Hi Team,1. For Email Channel Offer, we are trying to get other status that can be populated on the proposition table based on the level of interaction with the donor. Some Example of what we are trying to get is,Ex1: If the proposition is simply sent to the donor it would = GeneratedEx1: if the donor opens the email and sees the proposition it would = PresentedEx2: If the donor opens the email and clicks on the offer hyperlink it would = acceptedIn our testing, we are able to get the "Accepted" status in proposition tables status column when the donor clicks on the offer link in the email. But when the donor opens the mail without clicking the offer link, we are getting status as "Generated" instead of getting "Presented" as status in proposition table. Below shown is the offer space storage setting we did.    2.  In case of outbound interaction how can we apply "Interested" or "Rejected" or any other status to an offer proposition other than the 2 added i

I'm in a pinch and am looking for a way to prevent/cancel execution of a delivery node (transactional) using JavaScript/EJS in ACC, from within the template itself if a specific set of conditions are met.  Where can I find information on the methods and properties available for this from within a delivery node?

Hiring Manager fills out Request Queue (Custom Form) and submits itThe issue is created for HR (in Project in Workfront)Fusion Creates individual tasks for IT, Operations, Accounting, and HR to get new hire set-up with Company as a full time and/or freelancer/contractor (in the same Project issue is created in) - these tasks need to have Planned hours, Day Durations and Predecessors (FS) with each other.Fusion also updates 2 Google sheets (1. for Hardware inventory 2. HR/Payroll Data)The last step of Fusion is to create a separate Ambassador Project - from a template (new Project, but in the same Program as Project in step 2) to lead and track onboarding tasks. Any help would be appreciated.

Let's say I have a user group x with minimal permissions which needs to trigger a workflow y. Currently the group permissions are, So if I try to start the workflow from the sites, selecting the page --> Create --> Workflow, in select the workflow models dropdown OOTB models are also being listed. I want the dropdown list to be restricted to only the workflow y, which I created. So how can I set the required permissions!

I want to hide the default workflow models which are present in the modal popup in "Start Workflow", and only want to show my project, workflow models. But don't know how to do it. I followed two tutorials 1. https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/kb/hide-workflow-models-start-workflow-list.html 2. https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/developing/components/pageinfo.html but it is not working, can anyone help me in that.   Thanks,

What is the purpose of Reconciliation tab present in Enrichment activity ?

Hi Team,I have created an A/B activity on Mobile app and have a query regarding the experience deliveryIf the app user sees experience A,they close the app and come back ,do they still see experience A or is it possible that target puts them in B?

We have an existing Marketo instance with about 5 years worth of data and information. The Marketo instance has been syncing to Sage CRM but Riva, the software company providing the sync, has told us they will no longer be supporting Sage CRM. We are considering moving off of Sage CRM to Salesforce Professional edition. There are many good reasons to move to Salesforce but we need to do it economically.  I'm trying to work through the challenges and gotchas specifically around the data migration.   The current Sage CRM data is all Account/Contacts and the plan would be to move these Account/Contacts (along with Opportunities and all the other data) to Salesforce. However, since the people already exist in Marketo, if they get imported into Salesforce, when they sync to Marketo we'll have duplicates on them all. If we sync the existing people in Marketo up to Salesforce, they are all Leads - which then we will have to figure out how to convert to Account/Contacts. There a

Hi,I have issue displaying the incoming data in ACS. We are passing some location names in to the workflow with Accent characters like München and after loading the file( Load file Activity) in to ACS it is getting displayed as München. Is there a way to handle this in column properties of load file activity?  Can some one help me in addressing this issue?Thank you so much!

Hi, I have installed bundle, all the dependencies got resolved also but it don't go to Active State. When I click start on /system/console/bundles on a resolved bundle I got no logs on error.log or upgrade.log or any log I could see, even request.log don't seem to be writing anything. I've changed the log level to trace on all logs but makes no difference. Please note that on normal usage logs are being written, they are just not writing anything when I click on start on this resolved bundle. I've also try to check some answers on this community, I don't have installed ACS AEM Commons and I don't have a bundle activator configured.I'm deploying the package using autoInstallPackage of content-package-maven-plugin. I don't have any OSGi unsatisfied state component in my bundle, at least from  /system/console/bundles/bundleX/ I don't have any unresolved or red item.Last but not least I've already installed a author instance from scratch

If someone saves a web page on their computer and accesses at a later date, all of the tagging will fire.  This includes URL which reflects the drive path of the user's computer. In a large number of cases we can see PII data in reports. Do we have any resolution that prevents Adobe collecting URL in these cases  Help is appreciated.  Thanks, @andrew_wathen_ @andrey_osadchuk @stewart_schilling

We created a new custom object in Salesforce. After refreshing the schema in Marketo, we are able to see the custom SFDC object under Lead but not Contact. What should we do differently to make sure the custom object comes under Lead and Contact? In the current scenario, we fear losing custom object data when lead gets converted into a contact in Salesforce.

