Hi all, I am sending the same "sruvey request" email via Marketo to a different group of a few hundred leads every 1 week for the next 2 months. This email will have a link to a 3rd party landing page with a survey on it.The platform that hosts the survey doesn't collect a user's email address or name, but I want to know which of the users I sent the survey request email to actually completed the survey, on order to then send them a thank you email. To do this I was going to simply append the Lead.ID or similar to the querystring of the link in my survey request email, like so: example.com/path/name/?mktId={{lead.Id}} The 3rd party platform is able to capture that parameter value on their side and then I am able to login to the 3rd party platform at the end of each week to pull a list of all the unique Marketo IDs who completed the survey.Ideally I could then use that list of IDs in Marketo in the smart list for an email program to know who to send the thank you email to. But the Lead.I

Hello... I have a question on a calculated field we have that pulls data from two different fields into one with the following If statement: IF(ISBLANK(CSBrand),BrandDepartmentNonAutomation,CSBrand) We've added a third variable, which is if both CSBrand and BrandDepartmentNonAutomation fields are blank, then this field needs to be "PER" How do I modify this If statement to reflect the added variable?

I'm working with a US government  entity that has AEM Forms 6.5 JEE, have worked with them since AEM forms 6.2 JEE.  We have been trying without any resolution to figure out what the heck is going on with Reader Extensions at the server level.  Each time we upgrade we try reader extensions after a fresh upgrade, we're not able to attach files to our PDF's. We still are running an old server that has reader extensions but we're getting demerits.  Basically we're being told tough figure it out.   We can't decommission 6.2 until we get this working on 6.5 and We've gotten very little help from anyone in support.  in fact, we kept asking and absolutely nothing.  Basically anyone at adobe needs to contact me and  help me figure out what the heck is going on because they will start to refuse to renew the license if nothing is done.  (I will give you my work email address which is .gov, I don't want to put that out here)  Suppor

Hi Experts,  I am working on implementing custom authentication handler for AEM 6.4 with MFA - OTP Code. Author submits the username and password and if valid then redirected to a otp page to capture the OTP code shared via email.  Problem is once user submits the otp code, an error comes up "http://localhost:4502/j_security_check Access to localhost is denied" with error code as 403. And log entry as org.apache.sling.auth.core.impl.SlingAuthenticator handleSecurity: AuthenticationHandler did not block request; access denied. Nevertheless user is logged in successfully and can access the pages. I checked this sample MFA implementation with Google Auth and a similar community discussion, but could not find any pointers why 403 comes up. If anyone has faced similar issues or have pointers for me to check, kindly share. Regards,Jayapal.S

Hi Team,  We have a requirement, where to send push notifications to the eligible recipients (based on the eligibility criteria) of the offer that is newly created. As far as i understand, the offer eligibility status will be generated only when the user opens the particular site or opens the app in the mobile.  But I am not sure if we can even send the notifications based on the eligibility criteria of the offer that is newly created. Please advice.  Thanks,Adithya

How to use the baseline functionality in 3.6.5. release of XML documentation

Seeing a strange issue in one of the environments, for a request like "https://{HOST}/content/{SITE}/overview/_jcr_content/par.html", AEM is returning 404. I can see the resource "/content/{SITE}/overview/jcr:content/par.html" is available and accessible as "https://{HOST}/content/{SITE}/overview/jcr:content/par.html" . My observation: ResourceResolver when mapping, it translating "jcr:content" to "_jcr_content" correctly but when its resolving it is not able to translate "_jcr_content" to "jcr:content", the process of mapping and resolving is explained here (https://sling.apache.org/documentation/the-sling-engine/mappings-for-resource-resolution.html#namespace-mangling). Any thoughts? Thanks

We are migrating from SFMC to marketo and have synced all the objects & fields from SFDC to marketo. We have a field "StartDateTime" (Data Type - DateTime) which is a constraint under a activity object which we need as a separate field and not as a constraint so that we can use it as an attribute under 'Remove from flow' as the value of the field "StartDateTime" keeps changing, so here we are trying to achieve it like if the "StartDateTime" of a prospect changes don't send the email. We tried creating another Marketo custom filed "StartDateTimeMeeting" with same date type which we can use in the 'Remove from flow' . But How can we sync the constraint "StartDateTime" value with Marketo only custom field "StartDateTimeMeeting"? Or any other workaround from which we can manage multiple "StartDateTime" changes and add or remove records from the Flow.

Hi All, As per the adobe documentation, below is the URL that offer engine generates and updates the proposition status.  Documentation URL: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/managing-offers/managing-environments/creating-offer-spaces.html?lang=en#managing-offers Based on the acceptance of the URL which is by default in the offer<%@ include option='NmsServer_URL' %>/interaction/<%= interaction.env %>/<%= interaction.offerSpace %>?a=UpdateStatus&p=<%= proposition.proposition_id%>&st=4&r=<%= encodeURIComponent(proposition.offer.view.trackedUrls.url_jst) %>   When we pass the same URL in the campaign, the page is empty and the data is not getting updated. No error. https://SERVER URL/interaction/livePERD/DEVSPC35?a=UpdateStatus&p=272601431&st=4&r=,REDIRECT URL>   Kindly provide us the solution. Thanks.

Hi, Is there any automated way to create multilingual variants of email delivery template ?As we have to create 12 variants for each email and 3-4 campaigns we are sending daily. So this becomes a very tedious job to create variants manually.  Thanks.

We've recently been putting calendar tokens in our confirmation emails, but we've had a number of people reach out and say that the calendar token just leads them to a blank page. Is this happening to anyone else?
