Solved

Hi, I've created a new project and a new template in the sandbox. I've assigned this new template to the project's group (with just me in it). I'm trying to customize the left navigation area for Project template. The changes made in the template do not reflect in the Project. I'd like to know what I'm getting wrong here. That's the reason I would like to know how a template and a project are connected. There might be something I didn't get right here. Thanks for your time!

Are there any default channels which Marketo supports?

Hi All, It is very repetative to assign component policies across all the editable templates. Early on you will have 5+ editable templates. In larger sites with 50+ page templates, adding a new component and it's style modifiers can take hours. Is there a way to define in the cq_design_dialog a default component policy configuration?

I have a Smart Campaign with two flow steps, Add to Engagement Program and Add to List.  I made some changes recently that seem to be causing problems.  Changes included adding the Add to List flow step and changing the campaign settings to allow someone to run through the flow only once - previously it was once every six months.  I've realized there are now a number of people who are requalifying for the engagement program but are being skipped (which is good), but are still getting added to my list (not good).   For example, in this lead's activity log, I want to prevent the "Add to List" activity if the "Add to Engagement Program" is "Skipped: Person Already in Engagement Program."   Is there a way to update my Smart Campaign's Smart List so it doesn't capture people who already qualified for the engagement program in the past?  I can't find a filter with a constraint that allows me to look at the detail/reason of "Skipped: Person Already in Engagement

Hi Team    We are using processing profiles to generate new renditions for the images. Now to access those images , the path is something like <image-path>/jcr:content/renditions/<rendition-name>.extension . I remember previously we had faced issues with caching in dispatcher while accessing thumbnail renditions (In non Cloud Versions) and the same was solved by accessing the renditions the way mentioned in https://helpx.adobe.com/in/experience-manager/kb/dispatcher-caching-issue-displaying-image-renditions.html . I am trying to understand , if a similar issue will come in this case ? If so , how can I get around given the fact that , the solution in the above link is valid for renditions with format /jcr:content/renditions/cq5dam.thumbnail.<width>.<height>.extension Any help is appreciated. TIA ThanksVeena

Hello,   Is there a way to integrate Marketo form with 3rd party authentication? The process will be when leads fill out the form, they can also choose to single sign-on and access our platform. I can't find any information about it in the community.   Thank you! Teresa

Hi guys,  Is it possible to format the number in the following way: All phone numbers must start with + The first number after + cannot be 0 (valid numbers are from 1 to 9) There must be at least one number after the first number All other symbols are invalid Example of the valid number: +1234567 and +12345678 I am aware of the mask input and I know I can put +99999999, the problem is that not all phone numbers have the same number of characters, and with mask input, if I put +99999999 it will accept only 9 characters. So, mask input won't work for me. Thanks!

Desperate here - of late, my AEM is crashing every time I attempt to add a calculate script - Java and FormCalc alike.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it has not helped.  I have just been working around it but this time I can't. Has this happened to anyone else and have you been able to fix it? EDIT - it appears to happen when I type the word "this" !!  As soon as I do that, it freezes up and closes down.

According to How to serve stale content in case no render is available I have configured /serveStaleOnError on our dispatcher(apache 2.2 dispathcer 4.2.3/4.2.2).For testing purpose I've created the following page:<html>    <head>        <title>Throwing an Exception</title>    </head>    <body>        <title>Throwing an Exception</title>        <%    response.sendError(503, "test failure" );        %>    </body></html>serveStaleOnError  works fine for 503:And doesn't work for 504,502:What am I doing wrong? Should anything else be configured?

Hello, We have a few questions about Social Network (Paid) channel as a "Last Touch Channel" which has been falling since September although our Facebook budget and campaigns have not changed, there are very sudden drops in Adobe visits from the Social Network (Paid) channel. When we examine the reasons; we use cookie banner on our site if users do not allow us, we do not send data to the panels, but because this applies to both Adobe and Facebook, there should have been a similar drop in both. We use Adform link  as  you can see in screenshot but when a user land on any page we can see tracking code which starts with soc in tl parameter. How should we proceed with this? I am adding screenshots from Adobe and Facebook panels.  Thanks

