This question is related to ACS AEM Commons.  I realize that ACS is a separate organization, but they appear to lack a similar community forum, so I thought I would try my luck here. I'm currently operating with Adobe 6.5.5.  My current objective is to upgrade from ACS AEM Commons 4.3.2 to as recent a version as possible without hitting a major obstacle.  Starting with version 4.4+, I've encountered a problem related to Generic Lists.  To reproduce, first navigate to Tools -> ACS Commons -> Generic Lists On the generics lists page, note that you can refresh the page without incident.  You can also open any existing generic lists and edit them without problems. Now, in the upper middle of the screen, click on 'Generic Lists' and switch to 'etc'. You should be taken to /generic-lists.html/etc .  Now try refreshing the page.  I received: Cannot serve request to /generic-lists.html/etc in /libs/granite/ui/comp

Hi everyone!I needed to change a component and one of its properties in dialog is a select box and I have a lot of instances of this component on my site. Now I'm needing to change all content value of this component, example, "if value old option 1 change to value old option 2" I'm trying to figure out a smart solution instead of creating a package for almost all my site, change the values and upload again...I found the ACS On-Deploy Scripts, but it is not compatible with Cloud Service, that is my case.https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/on-deploy-scripts/index.html Do you know some smart solution that I can do in batch or some like this?

Hi Experts,  We are in process of converting the components and templates from Classic to touch UI. This process is completed almost. However, when the code is deployed in the QA platform, none of the dialog's data are stored. i.e. contents are not stored. When I debug the issue, all the dialog form's action value is empty. (Please refer the screenshots). At the same time, it has the proper value in my local instance.I need your expert advice on the same Could you please help here? Thank you,Nanda

Hi    I'm currently working with an Events partner who has requested that we delete leads that are new into our system and members of their association.    All their members are sent a specific form just for them.  With that, I'm able to identify any new leads and forms they have filled out, but unfortunately, some leads are currently in multiple programs as we plan our events ahead of time so I can't delete them.   I've created a Smart List    but what I'm struggling with is being able to find anyone who has filled in that form but is not in any other program.    Should I first remove all these leads from the first program they entered in and then do another search looking if anyone with that specific 'Registration Source Info' exists in another program?    Thanks

When I built wknd site from github using maven, I was able to successfully build it and obtain all the artifacts. However, in the AEM UI when I click on Navigation->Sites, it gives the errors attached in the screenshots. P.S. I haven't made any changes to any default config files.

Good day,I have a form whereas information needs to be pulled from a report and entered into the form.  The information pulled is in a table format with headers such as "form #, item #, date, description, value".  My form is set up that way as well with buttons to add and delete rows.  The user will need to copy and paste the required information into each row in order for it be uniform.  The problem I'm noticing now is that it's not user friendly when there are a lot of items to enter.  I thought my solution to this problem was to create the "headers"  and below that (1) big space so that they can copy and paste the information, but that doesn't work.  The information copied to the form, from the report, does not remain in a table format and is not uniformed.  The information all jumbled together and the user would have to space the information under the headers just to make it look professional, which defeats the purpose.  I would like to

I'd like to move one of our lifecycle smart campaigns to be executable to speed the process a bit.   The way the program is currently set up is based on a person being created in the system (trigger). The flow then points to requested campaigns based on the persons interaction. Example, they score 100 points, go through the smart campaign to pass to sales. The trigger campaign is set up with wait steps at the moment to make sure they go through the individual requested campaigns, then we have a sync to SF step.   I created a new trigger campaign (not activated yet) for when a person is created and changed "request campaign" to "execute campaign," pointing to the same (live) smart campaigns. Will this work if the existing campaigns that are in the flow were not marked as executable? Or do I need to create all new smart campaigns for everything? Also, I'm still a little unclear what "Use Parent Campaign Token Content" means- can someone please explain this?     &nbs

Hello everyone.we are currently working on a custom connector (using js and  post processing workflow associated to an external account).to make it simple : users create a delivery, write the message, associated a scheduling date and start the campaign.the post processing workflow create the delivery associated to the provider (and tag the target and message).when doing some tests, we did try to create a delivery, make all the validation and confirm it (so everything is create on the provider side).if we try to stop the delivery, we cannot catch the stop request (so we cannot cancel the campaign on the provider side).does any of you  implement the stop on their custom connectors?THank you

Hi Team,I am writing a query, path=/contenttype=cq:Page1_property=@jcr:content/category_id1_property.value=%54ceab56-c3b6-44c7-ae3f-08fc87af9045%2_property=@jcr:content/category_parent_id2_property.value=%54ceab56-c3b6-44c7-ae3f-08fc87af9045%p.limit=-1 The requirement is to get all pages with either jcr:content/category_id  or jcr:content/category_parent_id =54ceab56-c3b6-44c7-ae3f-08fc87af9045 . But it is giving zero results eventhough there are multiple pages, What will be the issue in query?

