Solved

Hi there, Am trying to show different form fields on a dialog, based on an event. Would appreciate any help.

Hi there,   We are having issues with our new landing page we created in Marketo. Oddly we used the same Javascript in the past on other pages and it worked. But for some reason this time it is not. Code line 142 to 214 is where we put all the form embed and javascript.   (Original page removed) Solution = Missing jQuery library that was not attached.   Anyone ever this type of issue?   Regards

Hello,I would like to know how would you define a custom resource (products, product categories) where every item in that resource has different versions for every language.Would you ingest the product or the category of only one language (just english, or spanish), or would you record all the variants in different rows, for the same item? Thanks for your help and best regards,Mario

I have inherited a Marketo instance that has a large number of Marketo only persons - meaning they do not exist in Salesforce and SFDC type = is empty.   From my initial inspection, it appears most of these Persons were imported via list uploads for various programs so that we could use Marketo to send communication to customers who do not exist in SFDC and were being pulled from outside data sources.    My question is around deleting their person records from Marketo.    Is it best practice to remove these persons from Marketo as they do not exist in SFDC anyway? Would love to hear everyone's thoughts.

Hello everyone, We are delegating our subdomain to Adobe, anyone knows how to find Clientname and _domainkey? # DKIM signature of outgoing emailsClientname._domainkey.subdomain.com CNAME Clientname._domainkey.subdomain.com.cname.campaign.adobe.com._domainkey.subdomain.com CNAME _domainkey.subdomain.com.cname.campaign.adobe.com.

Hi all,There is an urgent requirement, but I am unable to find solution. Please help me in solving this issue.I have recipients from different time zones. I have a custom attribute in recipient schema @recipientTimeZone (String) stores values like IST, EST, CST, MST etc. Our Objective is to send an email delivery at 8AM in their respective time zone. So recipient-A who belongs to India will receive at 8AM IST, recipient-B belongs to CST will be receiving email at 8AM CST and so on. How we can achieve this by using a single delivery in the workflow. It will be great if I get an idea to achieve this by using a single delivery in the workflow, instead of using split and configuring different delivery for each time zone because we have 15+ time zones. Thanks!

Hi, I'm new to livecycle designer. We have a requirement of displaying multiple tables from the xml values.  <member_table num=1>     <name>    <skills>        <SKILL1>        <SKILL2>        <SKILL3>   </skills></member_table><member_table num=2>     <name>     <skills>        <SKILL1>        <SKILL2>   </skills></member_table> For each member number,1. I should display member table which has one row with name2. I should display skill table with all skills listed (this differs from member to member)   Approach :Built member table and skill table in a subform, and used action builder to repeat the subform for every member. I am able to get member table correctly as it has only one row. But s

I need to ask this. Does AEM come with an out of the box CSS framework for component and pages; where can I find it?Thanks

I hope I'm posting the right section. So our client is using Adobe Analytics and Audience Manager. Is it possible to dynamically  generate and export audiences and their attributes (such as product pages viewed) in order to run dynamic retargeting campaigns with Google Ads?Dynamically meaning I will not create an audience for each product page, but one larger audience where individual parameters can be sent to Google to run dynamic ads.Mind the client will not accept to install Google pixel on the website. ThanksAndrea

I am facing one issue, I created a single page website using the samples in AEM 6.5 with sp7 but in the console on opening the html page I am getting, "Refused to apply style from 'http://localhost:4502/etc.clientlibs/settings/wcm/designs/social/console/resources.css' because its MIME type ('') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled."   What is the cause of this issue and what can be done to avoid this issue? Any help would be great. Thanks

I've done an A/B  test using the whole email variation test type with an audience of 3000 people. The A/B test was done on everyone (I’ve selected 100% thus I haven’t selected any winner criteria). So far 1 email got 45% more opens than the other (that’s about 60 people). I’m confused because the subject and preview text are the same… the low opens one even had slightly more delivered (10+ people) than the other one.   The audience for the test is big enough to make a statistically significant conclusion that the subject line or/and preview text in As is much better than in B however it’s not the case since both are the same.   Any idea why that would happen?   Which criteria does Marketo use to divide the audience into A and B? How Marketo makes sure that audience A has the same attributes as the audience B?   I feel like Marketo didn’t divide the audiences “fairly”   My issue now is how can I rely on Marketo to run the A/B test for us?

Apologies I suspect this will be a "dumb" question. I have spent ages trying to find relevant documentation...I believe I can access SOAP services hostd by AEM to retrieve and implement AEM forms in a separate stand alone Java client app.So I'm simply trying to retrieve the wsdl for FormServiceI'm running a local dev set up using QuickStart jar running in author mode on standard localhost:4502I can find examples stating use http://localhost:8080/soap/services/FormsService?wsdl to get the relevant WSDLShould I be able to simply use http://localhost:4502/soap/services/FormsService?wsdlThis does not work for me. -> /soap/services/FormsService' not found: No resource foundCan I do this in a local dev setupAm I missing something fundementalThanks

