Hello, Few of my projects and templates are getting too big to manage, with many sub children and 500+ tasks. One of the option that I am thinking is to break these projects into sub projects and connect them via cross project predecessor. I am looking for ideas from this community on how do you manage such projects and are there any other ways in the Workfront to break bigger projects into smaller and link them. Thanks,Jyoti

The sample size calculator page seems to be down (502 error). Does anyone know if there is an alternate location for this tool? https://docs.adobe.com/content/target-microsite/testcalculator.html

My site returns the following warning on the (latest) Firefox console: Some cookies are misusing the recommended “SameSite“ attribute 3 Cookie “s_ppv” will be soon rejected because it has the “SameSite” attribute set to “None” or an invalid value, without the “secure” attribute. To know more about the “SameSite“ attribute, read https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Set-Cookie/SameSite However, according to this page https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/technotes/cookies.html?lang=en#how-do-browsers-currently-store-and-manage-analytics-cookies%3FIf you have a CNAME and use the visitor ID service — your implementation will not be affected. Well, I do have a CNAME setup. Do I really need to setup an attribute still or Adobe will handle this for me?

Hi guysKeen to use auto-allocate to test a new feature on one of our critical metrics however docs suggest Manual allocation is better for 'characterizing performance' but I cant understand why can someone elaborate?https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/activities/auto-allocate/automated-traffic-allocation.html?lang=en#section_3F73B0818A634E4AAAA60A37B502BFF9Cheers

Hello everybody! I'm trying to customize the person detail page tabs to show different categories of fields more related to my clients business. I read in the documentation that these tabs can change from the CRM if it's Salesforce or Dynamics, but my client doesn't have a CRM sync yet, is it possible to customize it?   Other than that, my client want's to hide certain fields in the person detail page depending on the workspace that the user is in, is this possible?   Thanks! Omar

The OOTB "Lock Payload Process" and "Unlock Payload Process" workflow steps locks/unlocks pages and assets, but Assets do not recognise Lock/Unlock. This allows assets and Content Fragments to be edited while locked. Assets have a Checkout/Checkin functionality instead.  Would you find out for us if Adobe plans to fix this in the near future? In the meantime, we are creating a custom workflow step for "Checkout/Checkin Assets".  Thanks.

this seems a bazar question.I created the wknd site.  I edited a page, and changed the layout, expecting to be able to ctrl-z to undo it.  No undo. So next I look for a "cancel" button, but cant see it.  I cant see any way to revert changes.Am I missing something? how do i go back? This post:  https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/discard-content-changes-restore-last-published-quot-version-quot/qaq-p/276283 Asks the same question, but there is no obvious solution.  It mentions that you have to remember to manually create versions beforehand, but I didn't. Surely the system has built in versioning? Content editors cant be expected to never make a mistake...

Hi,Find some confusing info in official documentation according to retries after a delivery temporary failureThe number of retries (how many retries should be performed the day after the send is started) and the minimum delay between retries are now based on how well an IP is performing both historically and currently at a given domain. Does it means, that retries starts 1 day + Retry period 5 minutes? Can we start retries exactly after failure? Thanks in advance,Alex

hi @Jörg_Hoh we have a project added a new folder, and make a new package to install at new server, but we find after finish install we just can see the path structure, but every path cannot render content.  meanwhile if we copy the content to any new path that create by author server (http://localhost:4503/siteadmin#/content), every path can render at author server! so we unzip the package find the .content.xml under the new path in the content install package  is <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><jcr:root xmlns:cq="http://www.day.com/jcr/cq/1.0" xmlns:jcr="http://www.jcp.org/jcr/1.0"jcr:primaryType="cq:Page"><xxx/></jcr:root> seems miss something, usually cq:Page may have a jcr:content node ,but this file have not, may I know  must add jcr:content node when  jcr:primaryType="cq:Page"? in fact when we add a content node to that file, and install it , every path can render at author server . but we

