Solved

Hello Team, If we have an A/B testing solution for the main website, could we also leverage it within the embedded web components in Adobe Target ?Wouldn’t it mean embedding the required JavaScripts within the web components? What would be the restrictions?   Thanks,HarSingh

Dear Community Members,I want to replace the existing multifield(/libs/granite/ui/components/foundation/form/multifield) with the newer one(/libs/granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/multifield). The existing multifield is storing content in object format:I want to convert this existing multi-field JSON data to nodes data. So there are two things involved, one being the usage/introduction of new multifield and second the data migration.Any help/suggestion is highly appreciated. Thanks, Bilal.@ahmedmusallam @arunpatidar @joerghoh

Hi!I am trying to register people from Marketo to our webinar platform thanks to webhooks.I have created a custom Program Member field (Livestorm_unique_access_link)When I map the webhook response I can see this field listed (screenshot below)But everytime I test it I got this Unexpected error (field not found). When I map the response to a custom Lead field it works perfectly. If the field is not accessible for mapping why is it listed?I am missing something surely but can't see what. Thanks for any idea on this one !

I target system has a column named msg Id, the data in it was created by adobe campaign when sending email to the system, the data is like NM60002D2AC001D1A16abcdtest@myemail.com. Is anyone know how does the data created by AC, and where can I find it? Thanks!

I have a DM that has finished delivery, I want to get a count of recipients who have click event recorded but did not have any open event recorded against them. How can I get the data?

Hi All, We have a requirement where client want to set the default time as 00:01 in the OOTB coral date picker component. We are using this component in Metadata schema forms.AEM version :6.5.6 Could you help us in assisting as how this can be set or any property needs to be used. Thanks,Shikha

Hi Team, I have created project in AEM 6.5, I need to enable/add Bootstrap version 5 support in my Project. Please suggest how I can do that.   Thanks in advance!

Hi Team, We are using customer attribute to upload the offline data in experience cloud. The data file contains the CustomerId as first column and we are passing this customerid in the thirdPartyId in the target call. The customerId value in data file is in doublquotes however the value that we are passing in thirdPartyId is without doubl quotes so targeting doesnt work using crs data source. As a workaround we used escape characters in the code at target end so that value in double quotes is passedNow I can see the value passing like this and the targeting also works:  so wanted to ask if this fine and it would not break anything else.

Hello All,Hope everyone is doing same.I'm working on first time on editable templates and trying to set up them from scratch, The issue I'm facing is when I'm pointing my resource type in initial section of template to out of the box path, it is working fine, but when I'm pointing to custom v2 (page path) it's breaking.OOTB Path : wcm/foundation/components/pageCustom Path : core/wcm/components/page/v2/page Could some one please help here.

I am trying to dynamically connect to a datasource.  I'm using the AEM archetype. public class mystuff implements WorkflowProcess {private static final Logger log = LoggerFactory.getLogger(mystuff.class);@3214626private DataSourcePool dsp;@9944223public void execute(WorkItem workItem, WorkflowSession workflowSession, MetaDataMap args) throws WorkflowException {String dataSourceName = "MYDB";DataSource ds = null;Connection connection = null;try {if (dsp == null ) {   log.info("DataSourcePool is null");} else {   for(Iterator<String> it = dsp.getAllJndiDataSourceNames().iterator(); it.hasNext();) {      String dsname = it.next();       log.info("Found datasource " + dsname);    }     log.info("Using DataSourcePool service lookup to get connection pool " + dataSourceName);     ds = (DataSource) dsp.getDataSource(dataSourceName);  No datasources are being found and no co

Hello, I have multiple images in a page (for example, site logo, other promotional images etc). I want to add width and height attribute (with actual image size) to each of <img> tag. Options I see are as below.1. Check for each of the page when it is loaded and add the attributes. Not sure if it is feasible or how to implement it.2. Update all the components using <img> tag and fetch actual dimensions for related images by fetching them through AssetDetails in Java. It will require update to many component files (roughly 70). Any suggestions for which route to take and what are the solutions for option 1?

Is it possible to override the Breadcrumb or Page List component to use a different page title than the Navigation Title?  I have a requirement where I need to use a shorter title in the Breadcrumb component than in the Page List Component, however, both are using the Navigation Title. If there is a way that I can use one title type for one component and another for the other component, that would be ideal. I'm a relative beginner with Java and don't entirely understand how the Delegation Pattern for Sling Models (https://github.com/adobe/aem-core-wcm-components/wiki/Delegation-Pattern-for-Sling-Models) could tie into what I'm trying to do here, but if there is a tutorial or some information that might help guide a solution, I would appreciate the insight.

