I have a client use case that is using 3 different workspaces for different brand strategies, and each workspace is pointing to its own leads partition.  I understand that the subscription centers are linked to the leads partitions, but in this case, a lead can be a subscriber in more than 2 partitions at the same time.  the question is, instead of having a subscription center per partition, can we have one center to allow the user to change their communication preferences, subscribe or unsubscribe from the partitions?

Hi everyone,   I'd like to hear about your best practices concerning contact database Sync between Marketo and Salesforce, I already know how to send Marketo contact to Salesforce, when I edit them with one of the two platforms it modifies it on the other platform, every is well synced... BUT I've given the sales team access to Salesforce so they can start working with it and there is a little problem : When you transfer contacts from MKT to SF, it will make them appear as "Leads" in SF But my Sales are registering new people as "Contact" in SF I understood that when one of my sales told me "Why can't you see the contact I added on SF with Marketo ?" In my opinion, they should register their new contact as "Lead" but I'm not really sure, What's your idea about that? Have you ever been confronted with that kind of methodological problem? If you have any other comment related to the subject I'd be glad to hear them,   Lucas

Hi All,I have a class which  extends AbstractProductImporter[com.adobe.cq.commerce.pim.common.AbstractProductImporter] and implements ProductImporter[com.adobe.cq.commerce.pim.api.ProductImporter]. It has @Component, @Service annotations declared at the top. Here, custom logic is written which checks if a flag present[for every product] in json, got from PIM system is update/create etc and based on that code is present. Here I am trying to use, replicator.replicate(resourceResolver.adaptTo(Session.class), ReplicationActionType.ACTIVATE, pagePath).     @Reference    public Replicator replicator; is made use of in the java file. But I am getting Nullpointerexception on hitting this replicator.replicate line.I have spent quite some time on this, but no clue as to what is going on.'pagePath' is pointing to existing page in the repository.Don't know what is happening. Any thoughts on this will be really really helpful.

Hello! Is there a way to pull the date (week, quarter, does not really matter) of the first visit for a specific cohort? What I want to find out is: out of the Repeat Visitors (Visit Number > 0) we have seen coming in e.g. Q4, when did we see their first visit (e.g. some time in Q3)? Hope I could make it clear enough!Max

Hi All, We have a scenario where a Publisher would need the permissions to move and rename a page in WCM but not edit the page. We tried the combinations of permissions, but we couldn't able to achieve this. Currently we have Read + Replicate permissions for the Publisher. Can you please help me with what Advanced privileges would give the ability to move and rename the page but not edit the contents of the page? Thanks,Arun.

Hello all,I am trying to work out some kinks with my recurring emails. Here is what I am trying to achieve. I have a scheduler on a workflow for the population to pull in ticket purchasers and send them a pre-event email. After the first send, I want to exclude the previous batch of recipients and only send to net new people from the ticket purchasers population.  I don't believe I have set up the delivery exclusion correctly because it has sent a duplicate delivery to the initial population in addition to the net new population that flowed in after an hour.  Can someone help me with an example of how to set this up?

Hi Team, Requirement:We wanted to pre populate the data in the text box for the existing record. How to achieve this? Thanks,Sachin C S

Hello, I know the answer but I just wanted to confirm. I have using 2 conditional statement (dynamic content) based on the following: Default condition (show default image)1: If Girl is checked: Show girl image - Order 12: If Boy is checked: Show boy image - Order 23: ? Question1: These choices (Girl or Boy) are check boxes so they can select one or both. If they have selected both check boxes (Girl and Boy), the system show girl image since its listed as Order 1? Questions 2: I was trying to create 3 dynamic content option/condition (so if someone have selected both values), I could show a third image but I can't able to create dynamic content condition based on this. I could only able pick one condition when creating dynamic content condition. Is that true? Thanks!

Hi Dear team, There would be question again 🙂Our customer wanted to grant two role for ACC workflow management. One role which can only edit the workflow but can not execute it, the other is can only execute but no right to edit. If it is possible to achieve this ?

Hello,What is the difference between these states in Adobe alerts as it relates to the % threshold? The way it's worded is ambiguous to me.Anomaly existsAnomaly belowAnomaly aboveIf I set the threshold to 95% for unique visitors to a page, for example, then can I interpret it as follows?Anomaly exists = the anomalous data falls within 2 standards of the expected valueAnomaly is below = the anomalous data falls less than 2 standard deviations outside of the expected value, in which case, then it's 1 SD outside of the expected value?Anomaly is above = the anomalous data falls more than 2 standard deviations outside of the expected value, in which case, is it incorrect to think it's 3 SD outside of the expected value? What additional meaningful information here does "anomaly below" or "anomaly above" give me that the "anomaly exists" doesn't?Thanks!

Hi,We are migrating our logs from On-prem adobe campaign classic instance to hosted adobe campaign classic instance. in that process we are facing an issue while updating the auto generated primary key of tracking log schema with our existing on-prem primary key of tracking logs. we are updating this by using dataloading activity and updating the primary key with the help of foreign key of deliveryId and foreign key of urlId, we are facing the following error "PGS-220000 PostgreSQL error: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "nmstrackinglogrcp_id" DETAIL: Key (itrackinglogid)=('1234567') already exists." Kindly help us to resolve the issue Thanks!!

My SF Admin created a custom field that is not syncing properly in Marketo. We are using this field as a token and it is mapped correctly in Field Management and Field Mapping but when we insert the token in the email, it is showing what was initially put in that custom field, not what we have updated it to. Any ideas as to how to fix this? Should we resync SF with Marketo or vice versa to see if it updates? I'm not too familiar with Salesforce.

Dear all, For a site that has AA implemented, is there a way to see whether a certain page has shown a timeout error for a part of its content (which grabs some data from a csv file dynamically)? Please advise, thank you in advance. Best,Roxie

Hi everybody, I was wondering what kind of Machine Learning capabilities come pre-configured with Adobe Analytics. Are there some ML options that require additional configuration? I'm trying to get a grasp as to whether this is more of a reporting tool, or a true analytics tool with built-in ML. Thank you,W

Have tried in 3 consecutive days, repeat multiple time of clear cache cookies, try in different device, and it is still fail to schedule file in workspace What has happen to Adobe Analytic? seriously.. freaking bad experience
