Hi all, I'm trying to learn more about Adobe CJA and have a couple of questions. Identity Stitching:  How does getting data into CJA work with stitching identities across channels.  Example, I've got a customer ID in one source, cookies in another and phone number in a third.  How does CJA stitch these together across my customer (and prospect) population? Time Series:  How does Adobe CJA enable time series analysis?  I've seen tables and Venn diagrams as CJA output, can it map out customer journeys over a time dimension too? Thank you!DP

My company website doesn't have a datalayer and I'm looking at the client services datalayer extension. Am I understanding it right that I can write the DataLayer code in the client services extension and avoid having to hard code the datalayer onto the pages of our website?

Has anyone ever used Flowpaper https://flowpaper.com/ or seen an uptick in "false" email clicks due to using a Flowpaper link within their email?    Backstory: we recently sent out an email that contained a Flowpaper link to a piece of content. We saw above-average clicks on the link and under further investigation we noticed the clicks happening before the email was delivered. We also saw that at some institutions we had a click-through rate of over 90%. Marketo support has suggested that the link triggered the security software and I wanted to see if anyone else in the Marketo community has had a similar experience.

Hi all - I see a lot of similarities between AJO and ACS but was curious if AJO will replace Standard? Thanks!

Hi, Our team is trying to setup an A/B test using an Experience Fragment. The colleague that did the last changes on the experience sees in the preview QA URL all the elements aligning properly; on my end and other colleagues there are some alignment issues. So the same preview URL is rendered differently on different machines. I tried clearing cache, going incognito, different browsers, clearing the preview with ?at_preview_token= parameter but nothing worked so far. What other investigation routes we might take?

Is there an easy way to exclude remote employees' IP addresses in Adobe Analytics reports and projects?

My company is kicking off a big "modernization" project that involves updating our legacy web apps to a single-page-app architecture, and updating the way we use Target, Analytics, and the rest of the Experience Cloud. I would like to being experimenting with our Target setup. Can I safely enable on-device decisioning (under Administration > Implementation) for use with a locally-running development SPA, without impacting our production site?

Hi! I am trying to create two different and separate POC for some clients for AEMaaCS using Java 11. For the first POC I just need AEM. For the second one I need AEM + Forms. I had created separate folders for each of those POCs and the problem I am facing is that if I start one quickstart, work for some time, shut it down and later I try to init the other POC quickstart the second POC fails to init showing the following error message: "HTTP ERROR 503 AuthenticationSupport service missing. Cannot authenticate request." If I tail the error.log I get the following warn and info messages: "18.02.2022 10:38:46.919 *WARN* [sling-default-1-health-com.adobe.granite.queries.impl.hc.QueryLimitsHealthCheck] com.adobe.granite.queries.impl.hc.QueryLimitsHealthCheck Could not retrieve QueryEngineSettings MBean.18.02.2022 10:38:46.950 *INFO* [sling-default-9-health-com.adobe.granite.queries.impl.hc.QueriesStatusHealthCheck] com.adobe.granite.queries.impl.hc.QueriesStatusHeal

Hello, Purpose is to highlight the task request that does not come at least 3 weeks in advance. Thanks to blog entry from Kara (https://one.workfront.com/s/managed-content-blogs/workfront-wednesday-did-you-know-comparing-dates-and-more-with-conditional-forma-MCB64UAJFP6NGSFJ562WXWBB3S5Q) I got the comparison between plannedCompletionDate and entryDate to work.It highlights red when plannedCompletionDate is less than entryDate, but it seems to ignore the +15d or +3w parts. Are the certification exams multiple choice fields like the practice test (but diff questions, of course), or is it demonstrating knowledge your actual instance of Workfront?

Hello!   Our team works globally, and we generate leads across regions & languages. We currently also generate data via form fills & imports in non-latin script. Mostly in Chinese characters.   Does anyone have experience with setting up a process that auto-translates Chinese characters (or other scripts) to English? Would the Google Translate API be something that can be used for this purpose?   Our biggest concern the Company Name that is currently entered in Chinese characters. It would be great if we can call a webhook whenever data is entered on our Chinese forms, and that the webhook is able to translate the Chinese value in field X and write a translation to field Y.   Thank you for sharing your input! Tom

Hi there, We are not seeing the exact operating system and browser names and versions in the tracking logs captured from the tracking server. When looking at the tracking log file there is the complete user agent string which contains data like this for the logs generated:Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/15.1 Safari/605.1.15 (when opening a tracked link in Safari, Mac OS)Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/96.0.4664.93 Safari/537.36 (when opening a tracked link in Google Chrome, Mac OS)Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36 Edge/18.17763 (when opening a tracked link in MS Edge, Windows) Question 1: How is Campaign extracting the browser and OS name and version from this string? Or is there another source from where this information is captured and read? While doing some diggi

What is value I need to specify in "features" property to specifically display those. Appreciate your help. Thankyou.
