Hi team, I am wondering how Visitors count is more than visits count. Is it possible ? if so what will be the reason.

Hi Everyone, I want to create a calculated metrics for "Unique Pageviews" similar to Google Analytics metrics. Any tips how to create a formula? Thanks in advanced.

Hi to all, I'm starting a new Setup for Adobe Analytics and found a guide to setup the S.Campaign.  This guide explains how to create the S.Campaign on a landing with parameters cid (or other paramaters); what I don't understand is how to do if the user comes from Google (or another search engine) or from the referral traffic or from direct traffic.  Is there an official guide that explains how to populate the S.Campaign in these scenarios? I need to creare s.campaign using document.referrer?

Hi Team, We have one rule to capture link dynamic text values/urls and their clicks for one page in the website. Events : Library Loaded Page TopAction: Setvariables > In the custom code - open editor, we are storing the two evars with click function and capturing two events. Click ID: a#example (number of clicks along with text and url values)s.eVar1 = examples.eVar2 = www.example.coms.events = event 1s.tl call Click ID: a#example1 (only number of clicks we are storing here)s.events = event 2s.tl call Scenario: A page has 2 links to capture along with their dynamic text values/dynamic urls and their click events. All these configuration working fine and storing the values/clicks properly for sometime in a day. Sometime its not working properly. We have published the build one month back. After publishing, rule was ok. Recently we are seeing these type of intermittent issue. For the particular page, page view image request call is coming

Is there any way we can create a segment or filter out the data which can apply on various production environment such as United Statesand Canada in Adobe workspace?

I'm trying to define a segment to get me the single hit after a particular event happens.  I've tried a number of combinations of sequential segments and exclusions but nothing seems to get just the one hit. The question I'm trying to answer is: What was the Page Type (v12 and p1) immediately after the customer interacted with the chatbot (event220)? I've tried the following:  and also:  But these don't limit to just the one hit. How do I get just the single hit?  Can I use something like Entry page - does that still work after a sequential segment? Thanks!

Hi, I have integrated Adobe Launch XCFrameworks in Application target in XCode. Imported Adobe classes in Bridging Header, I am able to call the Adobe Launch APIs from swift code successfully. However, if I create a Framework target and add and link xcframeworks in build phases of the framework target and import the Adobe classes in universal header file, I am getting an error : Include of non-modular header inside framework module.  Let me know how can I use Adobe Launch XCFrameworks in framework targets ?

Hello, The legal team asks for the list of variables that are stored in the user's device. In the same way that a website has asked us for a list of cookies. For websites, we can find the updated Adobe list at the following link: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/core-services/interface/ec-cookies/cookies-privacy.html?lang=en We have the following questions:- Is there a similar list for the SDK implemented in Apps?- At a legal level, what should we inform the user about?- What would be the technology equivalent to cookies for SDKs. Thanks,

I'm working with multiple app dev teams and some of them are reporting that some Android devices being registered target platform Apple. I believe this is something code related because my application registers fine on the same Launch property, but I wondered if anyone with technical knowledge of this process might be able to explain what might be the issue here. See top line below...

I am using multiple Adobe Launch extensions like:Target.registerExtension()Analytics.registerExtension()Identity.registerExtension()Lifecycle.registerExtension()Signal.registerExtension()UserProfile.registerExtension() When we try to use campaign extension for push messaging, I addedCampaign.registerExtension()as well. I also added implementation:implementation "com.adobe.marketing.mobile:campaign:1.+" However, I am getting this log; V/AdobeExperienceSDK: EventHub(AMSEventHub) - Registering extension 'com.adobe.module.campaign' with version 'null'and V/AdobeExperienceSDK: EventHub(AMSEventHub) - New shared state data for 'com.adobe.module.eventhub' at version '0':{"extensions" : {"Target" : {"version" : "1.1.6"},"Signal" : {"version" : "1.0.2"},"Configuration" : {"version" : "1.5.7"},"UserProfile" : {"version" : "1.1.0"},"com.adobe.module.campaign" : {"version" : ""},"Lifecycle" : {"version" : "1.0.6"},"Identity" : {"version" : "1.2.2"},"Analytics" : {"version" : "1

Hi there,we're implementing Adobe Audience Manager using Client-Side DIL. We added the extension in AEP Launch and published it. Nevertheless, we cannot choose this extension for a rule action. Are we missing something? Thanks a lot.