Hi there community, I am looking to get the current logged in user from the SlingHttpServletRequest.  I am using a POST servlet that extends the SlingAllMethodsServlet. I can confirm that the login-token cookie is being sent with the request:String tokenCookie = TokenCookie.fromRequest(request).toString();The tokenCookie string is populated with the correct login-token value. I have tried both GET and POST requests, and the cookie value is always correct.  And, if I push that cookie into a browser and visit /crx/de I see the respective user logged in. I have tried using the trusty resourceResolver adapted to a session to get the user:final ResourceResolver resolver = request.getResourceResolver();final Session session = resolver.adaptTo(Session.class);final String username = session.getUserID();This always returns anonymous I have tried using the request attribute:String userSessionName = (String)request.getAttribute("org.osgi.service.http.authenticat

When I add the below in RTE source code editor and click on save, text component removes the style.<div style="flex:1 3 33%">test</div> I am able to add other styles like font-weight, color.. But only this "flex" style seems to cause this issue.Any suggestions on how to enable this in RTE or turn off the RTE validation ?

Hi,I have created several same buttons on a page (same cssClass, different attribute). I create an event rule using the css selector. What I want to do is track which one the customer click and then set its value as an eVar or Props.  I know I can create event rule for each of them but it is stupid. I find an answer for dtm and try to imitate it. However in Launch, the keyword "this" point to a null object in Launch.Any solution to this problem? Thanks! How to track the click url through data element and pass to Adobe Analytics?

Can you please share the suggestion for the below scenario: Have created sling model to read multifield values, need to send these values to a servlet kindly suggest

Is there a way to make a specific View the Default on the Tasks screen? You can select many different views there and it will save the last view for the specific user, but I want to set a default for all users (which they can change later if they like).

We are building a new product with a website built via Salesforce (I found one unresolved article from 3 years ago but nothing else on the community). - The site is primarily a single page application so no page refreshing- The main user journey is an application process with "pages" based on flows- A flow is a Salesforce mechanism for automating business processes and consists of steps that manipulate data, make decisions and show the data- The screens use Lightning Web Components to show the data which Salesforce transforms into html While I have managed to get an initial Adobe Analytics call to fire upon first page load, I haven't been able to track any field interaction, nor have I managed to pick up any custom events. An example we tried was to fire this custom event when the page loaded and a rule to pick up the event. this.dispatchEvent(new CustomEvent('Salesforce','Page1'));Rule looking for custom event called 'Salesforce' didn't send any data back

Hi all - Am I overlooking an obvious, or nice way to automate our desired output in 1 report via Marketo?   Goal: Report organized by WHO clicked links in an email, and which links they clicked. A.B.: Link 1, link 2, link 3 X.Y.: Link 3 Current set up: Individual Smart Lists for each link in the email  Smart list for Link 1: A.B. Smart list for Link 2: A.B. Smart list for Link 3: A.B., X.Y. I'm trying to avoid exporting and manually combining. While I've started with 3 links, the email - Newsletter - will have upwards of 6  links   Resources for Smart Campaigns - Who Clicked on Link in an email https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-discussions/how-do-i-create-a-report-where-i-can-see-who-clicks-on-links/m-p/113414#92403 https://nation.marketo.com/t5/knowledgebase/how-to-see-who-clicked-a-link-in-an-email/ta-p/253875   Appreciate your help. I'm trying to come up with a report that will show me tasks that are assigned to inactive users. I've only gotten so far as creating a simple Task report that filters on: Task >> Percent Complete is Less Than 100AndAssigned To >> Is Active equals False This will show all tasks in which *any* of the assigned users is inactive; which doesn't help much because it includes tasks assigned to multiple users, some of whom are still active. I've tried tweaking these filters looking for that magic trick that will yield us only those tasks in which, ideally, *all* of the assigned users are inactive; or at very least, tasks that are only assigned to one person, and that one person is inactive. Help?

Hi,  I've seen a few similar posts but none really get to what I need. I'm hoping to segment customers based on their engagement i.e. Opened X times = High etc. For this I hoped to have each recipeint with the number of opens/clicks pull through for a particular time period. Example query I'd like to use to split contacts: number of opens greater than X When trying to get the count of opens/clicks by recipient I can't seem to find what i need. I'm doing this in a workflow and have tried Count([url/@type]=1) for clicks and grouping by recipient PK.  How would you achieve this?

I set up a campaign of sending a batch email. It ran successfully and I can see the detail in results, but no data found at the email performance report. Any idea?