Hi, I am trying to send data from adobe analytics Data warehouse to SFTP location. We received a hostname as IP address and username, password. According to adobe while sending file to SFTP we have to include prefix as SFTP.  Question is, the SFTP prefix protocol need to be configured at the server end (Along with IP address) or its just prefix we need to add in the host field. Thanks, Pradeep

I have a number of workbooks that are to be updated weekly each Monday. What I'm hoping to achieve is that these workbooks update and save themselves each Monday to save me going into each workbook to kick off the refresh. Is there a way for me to achieve this? Is FTP the answer here potentially? A concern I have is that these reports feed into Tableau so it's important the name of the file itself does not change.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I'm trying to make a simple dashboard with requirements that look like this: Unique visitorsHad impression of one of multiple Target Activities, with Acitivity name contains text 'xyz' The above-mentioned Target Activities were seen in a sub-domain of website, which can be identifieid by page contains text 'abc'Now, when I tried to make this in calculated metrics/manual stack segment in analysis workspace, it included far wider range of users, as it was not possible to isolate Target Activity of current impression and combine with pageview page name condition. Instead, it was filtered from the most recent 150 Target Activities stored in tnt variable as well.  Is there any way we could isolate the hit level condition to the (current impression of Target Activity), and current page hit, and apply to aggregate unique users who satisfy that conditon?  Reading this article below, tnt_post_action would have only the current Target impression information, an

Hi,Regarding editable templates, I'm having a problem setting up two different lists of allowed components for two distinct parsys, which are included a single component.I've tried in three ways:- Adding the old "page resType --> parName --> components: [...]" configuration under project design folder (now in apps, not etc)- Component wrapper, with 2 parsys. Editing the list of allowed components for this specific component works, but i have the same list on both the parsys.- Component wrapper, which includes 2 other components (wrapper-right, wrapper-left). Left and right extend wcm responsivegrid component with his design dialog OOB. Editing right and left list of allowed components results in no components available on both responsive grids. Is there any way to configure two separate lists of components for the 2 parsys ?Thank you

Thanks in advance ,Can anyone help with any documentation/Blog/PDF's which explains in detail how the data is captured , Marketing channels are assigned and other basic of Adobe Analytics.

Is there a way to report on a task approval decisionie the task was approved or rejected

If a machine is shared by multiple users, how can you update a user's audience on log in and then clear it on log out? In our example, we target a banner in our logged in app to an audience A.A user, who qualifies for audience A, logs in and sees the Target banner in the app. That user logs out, but does not close the browser window. In the same session, a user, who does not qualify for audience A, logs in and also sees the Target banner in the app. This is the wrong behavior.  How should I set up targeting so that ONLY users who qualify for an experience because of their log-in information see a Target experience? When the user logs out, that qualification should be forgotten. Thanks,Keith

We have a page on our website that gives leads the option to download up to 6 brochures. While we use the same form on each landing page, they are separated by a form name identified in the code and I'd like to see how many leads are downloading more than one form.    I've only been able to pull a report and smart list that identifies how many leads have filled out each form using custom columns, but I can't seem to find, or figure out, how to identify leads that might have filled out 2 or more forms. Is that possible?

Hi all,  I am so confused about this. I had a developer customize the buttons and styles on some forms for us, and now I am trying to make updates to those styles but I cannot find where to update.    It's definitely not on the landing page CSS because the styles are embedded in the form itself. I can see the style in the form preview when it's not embedded in anything. Also, we use WordPress pages, not Marketo.    Can anyone help me to navigate where the code is to update in Marketo?    Thanks,  Felicia

Hi All, I recently had one of my group admins leave 😪 She is the owner of a couple calendars and I know those will stop working if I deactivate her account. However, I'm not finding a way to pull a report to show what dashboards these are on so I can copy and replace them. Anyone have to do this before? Thanks in advance!

Hello folks, My understanding has always been that the design pattern to follow when integrating with external search platform is always a push based mechanism whereby AEM responds to content events (publish, unpublish etc.). Traditionally this ends up being calls to the external platform to update its indexes with appropriate content payload. Our external search platform provider has released a beta version of their AEM connector for us to evaluate. It essentially does a full and incremental crawl using the QueryBuilder API. My concern is that it is inevitable that one or more queries will end traversing too many nodes and exceed Oak's read limits threshold. The vendor admits that this is a strong possiblity and their suggestion is to simply increase the the limit. I am not personally convinced a pull approach in this fashion for a connector is the right approach - especially QueryBuilder APIs to be at the core of it. My view is that the orchestration should always happ

Hi everyone!Sometimes we have a situation where we reference the value of a different data element in a separate data element i.e. we define a variable in custom code using _satellite.getVar().I was wondering if this introduces a race condition meaning that you end up with a data element that doesn't return a value at the point when it's requested even though there may be one as the functions that set the values of the data elements don't run in a specific order.Use case is when we create fallbacks to account for any issues with data layer properties. For example, we pass an order ID to the data layer on sale, but this value is also presented in an element in the DOM. So we have two data elements:For the text value of the order reference element (DOM attribute)For the value in the data layer OR DOM with precedence given to returning the value from the data layer (custom code)var orderReferenceElement = _satellite.getVar("orderReferenceElement") // Data element with value from DOM if(di

Perhaps a dumb question, but I haven't found any clarification yet on the documentation. From what I understand Marketo can create records with empty emails but doesn't flag the leads as email invalid.    Also, I understand that the email invalid field is changed by Marketo automatically when the email gets several hard bounced codes from ISPs.
