Solved

Hi there,    Was wondering if it was possible to use the Bulk Extractor (or some other way) to pull email performance data into Tableau. Any advice here would help.    Thanks,  -Troy

Hi, I've read in a comment on this topic (profile-substitution-for-proofing) that profile substitutions in ACS should work in a recurring email when using 'no aggregation period'.We've tried that multiple times at de Volksbank, but it doesn't work for us. Do you know if this option is available for recurring emails and which steps we have to take?I'm a little confused, that's why I'm checking it with Adobe professional @sukrity_wadhwa  Kind regards,Björn Kummeling Settings MessageTopic

Update: mystery solved. The wrong script was being used in UAT. And I had the Launch Switch browser extension, which caused me to always use the "correct" environment.Has anyone faced this situation where you and your colleagues are loading different build versions of the same Launch satelliteLib JS file?My colleagues and I are loading our UAT site, which uses Launch’s Development environment. I’ve built a few libraries recently, so I can see the build date in the JS file as yesterday's date. But my colleagues see a build date that is much older for the same JS file (almost a month old!). My colleagues and I are all working from home (and even different countries!), and we’re all using Google Chrome. Even when they use a private window, their browsers still load the old build libraries. In my Launch’s Publishing Flow, there are a few libraries, but all of them had been built in the last few days, definitely nothing that had been built according to the build date that my colleagues are te

I just want to get an AEM dev env working so I can try the tutorials.  This guide simply doesnt work, and there could be any number of reasons. There is one other guide, but its for the cloud version. I have been given AEM_6.5_Quickstart.jar. This unpacks into a dir called "crx-quickstart".  This is the non cloud version right?  Is there any way to verify this? Strangely, the non cloud local jar seems to need a license file, but the cloud one doesnt. This would make the cloud version much more developer friendly if it can be used without cloud. What is the difference between the cloud and non cloud SDK? they both seem to be a single jar which you  make two copies, putting one in a dir called "author" and one in a dir called "publish", then renaming them to aem-publish-pxxxx.jar and the other to aem-author-pxxx.jar.   You launch both by double clicking. As the main non cloud developer setup tutirial doesnt work, I am wondering

Hi everyone! What's the specific permission in the Admin Console to allow users to approve segments and calculated metrics as described here:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/components/calculated-metrics/calcmetric-workflow/cm-approving.html?lang=en#calculated-metrics

How can I nest my Sub-Brand tags in my Brand tags and restrict the options in dialogue box for sub-brand tag based on the tags nested under that particular brand tag

Hi All, I am looking for a quick way to see if projects have Billing Records associated to them. I can create a billing record report that shows the project name, but I can't figure out how to create a project report that indicates if the project has billing records. I don't need to see the name of the record(s), just a true/false would be fine. If the only way to see it is to include the name(s) of the records, that is fine too. Looking for something like the Has Expenses field. Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi WF Community, We have a custom form called Incident Triage Requests. Folks attach and fill out this form on issue records. Those issues records are originally logged against any project in the system. We have a routing rule set up on a specific project called Incident Triage Requests that routes issues logged to any project using the Incident Triage Request form to this project. Example:Issue A is logged against Project 1Issue A has an Incident Triage Request form attached to itIssue A gets routed from Project 1 to the Incident Triage Request project THE ASKSince these issues no longer belong to their originating projects (Project 1 in the example above), is there a way to still access the originating projects data in a report query (e.g. the Actual Completion Date of the originating project)? Hope that made sense.Thanks.Nick

Hello, If we are using AEP mobile SDKs and are unsure which versions we have installed, is there a way to check/verify this?

Is this the only way to access "Sharing" on the document level? It seems quite hidden.

We have AEM v6.5.0 currently and the Verify Step component is missing from my list of components. Is there something special I need to do to get this to be available to me? I am building an adaptive form based on an XDP template and I want to be able to preview the form before submitting.

Hi All, I followed the below link to externalize links while exporting experience fragments to Target https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/implementing/configuring-and-extending/experience-fragments.html?lang=en#the-experience-fragment-link-rewriter-provider-html I have also included the custom resource type used for experience fragment in the Sling rewriter defined in the below path /libs/experience-fragments/config/rewriter. The custom service doesn't invoke while exporting the experience fragment to target.  Please share your thoughts and let me know if we have any resolution. Please find the below sample used.   (service = ExperienceFragmentLinkRewriterProvider.class) public class GeneralExperienceFragmentLinkRewriter implements ExperienceFragmentLinkRewriterProvider { private static final Logger LOGGER = LoggerFactory.getLogger(GeneralExperienceFragmentLinkRewriter.class); private E

Hi All, We have added custom rte plugins in the Rich-text component in our project where we need to include some html markup using the source edit plugin. Currently we are facing the issues while including the empty tags. E.g. <div class="some-class"></div>We need to include this and there is some js which will target this class and add some functionality. When we are trying to add this div, as it is empty rte is removing that div from the markup. Is there any setting that need to be done in order to allow empty tags in the source edit plugins ? Thanks in advance.Gajanan

Hi All, I am importing some leads from a CSV file, and I realize that the number of leads in CSV file was bigger than in the field "Person Count" in my list status. A small difference, around 1 - 3 %, one to 3 leads at each 100. But I can´t check contact per contact to find which one is missing. Why this could be happening? Someone could help me?

