Solved

Hi community, Observed that there may have scenarios where some users' opens are not captured even though they have clickthrough-ed. Logically, they would have to open the email before clicking the links. One of the common possibilities is that they had disabled downloading of images in their mail clients, as such preventing the tracking pixel from capturing the opens. This causes a downside to having a lower open rates than expected. Is there an available configuration to enable Adobe Campaign to automatically register opens as long as users perform an email click?

Is there a way to manage (consulting and/or deleting) previously collected user/client information on Adobe Analytics? Do I need to work with any API Integration or an interface which I can manage all user information? Any thoughts? Thanks,

The brand i work for currently uses Adobe Audience Manager, where we push audiences into DV360. We've just got some insights through outlining the key 100x SA2 locations (could also get postcodes) that we should focus our advertising on (best places for a new acquisition audience). My challenge: how we go about integrating these locations (list of SA2/postcodes) into Adobe Audience Manager? Is it easy to integrate? Or is it better to integrate these locations into DV360 directly?

Hi all,  I just want to preface this thread by saying I am a marketer so if any one replying could please keep answers simple with little technical jargon - that would be great! So, I'm back using Adobe Campaign after some time. Previously when I was using Adobe Campaign Classic, I was told paused workflows would slow performance of the platform. As per this thread, the slower performance seems to relate to a strain on data tables/storage capacity - https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-standard/importance-of-end-activity-in-a-workflow/m-p/274119#M10019 I just wanted to confirm if this applies to Adobe Campaign Standard as well i.e. that pausing multiple workflows will slow down the performance of ACS for the end user e.g. navigating to new pages/creating subsequent workflows. The current practice of my new organisation is to pause every workflow after it has executed successfully. Can anyone recommend what the best practice is fo

I've been trying to populate field within my opportunity custom field and keep defaulting my token. Not really sure why it's not pulling the contract_start_date but it may have to do with the Day_until_contract_start_date field since it's a calculated sfdc field. Does anyone have experience with using velocity to pull any opportunity custom field?   #foreach ( $Opportunity in $OpportunityList ) #set ($OpportunityList = $OpportunityList + 1) #if (${OpportunityList.Days_Until_Contract_Start_Date__c} == "42") #set ($CSDdate = "${Opportunitylist.Contract_Start_Date__c}") #else #set ($CSDdate = "Unavailable") #end #end $CSDdate

We are in the middle of launching our Marketo instance and the solution we are implementing for our site is that we are having a hardcoded webform post to the marketo form in the UI.My question is, if we used a hidden field to capture UTM params with a pre-fill, does that need to be passed along with the post given that we are not loading/embedding the marketo form directly on the page, or because the pre-fill is based on UTM params, is that something Marketo parses from the URL meta data post-submission?

I have a use case, where i need to restrict non admin user(Content-Author) to delete/modify/move for certain site path using Repo Init script json.

Dispatcher is creating html cached files as directories.- Directory file being incorrectly created is inside basket folder, eg: content/basket/checkout.html- When customer tries to access those files he receives a http 3XX or 4XX error. For instance running the following linux cmd inside dispatcher cache directory: find . -type d | cut -c 10- | grep '\.' | grep -o '....$' | sort | uniq -cwill result in :10 .html5 .gif2024 .jpg2571 .pngWhy dispatcher is creating files as directories? Is this an intended behaviour for some circustances? What can be leading to this behavior?Details:- Accessing the .html page in any publisher instance returns successfully the html content.- Manually clearing this directory from file system temporarily (days) solves the issue. In dispatcher rules we have configured a rule to not cache under the specific folder where we see the issues:/cache{…/rules{…./0005{/glob "*/basket/*.html"/type "deny"}…No allow rule is configured after this deny rule.Even so

Hi All,In AEM 6.5 I am trying to read the jcr:data (Binary) from jcr:content and convert it to base64 to display the image in frontend page level (HTML).I can read the jcr:data and converted to base64 but when I am trying to display the same base64 image in HTML it is not properly loaded & When i try to decode the generated encrypted string online image is not properly loaded. Kindly check below screenshots for your reference.Does anyone have any ideas or other things I can check for as to why this would not work? I have written the following java code to read the jcr:data from jcr:content and convert it to base64 to display the image in frontend page level (HTML).    And I got the base64 string as below. "data:image/png;base64,iVBORxoAAABJSERSAAAAKwAAACsIBgAAAOFdccAAAAAZdEVYdFNvZnR3YXJlAEFkb2JlIEltYWdlUmVhZHlxyWU8AAADP2lUWHRYTUw6Y29tLmFkb2JlLnhtcAAAAAAAPD94cGFja2V0IGJlZ2luPSLvu78iIGlkPSJXNU0wTXBDZWhpSHpyZVN

I came to know that any AEM instance provides a web service with /systemalive path which responds with a JSON object like this:{ "systemStatus": "GREEN", "checks": [ { "check": "Framework Start Ready Check", "status": "GREEN", "details": "Framework started. Start level: 30; Target start level: 20; Framework state: 32" }, { "check": "Services Check", "status": "GREEN", "details": "" } ] }However, I could not find documentation on what exactly the response fields mean and what the logic of their calculation is. Could someone describe it or share a link?

Hi Team, We have a recurring delivery which was working fine but now without any changes in the workflow, the recurring delivery is creating 2 deliveries in the dashboard as shown in below screenshot- we have approvals assigned to the recurring email delivery and even after approving everything this is creating double deliveries and one in the "personalization pending" status never goes out and is stuck- not getting stopped either. We have followed the workflow stop and restart method with new recurring delivery and then its working fine as per the solution provided here. However now we are getting these issues more often, not with the same delivery in workflow but with some other workflows in the same campaign. We are not sure what's happening. It would be helpful if we can get below possible reasons:1. Any possible reason behind 2 duplicate deliveries are created in the dashboard- with no errors in any of them but stuck in personalization pending state.2. How a working recu

Hello - I am sure this is easy, but I can't seem to find anything not related to $ and ¢.  I wish to convert a number with 5 decimal places to words - but I can't seem to find how.  It is not dollars - they are units from a managed fund - so 125.62365 for example.  Is this possible? WordNum works well - but I am sure just don't know how to extend it... Nat
