Hi All, we are currently using Scene7 as CDN Solution in terms of Image Resizing and Quality Optimization. In the current iteration we are interested in changing the Image Delivery form JPEG to WEBP format, what seems to be supported by Scene7.  What we are currently looking for is a User Agent/ Browser specific provision of images. E.g. an IE 11 should only get JPEGs and an Chrome WEBP Images without a specific consideration in code. Cloudflare for example is supporting this kind of Ressource selection.  Is there an Option in Scene7 to do the same? Currently when a format like WEBP is specified the Internet Explorer ist trying to download this ressource. Best Regards

We are on AEM 6.5.3. I have an experience fragment in the "en" language. And I want to create a live copy of this XF in the es languages. When I select experience fragment and click on create, I see an option to create variation-as live copy, but that creates the live copy in the same hierarchy. But my requirement is to create the live copy under “es”  language.  I don’t want to use the language copy option because there will not be any relationship b/w en XF and es XF. I want the live copy relation b/w the two (as we maintain the relationship in content pages). This is doable on content pages but not an experience fragment. I mean under content, I can create one page under en, and live copy can roll out the same page in es language. How to achieve similar functionality in XF. Another thing is when we use the XF component on the en content page, MSM creates the live copy in es language, But experience fragment path is not translated to match relative to es language.&nbsp

When I open the replication tab for any path in CRX, it shows 500 internal server error. I have logged in as admin user and my AEM version is 6.5.6. Please advice.

Hi there, One of our eVar for whatever reason has been set into "hit" based expiry which means if I'm trying to break down other dimension data that exist on other page, it will not possible since it will expire on 'hit'. There is no option to change the expiry on that eVar to a visit for now since everyone is using it that way for the longest time, is there a trick to turn those hit expiry into visit using segmentation visit container? e.g. Segment A = a visit of eVar A is exist. Now I can break down number of people that completed a form and land on a form page (page name) and got a Segment A  (eVar A) in their session. Hope this question make sense.  Regards,Felix

Hi everybody,i would like to search for other fields than the email in the data tab of an outbound transition of a query in a workflow. Is that possible? I tested to add the relevant search field in the custom resources, but that only helps when searching in the profiles directly, not in a workflow outbound transition. Thank you so much for your help and support in advance!RegardsMalte

I am able to take the delivery summary report that contains any metric of my choice (sends, opens, clicks, etc) and pick a dimension like "week" in order to see all email channel metrics by week over a specific time period (e.g. one year). However, I would like to pick a specific country (e.g. Japan) and see those weekly results, instead of seeing it for all countries.  I could take the country dimension and place it inside each week, but that would end up showing me results for all 200+ countries per week, which is overwhelming. Is there a way to pick a specific country and filter the weekly results?

I created this workspace a few years ago and deleted it sometime last year. I didn't realize that the recipient is still receiving the scheduled reports. Now she wants to modify the criteria of the report, but it's nowhere to be found. Is it a bug that the reports continue to be sent?Is there any chance I can recover this?I can easily replicate the workspace, but now my concern is that she will get 2 scheduled reports with different data.

Hi everyone! We recently migrated from DTM to Launch. We save our page name to eVar1. What we've noticed since migrating is that on pages where there are events firing e.g. direct call rules or clicks, the number of unique visitors to eVar1 is a great deal higher than the unique visitors to the page name dimension. There haven't been any changes to the configuration of the events other than having to add in the clear variables action in the Launch rules so that the events string is reset after an event is fired.I can't work out what is going on here.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello!Does anyone know if there is a reliable way in javascript to detect whether the adobe analytics page tracking call (s.t()) has completed?  Currently, we are attempting to test for this via the below javascript (that tries to determine the state of the image beacon added to the page): var pageViewComplete = function(){    var pageViewPixel = window.s_i_scglobal;    if (pageViewPixel && pageViewPixel.src && (pageViewPixel.src.indexOf('/b/ss/') >= 0) && pageViewPixel.complete){      return true;    }    return false;  }; We have noted that on occasion, the page view is recorded via an AJAX post to our adobe server vs the inclusion of the <img> tag, so the above code doesn't not always work. Is there any Adobe supported way to test for this? Thanks!

We are trying build an internal application where the user can  create/edit html content  using WYSIWYG editor (like confluence).  The front end is a react project with embeded WYSIWYG and backend is Spring boot project.  For persisting the data of this application we are considering options like RDBMS , NoSQL and AEM. Is it possible to persist the HTML content in the AEM  such that we can  - use API to perform create/update of the html content. - have versions of the content (such that only one version is active at any time) - perform search on the active version of the  content. Thanks

Good afternoon,I have connected our Adobe Analytics with Power Bi and one of our Dimensions "Campaign (AMO ID)" is not available when searching. There are multiple AMO dimensions that are missing as well in Power Bi. How can I get the "Campaign (AMO ID)" in the drop down when choosing a dimension? Here is a screenshot where "Campaign" should be:Here is a screenshot of the "Campaign (AMO ID)" dimension in adobe:Here is a screenshot of the "AMO ID" that is in the dropdown but this does not match the Campaign (AMO ID).Thanks!Cole

Hello all,   Can anyone tell me if it is possible to restrict or constrain a Fills Out Form trigger to only when a person is not being created by the form fill out?    Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Team,   I am looking for some guidance/suggestions here.     We have 6 events scheduled for the next 6 months. We are building a form with all the details and an option for the user to select any number of events they wish to attend.  This is captured in one field, say EVENT NAME.   Now, after form is submitted I am planning to send an email containing calendar invites (.ics files) for all the selected events. If they select 3 events, mail should contain 3 respective 'Add to Calendar' links (or buttons) and not others.   Could you please throw some light on to achieve this.

