Solved

Hello, We have a WEB project done on React.js The developers call a dispatchEvent in JS when the page loads. In Adobe Launch, we created a Rule that is triggered when this event is sent, like the following:  And then inside this rule, we need to read the values that the developers are sending to us in an object sent with the DispatchEvent. We found that to access these variables, we have to call the object "event.detail" like the following : event.detail.NameOfVariable So we created data elements that read all variables, for example:   In our Rule, we wrote a custom code : console.log(_satellite.getVar("Page"));  This returns "undefined" all the time. However, when we call it directly in the interface it sends the correct value.  Do you have any idea why this is happening? We need our variables to be read in Data Elements, it is easier to maintain. Thank you

Hi All,  I'm trying to implement analytics on the platform that leverages GTM custom events and data layer. I'm trying to make use of the custom gtm events tagged against different event into Direct call rule Identifier but the rule is not getting fired at all.  In the screenshot below, we can see the events tagged along with event name at the backend and only trigger when particular event was clicked without persisting further:  In the screenshot below, you can see how i'm trying to make this launch rule work using Direct call rule:  I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong but any suggestion on this would be really helpful. Thanks!!

Hi Team ,   Is there any easy way to collect DTM implemenation on application like evars, props ,digital data etc. Thank You

Below is how we have setup Marketing Channel processing rules. Due to some limitations we didn't setup Internal URL filters in the report suite. Currently on first hit with paid campaign code in URL attribution is working fine, but on next hits it is always being attributed to Referring domain. As shown in screenshots below, even though paid search is on top in the funnel which is it attributing to Referring domain when tracking code still persists ? How can we resolve this issue?

Hello,   I am trying to capture the page name in the below floodlight tag. I know the code I would use to get that information from the page but I am used to GTM's set up for creating variables. Can anyone explain to me where I would set up a user-defined variable?   <noscript><img src="https://ad.doubleclick.net/ddm/activity/src=ZZZZZZ;type=YYYYY;cat=XXXXX;u1=[PageName];dc_lat=;dc_rdid=;tag_for_child_directed_treatment=;tfua=;npa=;gdpr=${GDPR};gdpr_consent=${GDPR_CONSENT_755};ord=1?" width="1" height="1" alt=""/></noscript>

I only received proof 3 & 4 out of all of them. System shows sent & green for all. See attached. Anyone have guidance on how to proceed or where to look to further trouble shoot the issue?

Hi All,   I have the below scenario -    1. CSS clientlibs file calling font files via url syntax as below -  @2375939-face{font-family:icomoon;src:url(clientlib-site/resources/icons/icomoon.eot?s69qo9);src:url(clientlib-site/resources/icons/icomoon.eot?s69qo9#iefix) format("embedded-opentype"),url(clientlib-site/resources/icons/icomoon.ttf?s69qo9) format("truetype"),url(clientlib-site/resources/icons/icomoon.woff?s69qo9) format("woff"),url(clientlib-site/resources/icons/icomoon.svg?s69qo9#icomoon) format("svg"); }   2. Hi Team,   I have to create a lucene Index for a query.   The query returns the page (the page should be created with contentpage template)which matches the id(stored at component node ).   The query is given below.   type=cq:Page path=content/mysite/country/locale property1=jcr:content/cq:template property1.value=conf/mysite/wcm/settings/contentpage-template property2=jcr:content/root/container/feature/Id property2.value=1234589     Note: feature is my component and Id is the property stored at feature component node.     I want to create a lucene Index for query. I've created a funnel at the visitor level, and when I try to check the data agaisnt a freeform table using unique vistors the number doesnt match. Are the fallout visitors not the same as the unique visitors on the table and why?

We are trying to check on a usecase and would want to understand if there is a possibility to cache the graphQL responses from AEM headless?

I wanted to check on recommendations / best approaches on the below use case - Use case: - Assets are consumed by online external web applications. When a new asset is uploaded or an existing asset is updated, these need to be tested by staging web application first before prod applications can use them . Once approved on the staging web application, assets should be available to the production application.  Possible soln -  a) Upload assets on staging env - > point staging app to stage publish to consume assets & Prod app to prod publish. Issue - On every approval, user has to package assets and move to prod author and publish. Pros : No customization Cons : Manual thing. Will take time and prone to manual error & delays. b) Customise workflow , on approval on stage add custom replication agent to replicate to prod author & publish. Cons: Two env to be managed(Stage & prod) - no of authors 8 for now. Stage env is not true replica of Prod so testing may not

Hello Folks,We have setup an AAM Source Connector (to our AEP instance) to pull in some historical AAM segments during our migration to CDP. We just 2-3 segments to be available in AEP. While setting up the connector, we are selecting these 2-3 segments (size of 2M profiles). But lot of profiles (100M+ profiles are ingested till date and it keeps growing) are ingested in AEP which is way beyond our contracted profiles. Still, we are not able to see the AAM segments in AEP (under "Segments" builder section). Any idea why this is happening? On digging more, I found that it is the device data that is being sent and all the profiles are keyed off of "ECID". Is it possible that the connector is ingesting our entire AAM footprint (we have 100+ sites sending in data to our AAM instance). But we want only those 2-3 segments' profiles inside AEP. Have anyone experienced this issue before? Thanks!

Hi there, hope you are doing good. Is there any way to bring AEP schema field descriptions to CJA dimensions ? Thanks in Advance.

There is a request tab inside every project but I can't see how I can set up the queues so that you can make a request from inside an existing project and get the proper forms, get it routed etc. The use case is I have an email project and I want to request a video from the video team. Normally we would start a New Request and the Queue is setup etc. But then the video is separated from the email project. Is there a way to route it into the existing Queue so that these 2 things can stay connected? I know I can add the form to the Project Details and submit it that way. However, the separation of Projects and Requests really confuses pretty much everybody because the task lists are never combined in one place and even with Dashboards and Reports and such, everyone hates how they are separate. So our video team only will work with Requests and never projects, so that they can stay organized and work on making videos instead of messing around with Workfront. Any advice?

I'm retrieving a list of schedules in postman, I notice below things in result and dont understand where this is coming from. "name": "Profile-Snapshot-Export-Schedule-da974243-e693-488d-9ba4-1d9e201c655f","state": "inactive","type": "export", "name": "Segmentdefinition-Snapshot-Export-Schedule-8fc04cca-eae9-45ca-b003-c69d926f5bec","state": "active","type": "export", "name": "delta-DB5448F45E66075A0A495CCA@AdobeOrg-089a5b28-3e43-4e31-9a5b-283e43be3195","state": "active","type": "delta", and the last one is "batch segmentation", I understand what batch segmentation is but can anyone please explain where above 3 are coming from.

Hey everyone,   I am hoping to get some help on this issue. If anyone has encountered this before and has figured out a way please let me know. The issue I am having is that a lead will submit their contact information twice with the same name, phone number but a different email address. Example below:  Marketo pushed both of them into SF, I know marketo looks at email only. Is there a way to solve this issue? I am fairly new to Marketo so any help would be great!
