Solved

Hi All, Hope you all are fine. Although, I don’t have any specific problem related to exporter but would like to understand best approach while serving content from AEM to some react component. For example: We have a ABC component in which all labels should be served from AEM and all dynamic logic should be written in react component. We have multiple similar components to implement. It is not a SPA application.so, in our AEM component HTL, we simply write a container div with some data attribute  <div data-component="ABC"></div>. Now, How AEM should provide all dialog labels to REACT.  Through Sling model exporter  Any other way (would like to learn from experts here). SLING MODEL:  @Model(adaptables = SlingHttpServletRequest.class, resourceType = ABC.RESOURCE_TYPE, defaultInjectionStrategy = DefaultInjectionStrategy.OPTIONAL)@3484101(name = ExporterConstants.SLING_MODEL_EXPORTER_NAME, extensions = Export

We are in the process of migrating from AEM foundation form component to new Core components. We have lot of constraint validation like Alphanumeric Validation and few Validation which involves DB calls. Is it possible to create a Server side validation on AEM Core Forms components like form Input text ?

Hi all, We upgraded AEM 6.2 to 6.5.0. After upgrading, the customized main bundle in "Installed" state. I upgraded uber jar into 6.5.0 as well. I also tried upgrading 2.2.2 to 3.0.18. But, the issues didn't solve. pom.xml<dependency><groupId>org.apache.sling</groupId><artifactId>org.apache.sling.jcr.resource</artifactId><version>2.2.2</version><scope>provided</scope></dependency> This is "org.apache.sling.jcr.resource" after upgrading AEM into 6.5.0. Please suggest. Thanks in advance. This is "org.apache.sling.jcr.resource" before upgrading. AEM is 6.2.

Hello there,I've run into an import package version mismatch problem in cq-wcm-foundation bundle after performing an in place upgrade to 6.5. Please read the notes below for more details:1. Note that this error occurs right when I start my author instance for the first time. It can't be related to dependencies in my project or the uber-jar since I hadn't build it until this point2. Also, note that the package isn't missing. I can see the package com.day.cq.wcm.api (version 1.28) being exported by bundle cq-wcm-api. However, cq-wcm-foundation expects a different version lower than 1.283. I could manually resolve the issue by uploading the cq-wcm-foundation bundle (that expects 1.28) from the previous 6.4 instance to get it working4. We're currently resorting to uploading these bundles via a crx package after the upgrade has been performed to get the bundle and other dependent bundles to be active However, I'd like to know if I'm missing anything. Perhaps a service pack by Adobe tha

Hi Guys,I have a project right now that need a file upload. Can Marketo form have a file upload? Thanks!

Hello, I have a Smart Campaign inside a Program that syncs all Member changes on that program (status and data) through a Webhook flow. The issue is that the "Data Value Changes" never triggers for "Updated At" attribute, it only triggers for attributes that I can edit on an input.   How can I fix this? I don't want to add dozens of "Data Value Changes" triggers on my Smart List to sync the data. Thanks.

When we hide forms for returning visitors, we lose the ability to capture UTM parameters in the hidden fields. This creates discrepancies in conversions when we look at Marketo numbers versus Google Analytics. Is there a way around this so that the UTM parameters still get picked up?

I saw an old post (from 2017) regarding this which said Marketo is not PCI compliant hence cannot be used to capture e-signature. Has anything changed since then? Can we capture e-signature using a marketo form now?

I did a search and found work arounds that unfortunately the examples are no longer available since they are posted back in 2015 or older.  Short part is I'm restricted on length of the field but not the height. I can give the field enough room to be multiline but can't find a way to get the text to wrap. ***for clarification, what is displayed when clicking the dropdown to expose the list can stay single lined and cut off but when a selection is made I would like that definitely be word-wrapped/multiline.

Hi Team, Adobe documentation pages for ex- below one going to 404 page- https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/moving/getting-started.html?lang=en  Is everyone facing the same? RegardsAnkur

I use a generic list to manage colours on my website. Each list item has a colour name, and a hex code as its value. I recently changed many of the hex codes, but components referencing the color list are still using the old hex codes. When I look in CRXDE, I see the old hex codes. is there a reason this is happening? Is there a way to update all of the values?

