I can't seem to find the Target Trace functionality in the new debugger, is it not supported? Hope it's added before the previous debugger is EOL'ed next month.

From AEM 6.4 all folders under /etc are being resturctured. I do see Adobe has provided instructions on moving to appropriate folders but I don't see anything related to /etc/languages. Is this going to remain in /etc or should it be moved to some other folder? If so what are the instructions on restructuring.

Hi, I am using this template to setup a pop up at the time of user exit: https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/target-experience-templates/tree/master/lightbox-exit-intent. It works great except I am not able to limit it once per session. Currently it shows on all pages when i hover over close button. I am ok limiting this once per visitor level too or even cookie. Is there a way to do that in target? I know there is one way where you can chose your reporting source as "Adobe Target" and you could go into the Advanced settings in the success metric and choose the option that increments the count and then bars from re-entry and set a  user to convert right away, like on user seeing **any mbox**. However I want to use A4T so I can do my reporting in analytics. Please let me know if anyone has found a way to do this!

There is requirement to restrict a user to get one email per delivery campaign for the day. the solution what i have currently working is to use typology rule as marketing do not have to worry about it to put code in each campaign to check for it. Have looked into pressure and capacity rule do not fit to the purpose. what happening the filter typology is currently removing all the recipient who have been contacted that day and not for particular delivery template. Unable to get the current delivery into typology as well as association of recipient with the current delivery template. Any help appreciated.

Hello, I am building a custom connector to send mobile push through a partner API.I have created a specific push channel and a publishing model with form/schema/JS template for content contribution.By default, the delivery form have 2 preview tabs : an HTML Preview and Text Preview tab.I am able to hide those tabs for deliveries of type Push, and create a new one that would be called "Preview" only. And I will only use the delivery.content.source.text field to store push notification contents. My question is: how do you force the content of a message to be processed and sent alaways as Text format for a specific delvery type? Currently, it is retrieving and expecting content from the HTML field (as my test profiel expects HTML I guess), so if  I only create a JS Template for the text version and not a HTML one, I am getting the following error when running a campaign: The output message for recipient '' is empty Any clue? Thank you!

Hi,I'm testing delivery weight arbitration in a Campaign workflow with prepared deliveries: Contact date and weight are set in the "script" part of the delivery:delivery.scheduling.contactDate = "2021-05-05 09:00:00"delivery.scheduling.extracted = "2021-05-05 07:00:00"delivery.forecast.weight = "20" // each of the 3 deliveries get a different weight (20, 30 and 40). Contact date and extraction date are +12h and the deliveries are left on "Estimate Target" in order to have the re-evaluation being applied. No approvals on the Campaign and the schedule on the delivery template is set to "Automated", so no approvals should apply.  Running the flow and waiting till next day, demonstrates that the re-evaluation took place, and only the highest weight is chosen for delivery. But still I do not get beyond the "Confirm delivery" state...  Is there a way to enforce the delivery on the contact date? because this scenario should be an automated campaign. Thanks&n

Hey so we have created our own custom rating system that we want to save the average rating to the properties page of that pages and to send it to Adobe Analytics So this would be 2 questions.  1. We are having issues with saving to the properties page when the component is pushed to the publishing environment any documents or help here would be great.  2. Saving the average to Analytics anything here would be good. I have looked up a few documents from the extending-analytics-components and have little experience doing this.  Thanks,LB_PC

Hi I'm using Adobe campaign to send out some emails but we are running in to an issue where special characters are not displayed properly, for example Piña is rendered as Piã±A, in the date stored for example in profiles, how can I fix it?

We know that we can export our deliveryTransactionalTemplate from stage and import to prod but that process seems to fail when exporting from Prod as the export fails because of certain branding. The 'Brands (branding)' entity type uses a default ID ('BRDXXXXX') that may cause a conflict when importing the package. Change this name and repeat the operation. Is there a way around this or a way to just extract the HTML to bring down to a staging environment?

