I am saving the application data on CRX under the /content now. I now suspect the size of the data/nodes is too big. What is the maximum size of data (and number of nodes) one can have under /content node for an optimal performance? What are the factors/checks on AEM that indicate the node size is bigger than what it should be?  How to optimize the performance when there are huge number of nodes under /content node?

Hi All,   We are facing issue with scaffolding page, where we add any content to a multifield and save the page, it shows that the form is saved successfully but after reloading the page it dont show the saved data on UI. When we check the same in jcr node the same data is available. One more issue is that when we modify the same content from page UI and save it, then the JCR nodes are getting disappeared. We see "Uncaught InstanceGenerator" error in browser console. Can anyone help us on this to fix this issue. Any pointers are really appreciated.

The general import of users into AEM works. My question is how to import groups? I double checked the defined ldap filter with an ldap browser and according this program there are no errors. Our in-house Marketing team is wanting to track time but have questions on how we efficiently have our internal communications team track. They are turning communications in 1-2 hours and are currently not entering them as projects into Workfront and they would prefer not to place every communication plan in the system. We need to be able to see the capacity of this team. I would love to hear how other organizations are collecting capacity of their internal communication teams. Thanks, Jess

I want to integrate Marketo with Google Ads. Can someone guide us through the steps to do the same? Currently Marketo provides integration to pass on data to Google ads via Launch point. So, is it possible to bring back data to Marketo from Google ads? i,e. bi-directional sync. And what are the limitations.

Hi Team, I was following the Quick site creation steps in the below tutorial (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/getting-started-wknd-tutorial-develop/site-template/create-site.html?lang=en). But unfortunately in my local I am not able to find the Create > Site (Template) Option. Am I missing any component here? I have the latest core components installed as well.   Screen shot of Create site options from my Local.

Hi, Our accessibility team has highlighted an error they have seen on Marketo forms that we have added for the first time to our CMS (AEM): "When we check for the screen reader text, all the highlighted text below would get read out. They are the error messages for the form fields and this would be confusing for the end user. They are usually meant to be hidden until form validation occurs on submit. I believe this will impact all the new Marketo forms. Can you aresolve this issue if possible?"The issues they see are highlighted below. Is this anything I can change myself or is it something that needs updating on the Marketo end?

We have 10 different disclaimers we list on various pages as text in a footer. Some pages have all 10 listed and some may only have 7. Is there a way to implement an experience fragment that would allow us to select which disclaimers we want to appear on a given page? Or would I need to create a version for 1-10 vs. 1-7 vs. 1,3,7,10, etc.?

Hi! How do you handle existing leads who's interested in multiple products? Example, Lead X submitted a form for Product A today. The next day, Lead X submitted another form for Product B. How will it flow in the life cycle? Do you consider it as another new lead? Note, we're only using single instance.

We are trying to add the IOS pen certificate ON Campaign (already managed to add the Android server key without an issue) and have been getting this error: Mobile Error code:21 - Invalid iOS certificate. Empty certificate key. Could not open a connection with APNS/APNS_SANDBOX server. Error while executing the method 'ChangeMobileApp' of service 'nms:mobileApp'. Our mobile dev told us he had created IOS certificate many times before without an issue.  Any idea how we can solve this? Thanks in advance

Hi, How can we disable Adobe Analytics via Data collection without removing the script from the page ? Disabling all events and page load rules will stop Analytics tracking ? or do we need to disable the extensions as well?   Thanks,   Pradeep

Hi All,    I am setting up a subscription/preference centre and have come across an issue while building the preferences form. Our company provides a range of services across various regions in Australia NSW and QLD.   My Scenario: When a customer fills out the form they can select one or more regions via a checkbox and a list of locations associated with that region is displayed. (Similar to a Country picker that shows States once Countries are selected, but our list of regions/sites)   Also note, this form will be hosted on a Marketo Landing page, but I will also have other versions that will be embedded on a WordPress website.   What I tried: Created a Region custom field and added it to the form as Checkboxes. Created a Sites custom field and added it to the form as Checkboxes. Set up visibility rules so that when a selected Region contains the region name a list of sites associated with that region is shown. This works fine if I select just one Region, but

We're a new Marketo user having recently migrated from a competing tool. Our Marketo database, due to upstream systems feeding into Salesforce by design, has many duplicates, many many duplicates😭.Ultimately this needs to be fixed and its something we're pushing for, its not going to happen anytime soon though! My issue Our audience has two distinct segments  - Clients and Brokers. There are email addresses duplicated across these two audiences.   When setting up campaigns we need to ensure we do not email duplicates both the Client and Broker version of Comms. Where duplicates exist, we need to prioritize the Broker version of the contact.Currently I have been managing this by downloading the email addresses in my Broker Smart List and manually adding them as an (many) email filters on my Client Smart List. While this works, its manual and due to our volumes not sustainable on an ongoing basis. Is there any way to create and maintain a list of email addresses that we

Hi, Currently I am writing my javaScript code inside my html only  for e.g :  -> if my component name is  "cmp1" then I am writing my js code inside cmp1.html  ->if there are two components on the same page my js of cm1  is conflicting with cm2 -> e.g. : I am creating div tag in each js , and accessing some elements , but the problem arises when there are more than one components on page, then my js code conflicts because it is same of the component. -> I want to know what is the correct way to write js for component if it is to be used more than one time on page  -> and what best practices I can follow    The js runs when the website loads and component is present on the page   Please help me out thank you  Rahul

Hi,    When editing a pages properties I am having functionality issues. I discovered it was because of js files (see image) being included in the head of the html page and throwing a TypeError. I am trying to figure out why these acs-commons JS files are being included (they shouldn't be). The issue is happening in our Stage and Prod environment. But the issue is not occurring on my local host or Dev/QA environments. There are also many other unwanted files being included in the head in Stage/Prod that are not being included on locale/dev/qa, but these others are not causing issues. My concern is that at some point some OOTB code was changed in Stage for a reason and then reproduced in Prod.    I have also confirmed that all environments mentioned are updated with the same service pack and same acs-commons version.    Solving the TypeError is not my goal. I am wanting to remove these files that are not being used, from the head of the html page. If someon

It's really handy in some cases to Interpret zero as no value - to cover a time period when a certain page didn't even exist for example.  But I wish the same logic applied to %s so my YoY numbers would be blank rather than display a useless Infinity%