Hi All,As per requirement for the migration of AEM 6.2 to AEM 6.5 cloud service. I have to read the OSGi configuration values. I tried this link https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/osgi_config63.html.I was able to create all the specified java files and the build was successful as well. At the component level, I was trying to fetch the values like below code snippet shows, but could not get the values. Looking for the solution for this to achieve. Below are trails which I tried out.Try 1:<sly data-sly-use.nav="com.abc.core.use.HelloWorldModel" data-sly-unwrap>In the Java call sly tag</sly><br><h1>${nav.getMessage}</h1>Try 2:<sly data-sly-use.nav="com.abc.core.use.HelloWorldModel" data-sly-unwrap>In the Java call sly tag</sly><br><h1>${nav.getMessage}</h1><sly data-sly-test.tryvalue=${nav.getMessage}><h2>Value: ${tryvalue}</h2></sly>

Marketo developer has designed dynamic landing page based on language and country segmentation. While testing using segmentation prefix to test dynamic landing page and this is working fine. But, when using the same landing page without prefix in email and testing for multiple languages then data is sync to previous lead. Only, If user delete the cookie then do test again then data sync is happening correctly. Is there any Marketo JS available  that helps clearing cookies in this case so that data sync happen to correct lead without doing this clear cookie manually?  I read few available reference link in community but did not find exact same thing.

We did an in-place upgrade to 6.5 from 6.4.2. The pages are now not edit-able (even as an admin). I send a weekly email that I edit slightly each week.  I have all emails in one default program because it goes to the basically the same list each week.  I have tokens set-up to build the UTM links.  All tokens stay the same except for my.term which will change to be the date of the send.   What is the impact of changing the my.term date token each week when I send the new email?  What happens to the my.term UTM in the old emails that have sent already?  If someone clicks an old email, will it be the old my.term date or will it change to the new my.term date?  Is it okay to change the my.term date each week or is it best practice to have a new email program each week I send this email? Thanks

Currently I have an assignments report setup exactly how I'd like it, showing all tasks by user and I'd like to now provide this report to their managers per their request. However, when I share the report with a manager, they're unable to see the tasks I see. I have an admin account but the Managers have a Reviewer account as they usually only review proofs via ProofHQ and don't do much within WorkFront itself. Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

Any Example of reusing one component A to make  90% identical component B ----> Most preferrally how we can do by using sling script resolution scheme ?

I work at a big company where the marketing department wants to track all projects within the same report suite. We need a list variable in our project, but since there's the limitation of only 3 list variables per report suite, and they're already used by other projects, what are our options besides hacking a work-around and using the product variable? (list props won't work either due to the 100 char limitation). Can we pay to buy more list variables or why is this not possible?"An organization can have many report suites, each containing different data sets. While separate report suites were important in the past, having a single report suite has become more advantageous" ~ https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/admin/admin-console/create-report-suite.html?lang=en#admin-consoleI guess the marketing department agrees that it is indeed an advantage for them to keep all projects in the same report suite, but from a developer standpoint, given the 3 list vars limitation -

Hi everyone!   I'm looking to remove or zero out any behavior scoring older than x number of days. Does anyone know how I may go about this or if it is even possible?   This would simply because I only care about the most recent activity a lead has been doing, as opposed to the form they filled out 11 months ago.   Ex: Let's say our AQL person score threshold is 50. If my lead had a person score of 70, but 50 of their points were from years ago, then those 50 points aren't relevant anymore and that lead will likely not truly be qualified and end up being recycled. So I'd want those 50 old points removed, but I don't want to also lose the 20 points that they did accumulate in the past month or so.   Is there a way to automate having points/activities older than a certain age zeroed out or removed?   Thank you!

Hi all, Stuck with an issue where a dynamically generated pdf is created and stored in dam on form submission and then reverse replicated using the model or cq:distribute property to author. I can see that the pdf reaching author keeps getting replicated continuously without being successfully processed

Hi,I am doing a POC on implementing Adobe Target SDK in Angular application. My main goal is to show different components based on the Activity configured. Example: if the user qualifies for Experience A then show Angular component A else Angular component B.While I am following the docs but I am still not able to pass the response (activity.id or experience.name or Feature flags response from the content) received from Target SDK to the Angular components. Is there any way I can achieve this? Below is the code I am using. How can I pass the value of featureFlags.flag to component? const TargetClient = require("@adobe/target-nodejs-sdk");const options = {    client: "",    organizationId: "",    logger: console,    decisioningMethod: "on-device",  events: {    clientReady: targetClientReady &nbsp

We just migrated our native forms from ES4 to AEM 6.5. Recently, heard the news that IE is not going be supported later in 2021. Until now we have been using IE and IE plugin on Chrome. Since IE is not available, how can the forms work on Chrome or EdgeAny feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi,I am struggling with this editable templates policy.  With following policy structure:+ main - responsivegrid + my-project + components + custom component + responsivegrid I added this responsivegrid in my HTL via:   data-sly-resource="${'responsivegrid' @ resourceType='wcm/foundation/components/responsivegrid'}  I put my container policy on the parsys node, but it's never appliedAlso tried it via the UI but there it get added node based, which is only applied with the first component Any suggestions?

I am a very beginner to Marketo and I have searched similar info online but the answer is against my campaign result.   According to info online, the logic for the following setting would be   Trigger 1 and filter 1 and filter 2 Trigger 2 and filter 1 and filter 2 However, I only import the list to MQL (Trigger 2 )and the flow was triggered but actually it didn't  match filter 3 and 4.  It seems the trigger was fired even though it didn't satisfy the two filters.  Can anyone tell me why it's like that ? I have searched a lot of info online and still could not figure out...
