Dear Community, We would like to use Adobe Analytics to track usage & behavior in desktop applications (Java Desktop Tool, Visual Code plugins / Electron / Theia)Some questions which came up:- Is it a good idea to use Adobe Analytics to do this?- If yes, are there any SDKs / references / documentation available? PS: I found a related question in this community, however seems like the answer and the provided links are outdated. Thank you in advance.

Hello,I can't get into Adobe Experience Platform Launch. It gives an error like the one below. What could be the reason for this, I am in admin authority on my account. Or, with whomever I share this problem, it can reach a solution. "Error Loading AccountIMS Profile Error "User ID FB5662F95E6615AC0A495EC9@AdobeID is not authorized for Launch access with any organizations"Your session may have timed out."

hi team, trying to access a published asset through publish url but running into some issues, first problem was to find the publish url, as per instructions elsewhere in this forum the publish url could be constructed by adjusting the author url, like this: Author url: https://author-xxxxx.adobeaemcloud.com/assetdetails.html/content/dam/tag_upload_test_folder/1920x1440.jpg Publish url: https://publish-xxxxx.adobeaemcloud.com/content/dam/tag_upload_test_folder/1920x1440.jpg  I hope that is correct Now, the publish url will get us to this page, no other error  is there something that needs to be configured for the dispatcher to work with our publish instance or is the url just wrong?

Hi, I have some separate css, js and bootstrap icons for my component. Those I have stored under vendor folder like the below. How can I call the below folder in my HTL (for my component) or should I add these to clientlib-base, if so how to add and call them ??

Good day,I have two radio buttons that depending on which button is clicked, it disables or enables boxes (text boxes, dates, etc.) so that the user can enter the required information.  The problem is:If the user clicks the other button after the information is entered in the boxes, the information entered in the boxes remains.  They should be cleared and disabled at the same time.  Example:  Two buttons - One is "yes", the other is "No".  If yes is clicked, the boxes (Name), (Date), (Reason) is enabled so that they can enter the information.  If the user then click "No" because they changed their mind, the the information in (Name), (Date), (Reason) is disabled and erased and (comments) box is enabled. I'm hoping there is a script for this.  I tried the action builder and it's too complicated and not working like I want it.

Hello, I've added hyperlinks as a table of contents to my workspace project. My report audience does not have access to Adobe Analytics. When I export to PDF the hyperlinks only go to workspace and do not link to the section in the PDF format. Is there a way to do this or do the hyperlinks only work while in Adobe Workspace?  Thank you

Hi All, I am using AEM 6.5. Recently I upgraded the service package from 6.5.7 to the 6.5.11. But in the 6.5.11, both of them are not working anymore and I am seeing follow error message.  Error while sending request: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: hostname in certificate didn't match: <apache1> != </demo1.com/demo2.com> <apache2> != </demo1.com/demo2.com>Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks,Forrest

I have upgraded the Adobe from 9187 to 9346 and facing verious issues including overall slowness for workflow and Deliveribility.  1. Heatmap not working 2. Workflow with test activity having no data running so slow that you can actually see its blinking for long time vs in 9187 build , its superb quick. 3. Webapp are having issues on uploadfile.js  All in all 9346 is not solution,.  Anyone else facing same problems ? How to fix it ?

If there are multiple changes/activities for a location and we have a different priority for each. How would target push the changes? If audience is same, then:1. Target push all changes to the page and then decide which one to show/execute.2. Target decide which one to show based on the priority and then push/execute that particular change on the page. My team believes it is the first one. However, I believe it is the second one. If audience is different, then:1. Target push all changes to the page and then decide which one to show/execute.2. Target will push all changes on the page and execute them since priority does not work across different audience group. However, since only one change (assuming it is an html change for a div or a paragraph) can show on the page at a time, the one that execute the last will show on the page. My team believes it is the first one. However, I believe it is the second one. Can someone please confirm?  Reference

Hi, we've recently switched to Marketo and I've just set up our first smart campaign which I linked to a Salesforce campaign. It seemed to run fine and added the email recipients to the Salesforce campaign and updated their status to 'Sent' however, none of the further actions (bounced, open, clicked etc) has updated the Salesforce Campaign member Status so they all still say sent.   The flow was set up as follows: Step 1 - Send emailStep 2 - Add to SFDC Campaign - Campaign= [CAMPAIGN NAME] Status= Sent Step 3 - Change Status in SFDC Campaign - If=Email Bounced 'is' [EMAIL NAME] Campaign =[CAMPAIGN NAME] New Status=Bounced Step 4 - Change Status in SFDC Campaign - If=Opened Email 'is' [EMAIL NAME] Campaign =[CAMPAIGN NAME] New Status=Opened Email Step 5 - Change owner - Owner name=USER: NAME Step 6 - Change Status in SFDC Campaign - If=Clicked Link in Email 'is' [EMAIL NAME] Campaign =[CAMPAIGN NAME] New Status=Clicked Link Steps 1 and 2 worked fine but it hasn't made an

Hi everyone,   Has anyone who passed the architect beta exam that was sent out last fall received their Credly/Acclaim badge and has the architect certification listed as active in their Adobe Credential Management portal?   I received an email saying I'd passed but when I checked the Adobe Credential Management system the certification is not active and when I check my Credly/Acclaim account, only my business practitioner badges show up.   My expert certification (which I think is a pre-requisite to the architect certification) is valid until mid-April so I do not think that is it.   ( I do think that "Product Discussions" is the correct board for this but I could not find any other suitable boards)

Hi All,Is there a place where I can see the history of a user or delivery like who created the delivery and all in Adobe Campaign? For example, if a person were to leave and I delete him from Campaign, is there a way for me to see the history and find out what the person that left created?

How does Adobe Target decide which experience a visitor sees? I'm looking for more detailed information to satisfy internal stakeholders that the selection is random.

Somehow in our Adobe Campaign classic deployment, there were always duplicated lines in certain log files where all log lines were printed twice. For example, this is the case in sms.log:2022-02-18 10:53:03.980Z 00004CE7 00003032 1 info log PDU sent to 'smsgateway:8888':\nENQUIRE_LINK sequence_number=0x00000005\n2022-02-18 10:53:03.981Z 00004CE7 00003032 1 info log PDU sent to 'smsgateway:8888':\nENQUIRE_LINK sequence_number=0x00000005\n2022-02-18 10:53:04.035Z 00004CE7 00003032 1 info log PDU received from 'smsgateway:8888':\nENQUIRE_LINK_RESP command_status=0x00000000 sequence_number=0x00000005\n2022-02-18 10:53:04.035Z 00004CE7 00003032 1 info log PDU received from 'smsgateway:8888':\nENQUIRE_LINK_RESP command_status=0x00000000 sequence_number=0x00000005\n2022-02-18 10:53:33.981Z 00004CE7 00003032 1 info log PDU sent to 'smsgateway:8888':\nENQUIRE_LINK sequence_number=0x00000006\n2022-02-18 10:53:33.981Z 00004CE7 00003032 1 info log PDU sent to 'smsgateway:8888':\nENQUIRE_LINK seque
