hi, I have content fragment created. It has master, sub-variation-one, sub-variation-two. Use case: change different fields in master variation, expecting changes to reflect in sub-variation. Based on documentation : https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/assets/content-fragments/content-fragments-variations#synchronizing-with-master CAUTIONSynchronization is only available to copy changes from Master to the variation.Only the current element of the variation is synchronized.Synchronization only works on the Multi line text data type.Transferring changes from a variation to Master is not available as an option. only multi line text has sync capability. My client wants all the other data types data also synced. How can I achieve this? Thanks,Sri

Hi, I'm currently working on a migration from Tags to Event Forwarding. I'm using Data Object instead of XDM as the client has an existing data layer and huge website and would like to avoid doing mapping in the report suite and Journey Analytics is in their future. In my WebSDK Extension I'm using the On Before Send Event Callback Code to set my "global" variables, just how we would with doPlugins in the old AA extension. I have a page load rule that fires a "Web Webpagedetails Page Views". I have noticed that content.data is not defined in my CallBack Code if in my page load rule I do not add the action Update Variables and set at least one evar, prop, etc.This seems like an unneeded extra step for a rule as some rules do not need to send extra evars etc, they just need to pass the "global" ones. Has anyone found a work around for this, other than adding Update Variables to each rule? Thanks!

I have some questions about how the Privacy Service and Real-Time CDP work together. Policy enforcement: What is the out-of-the-box policy enforcement within AEP? How can they create custom policy enforcements, especially for customer governance labels?How does the Privacy Service use data governance labels? When removing a customer, does the Privacy Service remove sensitive data?After using the Privacy Service to remove records for a user based on email, the data within RTCDP that was imported from Eloqua still has the email address within it? Why is this not removed by the Privacy Service? If this data is removed from Eloqua, will the deletion be synced with RTCDP? What if a record is removed from Eloqua? Will the data from Eloqua be removed from RTCDP? How do they remove all email addresses when deleting data using email as the user ID?How are labeling and Privacy Service related? Hi,  We have a dataset created in AEP from a schema. We called it 'Test' as an example and after a few days we changed the name of the dataset to 'Test2'. After this change was made the Table Name of the dataset still remains as 'Test' even though the name of the dataset updates to 'Test2'.  Is there a way to change the table name in datasets or does this remain constant after creation? Thanks

Hi there, Our company can have multiple online logins for the same set customer identities, but each login has a different permission level. For example: 1) Online Login A, owner permission, Account A,B,C2) Online Login B, manager permission, Account A,B,C3) Online Login C, subscriber permission, Account C The challenge is, currently all these will stitch together as one single profile because of the connection between accounts. (Login C <-> Account C <-> Login B <-> Account A,B,C <-> Login A) Is there a way to keep all the logins unique with their own profile, yet retain the same identities underneath each profile? Thanks.

If I have an audience that looks at transactions in the next 1-10 days, will the audience evaluate every day to see who qualifies. Is this more ideal for batch or streaming segments?Thanks!

Hello All, Does anyone know how to change the identity namespace while creating an audience (Experience Event)? We are using WEBSDK to collect data from an e-commerce website. We provided the _id.map (mazid) in adobe Data Collection, and while creating, we change the identity namespace to a different one. However, it still shows the previous identity namespace.Can anyone help me out? 

Hello, After upgrading users client to block 9383, we are facing problem to load file to adobe from local stations. we are getting error BAS 010014 Cannot open file. while in secong attemptwe are getting notification that the file already exist on the server. We cannot access the file.I would appriciate help with this issues.Thanks, Yuval

After bombing on the other tutorial (tut) I posted about, I tried this one. https://www.tothenew.com/blog/aem-with-nextjs-remotespa-a-comprehensive-integration-guide/ In summary, the tut recommends the following Use the archetype flag frontendModule=decoupled Set the root page (us/en/home) template to spa-next-remote-page As a result, the root page properties did not show me an SPA tab, as the tut had led me to expect Why did this happen? Thoughts? I will say, a lot of issues result from a mismatch between the archetype version and the AEM version. I am using A50 with AEM cloud from Sept 2023. 

Hey all, I am running into an issue with a webhook that triggers an SMS message through a third party vendor we are using.  The vendor we are using stores some personalization information that we populate when a customer opts in. These fields can be used to create dynamic SMS messages. The problem I am running into when sending messages that are triggered through Marketo automations is that the vendor also uses {{variable_name}} format for their personalization tokens. So, when I send an API POST request to trigger a message, the SMS tool variables get removed when Marketo tries to resolve them in the text token.  This appears to work fine for Marketo fields, which was a kind of happy surprise since I'd never tried to use them in a text token (if anyone can tell me if this is super dangerous, I'd appreciate it). But, because of how our systems are scaled currently, there's some data that doesn't live in Marketo effectively but is in the 3rd-party SMS tool.&nbsp
