Solved

Hi, can anybody ( @sanfordwhiteman ) help me with escaping double quotes in a Velocity. I have a value that contains some HTML that I'd like to output e.g. I want to output the body_copy value so it contains hyperlinked text (aware I'll probably need to add mktNoTrack to this so it works) Have tried single backslash, double backslash but neither seem to work.   #set( $sessions = { "Tech":{ "session_name":"Test", "session_url":"dtw.tmforum.org/agenda/the-public-cloud-in-telecoms-an-unstoppable-force/", "banner_url":"https://info.tmforum.org/rs/021-WLD-815/images/HEADER_digital_twins1.png", "subject_line":"Meet the digital twins", "body_copy":"What is the next stage of your digital evolution? <p> This session as part of the <a href="https://dtw.tmforum.org/agenda/the-public-cloud-in-telecoms-an-unstoppable-force/" style="color:#0D2548;font-weight:600">The public cloud in telecoms: an unstoppable force?</a> episode will div

Segments filter by the outer container, then the inner container. According to the documentation it's not possible to have a Visitor container within a Hit container, but I wanted to check if maybe there was an alternate method for that.  Basically I want to first filter a data set for only specific hits, then I want to filter only those hits for a visitor level criteria. Possible/not possible?

I am curious to know why a PDF displayed in AEM cannot be viewed in DAM without downloading it. You can only view the first page in Asset details page. I would think since it is an Adobe PDF that you would be able to click through the pages of the document. Is that possible?

Hi,  I am having an issue where when new assets are uploaded to a project, AEM seems to be automatically filling in tags, IPTC data, and titles of assets which in turn are giving incorrect asset previews. Is there a behavior that if an asset has already been in AEM, uploaded to a project again with a different name AEM with autofill tags based on some sort of signature in the jpeg?

Hello community!   How to track clicks on anchor links?   We have implemented tracking on a page, but we are not getting any logs for clicks on anchor links.   According to (Marketo Master Jedi 😀) @sanfordwhiteman, Munchkin ignores clicks by default on 'links whose destination appears to be a hash (fragment) on the current page: - a below-the-fold jump link like <a href="#section1">"...' - https://blog.teknkl.com/more-munchkin-untracked-links-part-1/Note I was not able to find the part 2 of the above mentioned post. Furthermore, he provides the code that should solve the problem, in the following post, using what he calls the 'the mchReDecorate technique': https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-discussions/track-anchor-links-with-munchkin/td-p/97774 Now, I tried to implement it, but it's not working - we are still not getting any logs for clicks on anchor links.   Do you know how to solve this problem and can you please share the solution?   Or c

Hello all, I am currently setting up Target to run A/B tests. Since we do business in Europe, we use OneTrust as our cookie tool.  I know that I can use VEC Helper to bypass Cookie Consent in order to use Target's Visual Composer. What is not clear to me is how to find out the cookie name and domain.  Are there any (good) instructions for this or can someone give me a quick tip on how to extract the data? Many Thanks & Best Regards

We are dealing with an intermittent issue where when someone fills out a Marketo form on a Marketo page, it is not showing up on the records Activity Log, which in turn, does not fire the "Fills Out Form" trigger campaign.    It's kinda hard to replicate as it rarely happens. Support mentioned that it could be a fluke. But we're looking for a specific reason why it's happening. Does anyone else experience the same? Is it really just a fluke or is there any other reason?

Hi,I am trying to configure a new rollout configuration using editProperties but I got the following message :Any ideas on how to configure this action ?

Hi Team, I need quick help with one of the requirements, I have a Data file coming with a Carriage return, one of the fields as in the screenshot will have data with the spaces in it, No fixed width Could be a space generated due to wrap text as well.    Our requirement is to load the file as it is in the Adobe Campaign list and display data in the Adobe campaign as it is displayed in the file and use that data in a workflow to be sent out in email delivery. But unfortunately, the Adobe campaign does not display data in this format even if I use a new data scheme, with a String or memo field. Also, when I try to send the data in delivery, it does not reflect any spaces as in the screenshots below.   Could anyone help me here if you are aware of any scenario that can help me find a solution for this? I used out-of-the-box schema attributes as well like the Comment field of Recipient schema but still, the data does not populate with space

Hi- Our company has a need to report and retain on historical information. Since in WF, there isn't a way to deactivate or unselect an active queue topic (at least not that Im aware of), how are folks handling these types of changes to still have the ability and visibility to show what queue topic the work came from. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, We know that bots can click links in emails and have taken steps to correct it but recently we have seen bunch of "Opens" which we believe are bots. Does bots have the capability to open an email but NOT click it? The second question, does anyone know what criteria (logic) is used on Marketo to identify "open" in email send?   Appreciate the response.   Thanks! Riz

I have a Java project using a Maven archetype provided by Adobe to get started. I have built several custom workflow steps using this model - all is good.Until now, all of them have been using typical data types such as Int, String, etc. Now, I have a need to write a Document to the Filesystem.  Because I do not see an existing component to do this, I will need to build my own custom step.I expect the code will be something like this:com.adobe.aemfd.docmanager.Document doc = wfd.getMetaDataMap().get("myDoc"); However the package com.adobe.aemfd.docmanager isn't in the project setup.  I'm a novice at Maven and adding libraries so, any help to bootstrap this quickly would be helpful. Thanks,

Our deliverability vendor is requesting we put something in place to stop the use of Bit.ly links.  We have tried educating our user base, but some just forget. Does anyone know a way to stop emails with these links from sending?  Topology rule, script, .....?

Hi All, How does marketing channel work when a user is opening several tabs during the same session? For example:Suppose a user sees an Adwords campaign to an eCommerce site and clicks on it.After he lands on the site, he sees multiple products on the landing page and starts to open several tabs for each product. The user finishes the session in a different tab from where he landed on the siteHow does the marketing channel report is going to look?  The reason for this question is regarding the direct traffic channel. If the user keeps opening tabs, at some stage Adobe Analytics might think that he's actually coming from direct traffic. My concern is regarding inflating direct traffic data. The screenshot below is an example that I've created simulating the above example (coming from Adwords and opening several tabs).  Thanks

Hi there, we need to send a mass email to all contacts in a campaign, regardless of if they have opted out of marketing emails because it is not a marketing email being sent, but instead a support email. Is there a setting that allows the email to actually send to those opted out contacts?

I've been working with a client trying to ingest their Analytics data using the 'Data Warehouse' feature, but was seeing some discrepancies. Under the 'workspace' tab, the client created a report. I noticed that when they use the 'visits' metric, they are using a calculated metric (ID: cm300005330_5d9cb1dd961e9c361a903f2a) instead of 'metrics/visits.' Here is the cm definition I receive from the API:{ "rsid": <removed>, "reportSuiteName": <removed>, "id": "cm300005330_5d9cb1dd961e9c361a903f2a", "name": "Visits", "description": "", "polarity": "positive", "precision": 0, "type": "decimal", "definition": { "formula": { "func": "metric", "name": "metrics/visits", "description": "Visits" }, "func": "calc-metric", "version": [ 1, 0, 0 ] }, "compatibility": { "identityMetrics": [{ "identity": "metrics/visits" }], "validator_version": "1.0.0", "supported_products": [ "oberon", "frag" ], "supported_schema":