Hi,    We recently sent an email send program using A/B testing for the subject line. When we now try to create Email Performance and Email Link Performance Reports for this program, the system is coming up with 'No Data Found'. The reports are set up to look at the specific Email Send Program (the asset being unavailable to select due to A/B test) over All Time.    I checked a previous Email Send Program from July where we also A/B tested the subject line - the performance reports for this program are also no longer displaying any data when previously they were working fine. We've also checked our performance reports in Analytics looking at monthly, quarterly and YTD sends - both email send programs are also not appearing there, including the July send which was previously.    Has there been a change to how you view this information for email send programs using A/B testing? Reports for our other sends are working fine. We're able to access some metrics v

Is it possible for a customer to enter data into one or two fields and have a third field calculate the value and immediately display for the customer to see?For example:Lot Size: 1000 Sq. Ft.Salt melt area: 1 bag/500sq. ftBags of Salt  Needed: 2 bagsSo the calculated value will be the Bags of Salt, but the first entry is all that is needed.  The Salt Melt area will be a default hidden value stored in the field. Thanks everyone!

Per this thread, Translating Editable Template , there is a suggestion to use content or experience fragments in an editable template for translation.  I have gone down this road using 6.4 to little success.  I have tried using Fragment translation two ways, within and outside the variants.  The issue is within the editable template the Experience Fragment path is not translated from en to the other languages.  What is the best practice for header and footer content using fragments and MSM?Here is what I have tried:I created a sites with multiple locals in the 6.4 standard with language masters and languages which roll out to regions and locales.  I created an experience fragment with the language structure siteName/language/fragmentNameI create a live copy of the fragment languagesAEM properly created the fragment in the new language with inheritance setupI broke inheritance to change the root path for the main menu and image link pathI added the header fragment to the editable templa

I use Adobe LiveCycle Designer from SAP and I'm trying to create a label that requires a Data Matrix 2D barcode that is 5/8" (.625in) square. The smallest that I've been able to create is .8317in. Anything smaller and I get a box with a lightning bolt and the PDF View just shows a grey box.  Am I doing something wrong? Is there a physical size limitation? I am using ES4 version 11.01.20140218.1.907162 and this is part of SAP.

Hi all, We are in AEM 6.5.4 with Dispatcher 4.3.2. We are having mulitple sites and maintaining seperate vhost file for each site. Infront of our sites we have CDN. For  TTL, we added below settings in vhost files and we are getting cache-control:max-age=1200 in response headers for all sites except 1 site. For the site which cache-control is not coming up, we have reviewed and compared TTL settings and CDN settings but everything looks same. However for that one site, we are not getting cache control header. Any help/inputs to identify the issue will be very helpful. <IfModule mod_expires.c>        <filesMatch "\.(eot|gif|ico|jpeg|jpg|gif|png|svg|swf|ttf|woff|woff2|pdf|doc|docx|ppt|pptx|bmp)$">                      ExpiresActive On                       ExpiresDefault "access plus 20 minutes"    &nbsp

I was just trying to understand about what would be a valid set of project requirements which would warrant investment in AEM forms? If you just have a few forms to develop - does it make sense to go for AEM forms and not just use a custom solution using HTML / Js , etc to be able to do this?I'm talking specifically about AEM forms OSGI and not the JEE one (JEE one has BPM features similar to Livecycle).

Hi everyone!Has anyone a solution to class iPad traffic correctly as tablet traffic following the update Apple made to by default request the desktop version of a site for certain iPads? The article below explains the issue and provides a fix for GA, but was wondering if there was anything that could be done in Adobe Analytics?https://51degrees.com/blog/missing-ipad-tablet-web-trafficMy understanding of the AA device type dimensions is that is relies on the user agent string, so there's not much that can be done here as if the iPad is reporting Macintosh in the user agent string, it'll be classed as a desktop device.

Hi all!Currently working to configure an app with a third-party.On our purchase page we're sending back products data in the hit using a trackState call (products context data includes 3 merchandising eVars but no price as they are voucher codes e.g. &&products=;product name;1;;event128=1;eVar85=offer name|eVar111=offer brand|eVar121=redemption method) However, none of these register for Android users. For iOS users, purchases are coming through correctly.I can see hits to the pages themselves but they aren't even counted as app traffic i.e. if I overlay the app segment all the hits disappear. My processing rules are straightforward. We have a bit of context data called productAction. When this equals 'purchase' I'm setting the orders event with a purchase ID which is also a bit of context data.At no point am I using the processing rules to set the app ID as I believe this is something that happens automatically. The developers are building the Android version of the app usi

Hi there, When creating new fields in ACS (profile resource extension or new custom resource) is it possible to create calculated fields like you can in Campaign Classic? I mean using an expression attribute expr="xxxx" to make use of the functions or create concantenations of other fields, like you can use in the expression editor. I've seen the default age field is a calculated field. e.g. expr="YearsOld([@birthDate])"But is there a way to do this for custom fields? Thanks David