Hi WF Community - first time poster, long time follower 😁 The way to approach this problem has alluded me so far - so hoping to invoke some "hive" wisdom from you all. The detail: We've developed a decision tree which determines the priority of a project based on a number of inputs from the requestor (the specifics I can't post here). Ultimately the outcome of this decision tree is that the project will be scored to one of the following, where the custom calculated field on the project outputs the number only: 10 - High priority5 - Standard Priority2 - Low priority0 - Doesn't align to delivery model (essentially rejected)Note: Due to the vast number of reports and other calculated expressions this calculated field is used in, it's not possible to change its output without incurring many hours of updating and checking other calculated fields. The challenge: I'm looking to group projects by a custom field (DE:HUB_ADMIN_priorityMatrixOutput) to then display the results in a 100% stacked

Hello.Currently, the scheduled workflow will be delivered with the approval of approver. Scheduler -> Workflow execution -> Send email -> Received by approver -> Approver approves -> Deliver to target I want sending of confirmation emails to members other than the approver before Mail delivery. But, As this tutorial video indicate, there are number of steps must take to send a confirmation email. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/sending-messages/key-steps-when-creating-a-delivery/steps-defining-the-target-population.html?lang=en#seeds-and-proofs-video Scheduler -> Workflow execution -> Send email -> Received by approvers and members other than approvers -> Approver approves -> Deliver to target Is this possible?Thank you.

Hi Folks,I need help triaging an issue am seeing on our client's checkout thankyou page. From the start of this month, we have noticed a significant drop in the Online Revenue, Orders and Units tracked to the site but Visits and UV remains the same.. Upon triaging, I noticed that there is also a drop in the checkout thankyou --pageviews and am trying to figure out what is going on. There hasn't been a deployment push so that rules out a new version of build breaking existing analytics.I tested out transaction on the site and I noticed that the checkout - thankyou page is taking a long time to load..My gut feeling is that because the transaction page is soo slow to make the call to the adobe server that when visitors navigate away from the page, the call never gets made to the adobe server and hence this doesn't get tracked. I could be wrong but I need help in triaging this further. What else should I be looking at? what could be causing slow loading of the code.. need ideas please.

Hi,We are on AEM 6.1 SP2-CFP9 using MSM. We are currently looking at cleaning up some MSM configurations and found that when breaking inheritance on a page property on a Live Copy page, that this creates an additional cq:LiveSyncConfig node under jcr:content of that page. All properties - except cq:master, which points to the respective Blueprint page - are empty. We want/need to understand why this additional cq:LiveSyncConfig node is created. Our understanding is that the breaking of inheritance of a page property is reflected by:A cq:propertyInheritanceCancelled property on the jcr:content node, with the property as a valuejcr:mixinTypes is updated to add the cq:PropertyLiveSyncCancelledThese properties should be enough, what is the additional cq:LiveSyncConfig node for? And when deleting the additionally created cq:LiveSyncConfig node, all of the inheritance mechnisms seems intact and functional.Note: Re-instating inheritance on a property does not delete the cq:LiveSyncConfig node.

Hi WF Community, I'm looking to create a text mode field on a task report and calculate the difference (variance) between the Duration field and the Actual Duration field. It looks like it should be a simple text mode valueexpression (SUB(number1,number2,...); however, it doesn't seem to be working for me. Here's what I have (I used modified a different text mode example using planned and actual completion dates): descriptionkey=durationdisplayname=Actual Duration Variance (Days)linkedname=directlistsort=durationnamekey=durationquerysort=durationshortview=falsestretch=45styledef.case.0.comparison.attribute=cssstyledef.case.0.comparison.isrowcase=falsestyledef.case.0.comparison.leftmethod=durationstyledef.case.0.comparison.lefttext=durationstyledef.case.0.comparison.operator=notnullstyledef.case.0.comparison.operatortype=numberstyledef.case.0.comparison.righttext=styledef.case.0.comparison.trueproperty.0.name=bgcolorstyledef.case.0.comparison.trueproperty.0.value=dcf6f7styl

I really love adding free custom text / annotations to my dashboards we are using and scheduling nowadays, because that way I can "automatically" answer and explain what some difficult stats might mean and that way I get less emails with questions "what does that stat X mean?" etc. Again not the most important feature and this comes more needed in the future when we can (hopefully) schedule these Analysis Workspace reports too.

I want to integrate AEM 6.5 with Akamai to handle replication and caching. Is their any documentation for implementation of Akamai with AEM ?

Hi We have LinkClick added Via Data layer implementation. I notice Adobe server call is not firing even though data layer works fine.  Why this happening? Do I need to add delay code ? I see the page is navigating really quick. Thanks, Pradeep