Hello Community,   I am working on a landing page in Marketo and have added three links to the footer using a token at the very front of the link: {{Lead.Brand Website}}.      <li><a href="{{Lead.Brand Website}}term-pages/terms-of-use">Terms Of Use</a></li> <li><a href="{{Lead.Brand Website}}term-pages/privacy-policy">Privacy Policy</a></li> <li><a href="{{Lead.Brand Website}}term-pages/terms-and-conditions">Terms & Conditions</a></li>     I have sent a live email to myself that includes a link to the landing page.  When I open the landing page and then click on each of the links in the LP's footer, I am taken to our default landing page's fallback page: https://www.icerewardslifestyle.com/login-page/?utm_source=mkto-fallback   What should be happening is that I should be going to the brand website for each brand that I test. However, it appears that the default

Hi guys I'm having some problems when trying to navigate to an authenticated page on Targets VEC when switching to Compose mode. My homepage navigates to an external login page, after the user finishes the login process, it  redirects it back to save the provided token in session storage and redirects to the next step via angular routing. (We are using angular 7)https://domain.com/#/  -> https://domain2.com/#/auth -> https://domain.com/#/token/xxx-xxxx-xxxxxx -> https://domain.com/#/page1 Even though visually my page is rendering https://domain.com/#/page1 the url remains as  https://domain.com/#/token/xxx-xxxx-xxxxxx so when I switch to Compose mode it fails because it tries to use the same token again. Any clues on how to fix this?

I have an XT activity that I want to QA in staging and production environments using the ActivityQA URLs. The problem I'm having is, the activity is visible with or without the qa url, and regardless if the test is live or not. Obviously I don't want this to be visible to the public before qa'ing. I tried adding a Visitor Profile to my audience (user.AdobeQA) but this seems more appropriate for an A/B activity. How can I ensure my activity/experiences won't be visible, particularly in a production environment, to those without a QA url?

Is there a recommended approach to having Profile Scripts change but only effect a dev environment vs production?  Currently it seems like you can't allocate a profile script to a specific environment, so once it is edited, it will immediately effect production.

I was trying to implement target via Adobe launch. Installed the extension as follows(Screenshot attached) and created a rule for loading target and firing page load request.   I've also added the prehide snippet above the launch code, the code is as follows.   <script> //prehiding snippet for Adobe Target with asynchronous Launch deployment (function(g,b,d,f){(function(a,c,d){if(a){var e=b.createElement("style");e.id=c;e.innerHTML=d;a.appendChild(e)}})(b.getElementsByTagName("head")[0],"at-body-style",d);setTimeout(function(){var a=b.getElementsByTagName("head")[0];if(a){var c=b.getElementById("at-body-style");c&&a.removeChild(c)}},f)})(window,document,"body {opacity: 0 !important}",3E3); </script>   The issue is that the target is not sending any network requests(The client code and at.js version is not being displayed in the debugger). I'm not getting any console warnings or errors w.r.t this. Is there anything th

Hi All, On our site we are storing some data in localStorage that we'd love to reference for a Target audience. We tried to reference it through a profile script, but are presented with an error: "Your updates did not publish to Adobe's delivery network : Invalid script - Syntax or runtime error while executing script"- The script itself is very basic -- "return window.localStorage.getItem('dnb.industryNaics');" Our thinking is that this errors because its run on the server and doesn't have access to the individual device's localStorage. Is that correct? Here's what we can do/plan to do:1. We can run this all as custom code within an experience and only present the experience if someone fits the value we're looking for. The challenge with this approach is that it takes it out of the VEC so our typical marketer is unable to set it up without developer assistance. 2. We're looking to pass this value from localStorage through the globalMbox for reference in Target

Hi Experts, I have a scenario in our Production environment. We are creating True Production environment to point our Production website to resolve Target Catalog Data corruption due to lower environments pointing to Target Production. When we do this we need to move our prod host to point to True Prod and hence bringing downtime to Target Recs in Production website. Is there a way I can configure a single Host to multiple Target Environments so that the behaviors gets populated and then switch to true prod environment. Any suggestions really appreciated. Thanks,Karnakar

We are testing the use of Approvals at the Task level and the different use-cases we may use this feature for. Is there a way to report of Tasks that have been approved/rejected?Is there a way to create a report that shows all the Task approvals pending for the logged in user?

Hello, On Marketo email preview, the banner looks perfect. But on email test, the banner looks distorted, sometimes image is missing,   or in this case, image is repeating. Can someone please recommend a fix for this? Thank you in advance.

Hello, I have an active nurture campaign going but would like to remove one email from the stream to update a broken link and then re-add when it's completed. How do I do this?   I'm pretty new to Marketo so I want to make sure how to do it correctly before going in and doing anything and risking breaking the program.    Thanks, Alex
