Hi All, I created a workflow template which contained a query activity, pointing to a query audience. I updated the rules within the audience in the audience section of the platform. I would expect the updates to reflect in the workflow template (and workflows created from this template). However, when I hover on the audience in the query activity it is showing the old rules. I have to delete the audience from the query activity and then reselect the audiece again for the updated rules to reflect in the workflow template. Is this expected behavhior? I throught changes to audience filters should propogate down to any workflow/templates that use the audience automatically (without the need to "repoint" to the audience). Thanks David

Hi fellas,  My Case:I have a scenario which i want to track form submissions, form is getting loaded within a iframe .This iframe is a different domain say Domain B and the parent page is Domain A.We want to track the variables and events inside the iFrame. As in my case its different domain,i might not face any challenges while implementing the DTM on it and Mid will be passed with respect to the domain.  Can anyone suggest, do we need to try this:IFrame that loads a third-party page is if that third-party page posts "messages" back to the parent frame via the postMessage() browser API.So do we need to follow postMessage  method to communicate and retrieve the values from iframe or do we need to  paste the this code inside the iframe  and the parent page to get the values? //Instantiate Visitor var visitor = Visitor.getInstance("Insert Experience Cloud Organization ID here",{ ... //Add parent page domain name and iFrame domain names w

Ihave something that has been bugging me for a long time about Photoshop, which I love more than anything:It's about the so-called 3D features in Photoshop.Honestly-this is a construction site and no one really uses the 3D features. It's hard to work with and not very intuitive. Everything about Photoshop is really great, but these 3D features are like a stigma and annoying. Why don't you kick them out of Photoshop completely or it needs a general and complete overhaul. Because as the 3D functions are currently present in Photoshop, no one works with it and it also brings no real fun.At the moment, you either have to get ready-made 3D models somewhere else and use them in your composings, for example, or you have to master a real 3D program in addition, such as Maya, Blender, etc.But as it is currently in Photoshop around 3D, it goes no further, for years. Something has to happen relatively soon. best regards ThomI love Photoshop and for me it is without competition!

Hi all,We have a custom_publish_farm.any which support many virtualhosts domains and working fine till I have added a new farm(customfrag_publish_farm.any) for handling requests for a new domain. However after adding I'm observing lot of requests getting 500 internal error and dispatcher.log and modsec_audit.log size is growing fast. Even after reverting back my changes which is deleting the new publish farm still lot of 500 errors in the dispatcher.log file. We are going to analyze more but want to check if adding any new farm will impact existing publish farm configurations or any dispatcher settings and break things. Appreciate your inputs.  Thanks

Hi, I am attempting to create a 'nurture track' where recipients are sent email 1, email 2, 3, 4 etc in order 3 days apart. Each email is to be sent daily to a new set of recipients as they move through the nurture track. Email 1 has been sent fine however I run in to a problem with email 2. I have used the filtering information in the post linked below. I tried this as a test in a query which previewed a number of recipients I would have expected. I then tried the exact same filtering conditions as an incremental query (to ensure recipients are only caught and sent the email once) but the number was wrong (lower that then recipients of email 1). I haven't run either query, only checked the preview tab. https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic-questions/how-to-send-email-to-the-recipients-of-the-previous-delivery-in/qaq-p/320077 There is more to each query than filtering for Recipient Broad Log - Delivery - Status - Event Date that mus

Hi all,   If someone reaches their communication limits for the day or week, are they included as a soft bounce in the email performance report?    If not, would they appear in the Sent or Delivered count?   Thanks!

I have an engagement program that has one nested program with 7 emails in one Stream. When I want to see how many people exhausted the program I realized that  I can't get that data from the Stream and as soon as the lead enters the program it flags the lead as exhausted the engagement program but the lead continues to go through the flow to receive all emails. The question is, do engagement programs flag the lead as exhausted automatically when lead enters a nested program? Independent to  how many emails that program contains? Am I missing a step somewhere? Why the dashboard doesn't show me engagement rate?

I'm using Onready function in which I'm calling a function say func();In func() I'm using Math.ceil on a decimal value stored in a variable, but it is not working. But if I use Math.ceil in console on same variable then it is working fine. How to use it in my function?

Let me start off by saying I have as much experience with velocity scripting as I do with underwater basket weaving.    With that said, my goal is to be able to pull field values from the latest created salesforce custom object for a lead and reference them in an email.   For example, we have a custom object called "Transaction Queue" which is created every time a payment is scheduled. I want to reference values such as "Amount" and " Schedule Date" in an email that's triggered to send when this record is created.   I've tried various scripts based on what I've found in the community but nothing that is consistently pulling the latest record.   Any help is greatly appreciated 🙂

I have 2 users with the exact same setup as far as I can tell comparing side by side all the details in the User Setup. I have shared a dashboard and shared all 3 reports that are on the dash with both of them. Karen can see all 3 reports. Gina can see only 1 report. and the dashboard. I've put in a support request a week ago with no response. Any ideas what else I should check or how I can get Gina to see the 2 invisible reports? Both these users are Reviewer licenses, if that matters. Thanks!