Hi All,I have created the sling servlet in AMS Cloud Version SDK, For that i am facing servlet hit issue as it is in satisfied state and not getting into Active state.I've checked following basic steps for servlet properly registered or not.-Bundle is active.-Servlet is registered i.e, i am able to see at system/console/componentsI've seen some fixes for it as below but still the issue is not resolved-I was trying to resolve the path at /system/console/servletresolver. Even /bin also not resolved.-I was trying a bunch of different paths like /bin, /bin/test , /bin/groupServlet and those paths are already whitelisted at Apache Sling Servlet/Script Resolver and Error Handler.-I have tried with resource base servlet and facing same issue not resolved error.- tried with empty servlet as well with only sysout message post removing service reference.Does anyone have any ideas or other things I can check for as to why this would not work?

I've been using the "Average Time Spent on Site (seconds)" metric to see how long visitors are spending on a particular page, but am unsure how to compare the metric from one page to the amount of time visitors spend on any given page on average. In short, I need to recreate the "Average Time Spent on Page" that was deprecated. Here's a sample question that I should be able to answer: "My website has 100 pages. How long do people typically spend on one of these pages? How does this compare to how long visitors spend on the homepage?" Requirements:This must be a standalone calculated metric that can be used in Analysis Workspace, similar to "Average Time Spent on Site (seconds)" Users cannot be required to apply "Average Time Spent on Site (seconds)" to the Page dimension and compare a given page to other pages that way (i.e. they can't be required to look at a table of Pages)My guess is that I need to average the "Average Time Spent on Site (seconds)" for

I've got a live chat widget dropped on our site via Launch rule. I would like the script to be active during our support hours only. What kind of condition could I use to restrict firing this rule during during our support window? (8 AM to 8 PM CT) Thanks!

Hi, i have a special question and i hope that you can help me. I create a rule and i used 'DataElement Change' to set up it. I would like to add a condition to say fire this rule only when there is no other rule fired I don't know how to proceed and wich condition type to select in order to do that? with custom code maybe ? how can i verify that there is no rule fired already ? Thank you very much.Rim

I am trying to answer a few questions for a form that has 5 steps. I need to be able to capture:How long a user took to complete each stepHow far they went on the form (ie completed 20% ( through step 1), completed 40% (through step 2) and so on)What errors they receive once they hit the proceed button (ie. first name was blank, so they have to fill that in) How many times each error is madeMy developer wrote the following but is not familiar with Adobe Analytics:window.formLayer = { Progress: [                                {                                                'element':[HTML ELEMENT HERE],                                                'percentComplete': '100%',                                                'progressFailureCount': 10,                                                'stepsData':[                                                                {                                                                                'timeSpent': 5.2,

How to add AEM Components might be core components or any Banner / CTA component in DITA Content. I have seen this topic "Customize DITA element mapping with AEM components " https://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/en/xml-documentation-solution/3-8-6/XML-Documentation-for-Adobe-Experience-Manager_Installation-Configuration-Guide_EN.pdf but doesn't look like helpful. If some one has implemented similar feature, please help me out.

Hi Team, we have more content which is store in DAM say we have approximately 1 to 2TB of data. Now we have move entire content from one environment to another we have package manager but not sure whether we can move that huge data any suggestion plz that huge content. RegardsManikantha R

I am looking at using Data Sources to import some off site data in to our Analytics report suite. I have created a test file with a single dimension and a single metric. The total of the metrics is showing in Workspace, but the dimension breakdown isn't showing. The dimension I have used is a merchandising dimension.  Is this a problem? Am I able to use a merchandising dimension for this, or does it need to be a "normal" dimension? I might just be impatient, and not waited long enough for the breakdowns to be processed...

My work has blocked gitbook due to various security concerns. Developers here need access to //aep-sdks.gitbook.io/docs/ to complete their project work. Can anyone successfully download this site/covert it to PDF? Seems to only work 1 page at a time.
