Hi Guys,I used an emoji in our subject line, using Q-code (after reading Stanford's blog). The emoji is rendering properly in all email clients, however, in Gmail mobile, it is adding extra space in the subject line.See the below example:    I am using the below code in the subject line=?UTF-8?Q?=F0=9F=99=8C?= NEW! Master's in Information Technology Anyone has experienced this before? please let me know a way aound.

I am using a drop-down box to populate a text field, as in this example. It works fine, but I am having trouble formatting the output. I need to bold only a portion of the text. I don't know very much about scripting, so I am stuck. I tried to connect two strings together, with the JavaScript method for bold text on the second string, like so:TextField1.rawValue = "Some plain text!\n" + "Some bold text!".bold();Both strings show up, but instead of the second being bold, it just outputs the HTML tags for bold, so in my text field I get this:Some plain text!<b>Some bold text!</b>The text field format is set to rich text and the data format is set to xhtml since users also have the ability to add their own answers to the text field as well. However, I don't want them to have to select and bold text that is automatically sent to the text field by the drop-down list. It kind of defeats the purpose of automating it in the first place if they have to go back and adjust it every ti

Does anyone have any good insights or resources related to adding LinkedIn conversion tags (events) to Marketo forms? All of our website forms are built in Marketo, and as we're ramping up ABM marketing, we want to align basic conversion actions and install all tracking pixels and tags. Obviously, these are secondary to what we're reporting on between Marketo and SFDC, but wanted to go ahead and get these added.    Thanks! Ryan

Hi, any possibility to move  Historical Data Transfer from one report suite to another Report suite? I am looking to move two days of data . Thanks, Pradeep

I have been using Marketo for over a year now and just when I think I have advanced filters figured out, I am left scratching my head wondering why I am not getting the audience number I am expecting.    The below smart list screenshot has 30,159 members currently but there is a suppression list of around 2,600 people some of which still seem to be lingering on the audience.  Can someone weigh in on the set up and what I am doing wrong?     I want the OurWorld preference center in step 1 to be captured MINUS steps 2-5...it seems so easy to type and yet like I am in a high school match class I loathe in my attempts. Appreciate any and all help!

I would like to know which data type should I use (Float, Double, or Long) for a field that would be populated with Numeric(10,1) and another field with Numeric(10,2). Please help. Thanks

Hi all,   I am getting an SPF error: "The SPF record for cyera.io was configured incorrectly, or may be missing." Our domain is cyera.io. I checked with a third-party SPF checker and it looks like the "include: mktomail.com" language is in place.   Any thoughts on why we're getting the error? Thx!

Hello,  I am getting the errors below when I try to set up Adobe Analytics in case anyone has faced something similar.I am calling MobileCore.registerExtensions, MobileCore.configureWith and MobileCore.lifecycleStart in AppDelegate, and I am not sure if I am missing something.  <LaunchIDManager> App ID not found in manifest <ConfigurationState> Config not found in data store, returning empty config <ConfigurationState> Build environment not found in current config, returning environment aware config. <IdentityState:readyForSyncIdentifiers(event:configurationSharedState:)> Cannot sync Identifiers, waiting for valid configuration shared state.

Hello all, I have an A/B activity where I'm seeing traffic enter both experiences. What initially brought my attention to this was interaction with the chat widget (~10%) in the control variant -- Live Chat Button Opened. See Venn diagram and data below. This is unexpected because the widget is being suppressed in the control. In fact, there is no code that would deliver the widget here. Is this type of traffic crossover common? Is it possible a visitor entered experience B clicked a button, then later enter experience A, but the initial engagement was captured in the subsequent visit? Thanks in advance for your help! -Brion

Dear Everyone,   We are trying to ingest data for B2B Schemas related to Account and Person. Have uploaded the sample files through CSV mapping but profiles are not processed. Videos related to these are focused only on the source connected to Marketo and are unable to find any in-depth documentation to upload the data using CSV for some use cases. Did anyone try this method? If yes, try to route us to relevant documentation or give us some idea related to the ask.   PS: Guess I am making mistakes on accountKey.sourceKey and b2b.personKey.sourceKey of the schemas B2B Account and B2B Person respectively, but not sure. These fields are mandatory when I map CSV to Schema.     CC: @dwright @yuhuisg adobechat    Thank You, Pratheep Arun Raj B (Arun) | NextRow Digital | Terryn Winter Analytics

Hi,    We recently sent out a Marketing newsletter that had a lower deliverability than we normally see. It wasn't massively down but normally we have a deliverability of 99% but this send we had a deliverability of 97.5%. I've been doing some digging and it looks like half of the emails that should have received the emails but didn't are yahoo.co.uk email addresses. Has anyone experienced any issues with sending to this email client before? If so did you find out what caused it?    Thanks,  Katie

In 1st webpage we are customizing and giving information which should be reflected in the 2nd webpage. So the process is in 1st webpage I am entering a field called Introduction with <textarea> tag (used <textarea> because the introduction can be 2-3 paragraphs). From 1st webpage I am entering introduction with multiple paragraphs .