I need a java client to do some ETL operations on Experience Manager assets. I found this Experience Platform sample that looked like exactly what I needed. I have since learned that this needs to work with AEM 6.5 so that is no longer an option. It looks like I need to use the Assets HTTP API however I have yet to find any nice ready to borrow java code for this. Does anyone know if such asample exists so I don't have to reinvent the wheel?

Hi, I'm converting form component's classic UI dialog to Touch UI dialog. I see constraint Type dropdown for which options are coming from the following path./bin/wcm/foundation/forms/constraint.jsonCan someone please guide me if there is any direct way to get the JSON list from the above path in Touch UI instead of writing the backend code to fetch the data (like SELECT * FROM [sling:Folder] AS s WHERE ISDESCENDANTNODE('/') and s.[sling:resourceType] = 'foundation/components/form/constraint').

Hello! My team creates XFA forms in Forms Designer 6.2. When we add a digital certificate to the form [using Acrobt Pro 2017 > Tools Certificates > Certify (Invisible Signature)] and then extend it to have basic usage rights, the digital certificate invalidates or disappears. We have a workaround for this where the form is first opened in LiveCycle ES3 and the target version is saved (through Form Properties) "8.1 or later". For some reason, this allows the certificate to be successfully added and maintain its validity. We will be losing access to LiveCycle ES3 and will not be able to use this workaround. In Designer 6.2, we can only set the target version to "10.0 or later" and the certificate fails. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Alternatively, is there a workaround to save files as 8.1 without using ES3? Thanks so much in advance!

I require an alternate solution to event.target.app.mailMsg for sending out email messages with variables within the filled out form when the user has Foxit PDF Editor as the default program. While everything else on the form works as expected in Foxit 11, the email buttons do not create email messages on click for XDP forms using Foxit. Does anyone have some insight into this issue? Any alternate method for sending emails which have variables from form data as part of the messsage?

Hi All,\We are facing an issue in the dev environment, where repoint script is not working. We have productfeed folder created inside /etc, now the scheduler has been created to save in this path.but it is not working in dev environment.I have added a configuration-org.apache.sling.jcr.repoinit.RepositoryInitializer-project.config scripts=[ " create service user systemuser set ACL for systemuser allow jcr:read on /etc restriction(rep:glob,/productfeed) allow jcr:write on /etc restriction(rep:glob,/productfeed) end "] Thanks,Prince

Hi All,I am using a color and font picker in Rich Text component. The picker appends font-size, bgcolor, color and font-family as per the selection in a span tag.E.g. <p><span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: Arial Black;">This s Test Content</span></p> But as soon as I press any Key in my Rich Text dialog, styles get removed.Investigating this I noticed that handleJunkSpans function inside KeyPlugin.js (loaded as part of richtext.js from /libs/clientlibs/granite/richtext ) is causing the issue and removing all styles if font-size is present. if (com.isTag(toCheck, 'span')) {var styleAttrib = com.getAttribute(toCheck, 'style', true);if (styleAttrib) {if (styleAttrib.indexOf('font-size') >= 0) {var sel = CUI.rte.Selection;var bkm = sel.createSelectionBookmark(context);CUI.rte.DomProcessor.removeWithoutChildren(toCheck);sel.selectBookmark(context, bkm);}}} Is there any way to stop this OOB validation using some property?

Hi, I'm trying to insert a new row with content as header and description inside a CSV or Excel sheet using the data extraction. I'm able to insert data as columns, Is it possible to insert a row using a script?   Thank you!!

I would like to know how many opens we have had the Outlook client, and not entirely sure how I can do this, as I cannot seem to locate an OOTB report that does that.

Hi everyone So, there is one requirement in which we have to show the top N number of destinations in the carousel and whenever a new destination is added to the top category it should automatically come on that carousel. How can we achieve that?
