Solved

Hi marketo community,   Our sales team wants us to use preferred name (where available) in our comms.  Currently I use token Dear {{lead.First Name:default=Adviser}}, but wondering is we could use preferred name and if it is not available then 'first name' token?   Dear {{lead.First Name:default=Adviser}}, Dear {{lead.Preferred Name:default=Adiser}}   I am just not too sure how to set this up and not to make mess out of it!   Thanks team, Olya

Hello to all the AEM community members I am working on my own site in aem and inside the particular site, whenever I try to open the child pages in editor the page appears to be blank.Additionally, when I tried to inspect the page, I found that the body tag has components inside it, but these components are not getting rendered on the page.I have already checked the error log file and got this error:Probably misconfigured as it ends with '/settings' , I have searched for this error but could not find ways to solve it.  Can anyone help me with this problem?Thank you!!

I'm writing a script that I'd like the author to be able to add new lines to the script as they add new elements to the page. The problem is I only know how to use the data-sly-list option in html in a <sly> tag. Here is an example of my script so you get the idea of what I'm trying to accomplish. I'm afraid the solution is creating a complicated sling model. My front-end knowledge struggles with those. More simple the solution the better. Thanks.<script> ui.validator(document.getElementById('${properties.formId @ context="scriptString"}'), { fields: { <sly data-sly-list.item="${list.validateItemsList @ context="scriptString"}"> ${properties.multiinputid @ context="scriptString"}: { errorMessage: '${properties.multierrmessage @ context="scriptString"}', errorLocation: '${properties.multierrlocation @ context="scriptString"}', pattern: '${properties.multipattern @ context="scriptString"}', required: ${properties.multi

Hi all, What is Adobe AEm support on RHOS? I need to know which version of RHOS will be required. Thanks,Rama.

I'm working on an AEM 6.5.9 servlet that needs to use a PKCS8 format private key to sign a JWT for a third-party application. This is not related to setting up SSL or other Adobe services. Can the private key file be stored in the crx-quickstart folder or is there a different preferred approach? And how do folks store private keys inside AEM as a Cloud Service?

Hi, I am using a trigger-based smart campaign to send an email. And I'd like to check upon email rendering, not in the smart list, if certain prerequisite are available in a specific way, and, if not, let the email send fail. I think I recall that an error during velocity parsing results in a sort of soft bounce/fail for the email send. How would I provoke that in practice? I.e., as strange as it might sound, I am looking for a code example in the veins of:   #if( ... ) Provoke velocity error/bounce #end   TY.

Hi,We have enabled HTTPS for our author instance and some of the features are not working like content author unable to delete the components, useradmin not working.After initial debugging found that inifinity.json is throwing 404 when accessing author over HTTPS, https://ssl_host/libs/cq/security/content/admin.infinity.json The same endpoint works if we access over http, http://host:4502/libs/cq/security/content/admin.infinity.json.Could anybody help please ? Thanks in advance.

It seems MMS channel has now been deprecated in Adobe campaign. However, in case of custom implementation, is it possible to have MMS? I think it depends on the provider. However, the channel itself is not there to install - please let me know your thoghts!

On power BI classified evar values are not appearing. On power Bi we are trying to create a report but I am not able to see the classified values for a particular evar.

Hello!   I've been working through an issue on our site and unsure what I am doing wrong in my Java. What we need to do is return the JSON from a url and then loop through those to display within a component. I have created a Service to grab those and then brought in my service to retrieve the data, but I seemingly get a Resource error when trying to test it? Here is my service and screenshots of the models and the htl. Please let me know if you can help me identify this issue!!

In my mobile application, when a user logs in, he/she is given a UserId, which I am capturing and sending with each page view within the application. A user can't browse the application without logging in, so UserId is always there. But in my analytics, I am seeing sometimes the value against UserId eVar as Unspecified. I tried breaking it down by Page, but it shows 0 records and when I am breaking the Page metric with UserId, then I am not seeing any UserId as Unspecified. I checked my code also, there is no instance when I am sending UserId without Page. How is it possible that UserId is sometimes Unspecified without any page getting captured? Also, this is specifically mobile app code and can't be used in Desktop or by hitting URL. Sample code used for sending details,const contextData = { userId: 'ABC' }; ACPCore.trackState('Login', contextData);

Hi Team, I want to print a value (which is getting from the dialog) inside a ternary operator. I'm able to use ternary operator like below and it works fine.<a href="#" class="${properties.openinnewwindow ? 'nonunderline' : ''}">link</a> But when I put it like below it is not working. Adding a value from the dialog ${properties.name}.<a href="#" class="${properties.openinnewwindow ? '${properties.name}' : ''}">link</a> Any suggestions would be appreciated.Thank you.  @Vijayalakshmi_S

Has anyone been able to successfully resolve a lead. or my. token when passed from a Marketo landing page to an external URL? We want to pass a string field on the person record to an external landing page on form submit, and have tried using an Email Script my. token on both the landing page and form, but the value isn't resolving (ex. www.website.com?string_token={{my.string-token}}).   The only thread I've found on this topic appears to have been deleted so any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, If we need to develop a medium scale e-commerce shopfront in AEM with SFCC. ( AEM just used a preview service an SFCC is source of truth for Ecomm data) I need some suggestions. 1. Can we store light weight e-comm data (products ,catagories with ids with minimal metadata)  in AEM repo on daily batch process say 20 categories each having 200 products approx. and make real time calls with IDs to get data and load on pages ? 2. What is the best caching strategy to store the static content on page and dynamic ecomm data with prices ? 3. Considering only few months of implementation time, what is the best implementation strategy.

We have Cloud Manager repository which contains project that provides (within "all" submodule) ACS Commons package. This leads to problem that Cloud Manager reports issues from ACS Commons and the report has to be overridden in order to deploy the entire project into AEM instances. From my perspective, this approval seems to be "a broken window pattern", to the extent no one will trust the code scan report as it "always contains some detected issues". Is there a way to "trust" some particular dependencies? We would like to keep ACS Commons, on the other hand it would be very hard to fork it and maintain that version which has no concerns on code quality gate. Thanks for your help!Dawid Pura

Hi team, In Touch UI you can only enter a page title and the page name (node name) is saved automatically based on the input in the title field. I have now the requirement to add this field in the dialog so that the author is able to specify besides the page title also the technical node name of the page. Does anybody here in the community has a hint how this can be achieved? Thanks and regardsMartin

I am trying to set a custom response header in my jsp via:<% response.setHeader("my-custom-header", "custom-value"); %>When I access the page directly through the Publisher, I can see the header being set.  However, when I hit the same page through the Dispatcher, the header is not there.I checked the dispatcher.any file and the /clientheaders property is set to "*" to let all headers through.Would any one know why the header is not present when accessing through the Dispatcher?Thanks!

Hi all, Currently having an issue in Layout Mode, where an author wants to select a component, but when click a child component inside that component nothing is selected. Hi team,   We have just set our communication limits for clients to receive 1 email per day 5 per week.    What happens if we send 2 emails to the same person per day? Will Marketo send an email the following day? How can we ensure that our clients receive important emails? Is there a way to track it?   Whats the best practice here? What do you do?   Many thanks Olya