Hi.I'm using AEM 6.3I have followed this correctly I think. and also followed Ensure authhorizableI don't know if only one is required or both are required. I'm new at this. Map<String, Object> params = new HashMap<>();params.put(ResourceResolverFactory.SUBSERVICE, SERVICE);ResourceResolver resourceResolver = resourceResolverFactory.getServiceResourceResolver(params) The above line is where I get the error. Have I missed something?

Hi, we are running AEM 6.5. We have some application to application connectivity, whereby we have a on-premises Java applicaiton which is calling an API on a cloud hosted AEM 6.5 instance. We want to add in oAuth for the authentication piece, but can not find any sample in the Adobe documenation of how this can be done. We can see examples in older versions of AEM 6.5 but the oAuth libraries in the examples seems to have been removed in the newer AEM versions.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there,    this is my first time reaching out to Marketo community. I'd like to get the second opinion on the way I intend to build out follow up process (email drip) to content download.   We rely heavily on content marketing and webinars and release a new gated content piece and a webinar each month. Content is always gated. Each content piece and webinar has 6-8 emails follow with relevant content leading to booking a demo. Usually, the last 3 emails in the follow-up stream are the same disregarding of the content that was downloaded or the webinar that was attended. Right now I'm using smart campaigns with multiple email sends to schedule these follow-ups but it takes a lot of time. So I'm intending to build a separate Email drip with the 3 emails that are the same for all of these programs and use "request campaign" smart list to pull people into this program. Does it make sense to others? I'm not using Nurture programs at all in this case.

I have created a new test profile (Profiles & Audiences > Test Profiles) but I do not see this or any new test profile created under the 'Test Profiles' section to 'Change profile' and 'Preview' email in Email Designer.Following these steps: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/profiles-and-audiences/managing-profiles/managing-test-profiles.html?lang=en#profiles-and-audiencesIs there anything additional that needs to be done after creating a new test profile to have it available in Preview?

I have noticed that @3035144-id is "0" for all Continuous deliveries. Normal deliveries or recurring deliveries have the @3035144-id link to the parent campaign as normal. These then have blank Campaign values over in Analytics, so analysts have to do different searches to wrap up deliveries at the Campaign level.https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic-questions/looking-for-delivery-templates-with-an-operation-operation-id-gt/qaq-p/355110Is this expected or a bug?If its expected, what is the reason for not having the Campaign link on the continuous delivery?

HI All,Need your help as how to Add/ enable brightcove in RTE plugin on AEM 6.5. or how to Add/ enable video option in RTE plugin on AEM 6.5. It is a requirement from the client project. Thanks,Rahul Krishna

HI,We have two different cross device profile merge rule created (scoped with different data source), one CRM (DPID 123) and one for products attributes (DPID 456). so when we build the segments, can we combine these two distinct onboarded trait together in segments and apply any profile merge rule. As i understand profile merge rule work based on datasource, so the rule that applied in segment, which is not connect with the one trait that I configured, will still be stretching the user? Example: CRM users(DPID 123) + black jeans product(DPID 456) both are onboarded trait. Is that possible or this is right way to do. Is there any option to build segments out of segments in AAM?ThanksKeerthi

Hi Everyone Light house is reporting unused Java scripts on our website which is causing some performance hit as well. We uses the page template which defines the possible components on this page and hence all clientlibs are loaded irrespective of authored or not.We are thinking in direction of1) Extending the Html library manager2) Loading authored components clientLibs only on the fly. Do you guys foresee performance overheads of the above approach ? Any one implemented some solutions ? It would be good to help me here. ThanksKailash

Hello - I am wondering if anyone has setup scoring programs in Marketo not only based on actions of people, but also based on the offer/content their interacting with? For example, scoring the filling out of a form is fine, but I would suggest it's more relevant to score based on the content/offer behind the form. Completion of a bottom of the funnel "contact us" form is more valuable than a top of the funnel "ebook" form.  I've been away from Marketo for awhile and when I came back this was something I was hoping to implement. I was hoping to use program tags to indicate what score someone would receive when they reach success in the program. Every program would have a tag (BoFu, MoFu, ToFu). If success was reached in a program, depending on the tag it would receive a corresponding score. However, while testing I learned you cannot use tags in logic. The only other semi-scalable way I can think of doing something like this is by naming convention, but I think this will be error p