Hi all,   I am setting up a Marketo instance and the use case is the following: marketing campaigns are handled by region (EMEA, US, AP) and campaigns can be sent within the region (i.e. I can sign up to receive emails from France, Germany and Italy at the same time).   My idea was to have a WS and PP per region but I have the following questions: Would it make any sense to instead separate partitions by country and have EMEA WS connected to Italy, germany and france partition? What advantage would i have from a data privacy point of view? If we change idea in the future, what are the impacts of splitting the database in partitions later? If we need, for security reasons, to have people being able to access only the database from their country, does this mean I need 1 worspace and lead partition per country? Thanks a lot of any advice!

Hello I am trying to buld a post api from wordpress to adobe campaign and I am wondering how to extend the access token expiry length. Having it expire after86399998 seconds isn't really sustainable so I need it to last longer. I have seen another post in 2019 that it can't be extended in analytics but is that still the case (https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-questions/jwt-access-token-how-can-i-change-the-expiration/qaq-p/324806)? Alternavitely is there another option that I can use other than the access token? I am currently testing in postman Any advice would be greatly appreciated Cheers

is there any established best practices for QA/Testing process in ACS? looking to test below scenarios:- initial data coming from external file- initial data coming from DB- emails have personalizationany references would be helpful. thanks.

Hi all,I need to export today's data at fixed time interval every day.For example I have to export the delivery log from 00:00 to 12:00 and from 12:01 to 23:39 of today. When I set the query it isn't possible to set the time  of today but only for a specific date.Does anyone know how to do this export? Thanks,E.

How to create New Control Typology rules in ACS?  Use Case I:  Need to fail the Delivery executed on an adhoc basis by the user in preparation stage if some mandatory URLs are accidentally deleted before sending or missed to get reviewed while proofing the content. For example Opt Out link, Mirror Page link, subscribe link or any other links. Something similar to what we have for Check subject line control rule. Note* - Check unsubscription link (urlOptout) OOB control rule is not failing the delivery when an opt out link is not present. It just writes the warning in the log.  Use Case - II: Need to fail the Delivery executed on an adhoc basis by the user in preparation stage if the user has not named the Delivery Label using proper naming convention.

The Dynamic Report -> Unsubscribe report available in campaign does NOT show the true unsubscribes. The report label says 'Unsubscribed' but the number under it only reflects when someone click on the opt out link of Email. If someone clicks on the Opt out link and later changes it mind and doesn't click on the button to confirm the Unsubscriptions, still the report counts them as unsubscribed. This is misleading.

I would like to know how Headless capability is provided in AEM? Is it through RAPID (Re-constructive API for the DOM)? is this capability supported in AEM 6.2 version? please let me know. Thanks,Ravi Kandarpa

Can any body explain please?

Hi team, I am working on AEM 6.4 we have created few cloud configs(like facebook and twitter connect) and expecting that should be visible in page properties cloud config dropdown but they are not visible there is already 1 thread for same discussion  https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/Adobe-Experience-Manager/AEM-6-4-1-Page-Properties-cloud-service-tab-not-reading-conf/qaq-p/287087 Can someone please let us know if there is any configuration required to read the configs from /conf instead of /etc Thanks in advance. RegardsSahil garg.

Hi all,    It would be helpful if someone can explain why the answer 2 is not correct.  I used this way to replace one image in my email in Marketo and it worked well.  No idea why it's not a correct way ...

Hi!v Do you know if there is a native option to include One-Time-Passwords or tokens in SMS deliveries? I am looking to verify my recipients' identity as I don't always receive the correct contact info of my clients, and I'd like to know for sure that I'm addressing the correct person before continuing sending them communications. I've done some research and I might do it with some third-party options. Thanks in advance!

I've been running AEM 6.5.3.0 fine locally, but suddenly have an HTTP ERROR 500 for all the URLs I try to access at http://localhost:4502/. I checked and Docker is started with the aemdesign/aem container running (https://hub.docker.com/r/aemdesign/aem) and the instance was successfully deployed in Eclipse using Maven (BUILD SUCCESS). I've run into occasional issues, but this time I can't even access any of the console links (localhost:4502/system/console). I have the Adobe Experience Manager at localhost server running in Eclipse. Is there anything obvious that I'm missing. Thanks?
