We are handling customer's couple of websites public facing website as well as their customer's portal website which is hosted under subdomain of their public facing. On both websites we have personalization & recommendation use cases. Till one week back using VEC we were able to configuring A/B, XT on both websites. However since that week we are unable to load the customer portal website(password protected pages) in VEC. Application not loading beyond login page. Outside login and overall website behavior is normal and as per expectations. Public facing website is also working as expected in VEC. Also earlier cross login session between portal and Adobe target VEC was also working fine where in we used to login into customer portal first in one tab and in separate tab (same browser) we used to browse portal in VEC and we used to configure respective activities on various pages of portal (login session was getting shared across 2 tabs). This is also stopped working.

Many of the URLs that I'm trying to analyze are super long. I want to be able to just capture the slug. Is there a way to do this within AA?

Hi, This is my first time dealing with MSO code on issues for Outlook. Could you please assist? Hi, Currently we have requirement to add restrictions to DAM Asset Upload which checks file type, size and file content using for 3rd party API. We do this in DAM Update Asset Workflow by adding a custom step. Currently we are stuck at a place where in case when file is not allowed, we are not able to show alert on UI to authors with some message. I see that "DAM Asset Upload Restriction" configuration has a nice alert saying upload failed. From what I checked that calls a servlet which returns error and then this alert is shown. Is there a way we can do the same for our custom restrictions. If workflow is the best way for that or if we can have another way of doing it which is more user friendly. Any help is appreciated.. Thanks!

I have a form which has two number fields that house formulas.  However, the second field can not be more than 50% of the first field, no matter what the calculation totals.  I.E..... field 1 + field 2 = field A ($500)field 3 + field 4 = field B ($400) But field B cannot be any more that $250 (which is 50% of field A) How can I do this?

Team,We wanted to make use of Delivery and to use Custom Routing method(such as javascript connector) for processing API requests.- We're trying to integrate other API's in Adobe campaign.- We're able to connect to those API and send messages using workflows- Now we want to use Delivery and input targetted addresses in the Delivery target- Then in the backend we want to process API request using connector- We tried to use Mobile App push connector for reference. Setting up mobile app channel- However we failed to complete custom js connector(Attached error image for reference)- If we execute the same code using workflows, it's working. If I use the same code in connector js, it's not working. Any idea please? The following are the important code snippet in the delivery connector we believe:loadLibrary("xtk:shared/nl.js");NL.require('/nl/core/shared/xtk.js')  .require('/nl/core/shared/js.js');function processDeliveryPart (deliveryPart) {  var msgs = <messages/>;/* API req

Hi all, We upgraded AEM from 6.2 to 6.5.0. The components of customized bundles are failed to activate. We saw below error in the error log.*ERROR* [FelixDispatchQueue] com.eclipsesource.jaxrs.publisher FrameworkEvent ERROR (org.osgi.framework.ServiceException: Service factory returned null. All bundles are in active state. We already update the code to match with 6.5.0 version. Anything else we should check?  Thanks.

Happy Monday Adobe Team,I am using adobe analytics as my data source for browse trigger and am struggling with defining the business rules for my browse trigger.I want to trigger a browse abandonment for when user has browsed more than three PDPs and does not add any item to cart. . i.e. when user sees Prodview 3 times - trigger browse abandonment and capture the last 3 skus viewed. I setup my rules accordingly but it doesn't seem to be firing Visit must include -          Prodview exists       And       Prodviews equals 3 Visit must not include    cart additions exits Include metadata  skus   question is how do I set this up to capture my business rules... ?

Hi gang, I have what I hope is a simple question for someone who has Edge and Konductor inside secrets. We are currently in a RTCDP/AEM implementation project with a team of focused Adobe consultants. As they validate our data sources and our stream of events via the WebSDK, they are seeing hits where the xdm.identityMap is missing the ECID namespace, but instead has a namespace called "CORE" which does have what appears to be a legit ECID set in the id field. It is a 38 character numeric expression. Obviously our client side code isn't setting that, so my hunch is that it's something that Konductor is responsible for. Other clues are that these hits are likely coming from clients with no pre-existing cookie or ECID, so my theory is that when Konductor has to reach out to the ID service to get an ECID, it is placing it there in "CORE" and not "ECID"? Can someone shed some light on this little mystery? You'd make my Friday! 🙂

We are using Target loaded by Launch and consider using Target's Visual Composer with Experience Fragments exported from AEM. We also have quite a lot of components with custom JS initialization code which will be used in these fragments if we start using them. What is the recommended way of calling this initialization right after an offer with a component is loaded? What event should our code handle to achieve this, if we don't know exactly when the offer will be loaded? Also, what will change in the approach if Launch's script is loaded with "async" or "defer"?Our current Target version is 1.8.7.

Hi there, We have a potential piece of data work where we may look to change the customer ID (which is set as the unique key on the profile table) for all the profiles we have in ACS. I know this will result in "new" profiles being created for these records and we plan to purge the "old" ones (so our overall record count we remain similar)We are comfortable doing this and also changing the customer IDs in linked custom tables such as "orders". My biggest concern is losing delivery and tracking log history. Is there a way to maintain/transfer this to the "new" profiles? Thanks David

Hello, We set up Griffon using the AEP Assurance extension on both our iOS and Android mobile apps. On Android, everything works as expected. On iOS, the post-processing always gives the error "Unable to retrieve post-processed data within the 24 hour limit." after being "queued" for 24h. However, the request details load perfectly. Is there any known reason why this might be? Or does anyone have suggestions on how we can resolve this? Thanks!

When I send a custom audience to FB or Google, do I need to create a custom view with only data these platforms match on? Or does Marketo only map those fields with each platform and a custom view is not necessary? I work at a bank and our compliance team needs to understand exactly what data is shared with these platforms for our records.@Ashley Henderson @Jela Bubic