Hi, So we make an API v1.4 request to obtain data with multiple dimensions(elements) and metrics (including calculated metrics).{"reportDescription":{ "reportSuiteID":"myRSID", "dateFrom":$Yesterday, "dateTo":$Yesterday, "dateGranularity":"Day", "elements":[ {"top":100, "id":"product", "classification":"dimension1"}, {"top":100, "id":"product", "classification":"dimension2"}, {"top":100, "id":"product", "classification":"dimension3"}, {"top":100, "id":"dimension4"} ], "metrics":[ {"decimals":0, "id":"event1"}, {"decimals":0, "id":"event2"}, {"decimals":0, "id":"event3"}, {"decimals":0, "id":"calcMetric1"}, {"decimals":0, "id":"event4"} ], "segments": [ {"id": "segment1"}]}} This is working with API v1.4, but we have to migrate this in the near future since v1.4 is not going to be supported down the road.We are thinking of

Anyone else not seeing Traffic (i.e. s.prop) classifications appearing in Analysis Workspace? I see Custom Conversion (i.e. s.eVar) ones for our different variables, but for some reason s.prop ones don't show up as an option. We created the classifications several days ago, and the s.prop has values. Edit: the s.prop classifications appear in Ad Hoc, just not Analysis Workspace. All product permissions have been granted, and I have full admin rights.

in the segment builder in adobe workspace- the max character length is 100 per single row, if i have greater than 100 characters, i need to create "OR" statements in order to capture my entire query.in ad hoc analysis, there is an unlimited amount of characters you can input into a single row. would be great if this feature can also be rolled out in workspace as well.

Has anyone else run into problems with the "Verify Your Identity" feature when trying to log into Ad Hoc? I've cleared all temporary files from Java, but for some reason Adobe won't accept the verification code that they send to my phone/email. As soon as the last digit of the six digit code has been typed in, the numbers all reset. I've put in a support ticket, but they weren't able to figure it out. Hoping that someone from the forums has a solution.

Hi all,I am really wondering if somebody will be able to advise me, I am going mad here :(I created some marketing channel reports in AdHoc, which are delivered to the mailboxes of a group of users every day.At first, it worked OK, with everyone being able to see to the details for every marketing campaign. But, the problem started as soon as a new marketing campaign was launched.for this one, only the summary for the whole campaign is delivered, all the rows being collapsed. When I open the report in AdHoc, it is all good, in the e-mails all the rows (but only for the "new" stuff) are collapsed by default! Thanks for any advice!

We are using the latest library for IOS apps which use context data variables. Using processing rules, I am setting the event "Orders(purchase) to Custom Value 1" based on the page name and the existence of a context data variable. I know the processing rule is working correctly, as I am getting data showing in other eVars that I have set in the same rule, and I get a count or orders in both SiteCatalyst Reports, and Adhoc. The problem is, if I look at the hits from Data Warehouse, the Order variable is 0 for the hits. I have created a simple segment to show hits where Orders are greater than 0, and as expected, I get data back for Reports, and the same results in Adhoc, however, I do not get data back in Data Warehouse. Has anyone seen this before? How do I get the orders to show in Data Warehouse?

I wonder if someone can help,is there any documentation anywhere that shows how to change various aspects of MetricDim Dimensions ? e.g. What are the format options, offset, scale etc. Also how do you create one of these  ? Would be really useful to have more explanationThanksMark

I'm currently trying to create a Custom Segment for New York City based traffic, as shown below.EDIT: Apparently I can't upload images. Basically, imagine  a segment with Cities=New York (New York, United States) As this is an enumerated variable, It MUST match the value that Adobe wants to see, or else it won't let me create the segment (or show any data). This is a bit frustrating, as the value in that box is a direct paste from what Adobe shows in the Cities report (said report also confirms we've had plenty of traffic from NYC the pasty 90 days).I've also tried typing in "New York", and using the drop down menu; this is the result: EDIT: the drop down menu brings up an alphabetical  list of cities in New York state, but stops at "Belfast"Note the furthest I could scroll down was to "Belfast." It looks like when I typed "New York" it showed results for state listed alphabetically, and cut off the list at a certain point.  Further backing that point up, note how the list stops early i

Hi All,I am able to see all the context data on the attached page in sitecatalyst/discover other than sourceofvisit .Can you please tell me a possible reason for this .I have mapped the context  data  sourceof visit correctly to an Evar ,but not able to see its value in sitecatalyst. Thanks & Regards,Anand

I have a web page with multiple forms. I have an Event Base Rule set up to capture the form data in Adobe Analytics and Universal Analytic. For exampleAdobe Analytics:  eVar10 = %form data%Universal Analytics: event label = %form data%I have difficulty in using custom script in Data Element to retrieve the correct form data. I cannot get the correct form object i.e. the form that a submission event was triggered. Is there a way to pass the form object (the form that a submission event is triggered) into the Data Element custom script? Thanks

Hi everyone, Could you please help me debug the following issue with using merchandising and context vars in the processing rule? We are passing one conversion variable (evar63) as a merchandising var in the s.products:s.products = “Category; SKU;;;event85=1;evar63=’id_1’"ON the same s.t() call, we are passing the current date via context variable ('currdate'):s.contextData["currdate"] = new Date().toMMDDYYYYString();Then, we would like to overwrite the original value of evar63 with the concatenated values of evar63 and context data (currdate). The processing rule is:- If evar63 is Set, then  Overwrite value of evar63 To Concatenated Value of evar63, currdate(Context Data) using a pipe (|) delimiter.Unfortunately, this setup didn't work and we are still getting the original, not concatenated values in the evar63 report.I was confused because the Help section mentioned, 'The product string, referrer, and user agent cannot be changed' (http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/referenc
