for "does not contain = x, +". This captures most, but not all, of the entries we are trying to filter.The alternative seems to be separate extension and international code fields on the forms, which I'd like to avoid if at all possible.

We just rolled out a new site, in which the tracking was set up via Launch. We identified that we now have a cross-domain problem.The site we just implemented is hollywood.universalstudioshollywood.com and all tracking is lost when you click the "TICKETS" link to a new server, hhntickets.universalstudioshollywood.com/PurchaseTickets.aspx.We're seeing that a couple of the Cookie IDs we set up are the same between the two servers, but there's definitely something wrong since we're seeing all of the traffic enter through the booking engine with no referrer/channel.Can someone debug and offer some advice? Hello ! I would like to create a workflow for reporting purposes, that would automatically use data relative to the last sent deliveries as an input to formulate queries and collect some data (tracking logs for example).I'm able to generate the query to obtain those deliveries, and I added an enrichment with the delivery code. Hi there,I am building a landing page with a Marketo form on it to capture basic user data. In our own backend, we have a custom validation logic for email-addresses to filter out non-company emails and competitors. I am trying to use the Forms 2 API to do that for me, but I see no way to embed my own backend-call there, wait for it's result or then abort the submission. Setting the `Mkto.validateField`-function seems to have a similar issue, as it's a synchronous call and I can't wait for an asynchronous web request there. Any help would be appreciated.
