Solved

I often have to share ACS emails with people who do not have access to ACS, so I typically send a link to the web version of the email to these people. However, I noticed that these links break after a couple of months and I can no longer access the link. Has anyone found a way to make these links permanent? Alternatively, if there is a better way to export the email such that the dynamic variables are filled, that might work as well. Thanks!

HiI found in MSM my live copy was attached the the wrong blue print.  Is there anyway i can detach it and re-attach it to the correct blueprint?  Or can i change its source page? Thanks

I am trying to create a form to send to employees.  There are a number of sections that I want hidden until needed.  I have got this to work on my main computer and it tests well on Acrobat Reader.  It will not, however work when I email it or send it to One Drive to down load onto an Ipad.  I get a message that states it needs Reader version 8 or more to open, but I am using Version 12.  Any suggestions?

This week I have worked with relatively big Workspace projects. Each panel contains about 15 visualizations including freeform tables. A few tables may display 50 or more rows. It's very often when the freeform tables can't be read as all or a part of rows do not show any data. Looks like a bug. Have you faced this? How often? Is there a trick to make the freeform table display data correctly? Nothing is displayed: Only part of data is displayed:

I'm wanting to retrieve the page subtitle and description using HTL. Using the AEM HTL Read–Eval–Print Loop environment to test, I'm able to get the description using ${item.description} but cannot get subtitle using the same format, ${item.subtitle}. Is there a different way to get the subtitle property?

When I submit my aem form to the external endpoint and access data at an external server-side application. It comes as an XML. Is it a normal way of working for it or I did some mistake. I was expecting data as params but I get the whole form as big XML. If wanted to use that data I need to parse the whole XML & get that data extract. {jcr:data=<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no"?><afData><afUnboundData><data> all data inside in different tags.</afData

How can I get the publication date property and the Image property from this page in sling model

Hi there, I would like to build a table like below on Workspace :  I'm mainly interested by the first scenario (Entry Page A Then Site exit). I know that on the Flow report we can easily create some sequential segments by right-clicking on some pages but if I do the same thing for the site exit element (red framed), it does not work.  So, I was wondering how we can do it with the Sequential segment methodology ? I tried building the following segmentbut did not return the same value that I'm seeing on the Flow report (visit level and repeat instances not included). Visit container :  Entry page = ABCD then within 1 hitPage does not exist Thank you for your help,

Hi, As I'm having product level admin access for launch/analytics. One of our user requesting me to provide API level admin access to their team users(but purpose to provide only for one website dev/test/global report suite's). I don't find any separate feature to provide API level access. All i'm able to create profile and provide the necessary access. (all I want to give specific report suite/property access). Is there anything specific things to be done for API level access? Thanks

How many report suites can be created in one company account? Is there any limit? I'm able to see on the top report suite creation > 1000 limit. Is that the same limit of creating the report suite?

Hi, How to make report for average number of pages per visit and ratio of returning visitors to visitors. Thanks!

Anyone can help me to get some sample data layer implementation for the number of search results found for a search term and specific result link clicked by the users.

Hi Team, I'm the product admin (analytics and launch) for two websites ( can call site A and site B) under one organisation account.Site A - already implemented everything and data is flowing under the workspace. All good.Site B - other team going to implement analytics solution. They asked us product admin to implement. We denied and created one profile for site B and provided the access. Under profile admin for that report suite and launch property alone. They asked API access as well to automate the data layer structure. I have added them under developer under the site B profile and given the access to API creation. They have created API process and I'm able see the API key email Id under the profile admin. Problem is >>Still they are saying if they want to limit the manual process to build the analytics solution they all need PRODUCT ADMIN to the email id where comes with some multiple alphanumeric values in the ends with techart.adobe.com email ID.Our admin (my team

HI team,I am using the multifield textfield  which is not working properly as for first time i click on edit and enter the values it display that on web page and when i again click on edit button it get wiped on page as well as dialog but still existing in CRXDE in array format. I am using AEM 6.0. Can someone please suggest.

Hi All,we are working in AEM 6.3 forms setup where we run production requests through set of generic IDs, now we have change request for changing old existing IDs with new IDs. These IDs are given same permissions as previous ids ie admin access to all the servers , access to all temp folders of the server (adobe, crx, windows) for full control usage, and in jboss windows service changing the logon id.  Now when we try to start Jboss service, it says it started but it is not completely up and running.  No logs files are generated nor unable to process the requests with new ids. Any other pointers to look why only adding new IDs are causing these issues ??@mayank_gandhi @336592 @10014790

Hi All,  I am trying to set a DCR as a custom link and am capturing some information as a part of that and we have used async deployment. what i notice is that the DCR is firing before the library is loaded hence the i am not getting a server call for that particular custom link. Is there a way i can set up a rule in between for the DCR to wait for library to load and then send the beacon?

I understand marketing channels and numbers behind tracking codes are not the same, even though the rules are in essence the same for a segment using the same rules and a marketing channel using the same rules.  When comparing to Google Analytics channel and segment with same rules for a session are the same.  For some reason Adobe has a different logic and the tracking rules expire after some time, even though marketing channel has changed. This gives an impression that for all paid activities using tracing code (segment built on them) gives much bigger numbers, reflecting better the impact of paid media. What are your thoughts on it? Basically for all main paid media channels a separate segment would give a better overview than marketing channels imho, yet raising the question what are the marketing channels useful for then?

Hi, Our hypothesis is that paid marketing channels by first-touch marketing channels have higher number of visitors, while paid marketing channels by last-touch marketing channel have lower number of visitors. To illustrate, if Visitor first intereacted with SEM-> dropped off-> Returns within 30 days via organic search, then first touch marketing channel is SEM and last touch marketing channel is Natural Search. However, we see a reverse trend than our hypothesis, i.e. paid marketing channels have a much lower visitors than non-paid marketing channels by first-touch dimension. May we know the rationale of this trend please? Also, may we know if marketing channels are attributed based on external campaign tracking codes? If the external campaign tracking codes are not implemented on all marketing channels, will we be seeing an incorrect picture for marketing channel?  What is the differences between external campaign tracking codes and marketing channels? May we

Hi All, The Admin user should able to create the external user by providing the email of external user with temporary password(System generated) and provide access to specific folder in DAM through user interface and send this invitation to external user by mail automatically(System generated). The External user should login through that invitation and able to update the password. Could you please let me know how we can achieve this in AEM . RegardsBikash Singh

I am willing to use below new features of aem 6.5.    Brand Portal Capabilities    Connected DAM    Integrate Adobe Assets with Adobe Stocks    Adobe Asset Link Extension with AEM Assets (For this we want Adobe Creative Cloud Applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign licence but do we need to pay additionally to AEM )any of these want to pay additionally other than having adobe license ?

Is there a functionality to track videos being played one after another in Adobe Analytics for mp4 extension. This functionality is same as of YouTube where videos are automatically played if the autoplay function is ON. But I am not sure how it works in mp4.

Hi, Adobe Analytics noobie here. We are noticing that on some browsers the VisitorAPI.js, is occasionally being blocked (which is hard coded onto each page). It seems to be related to cookie settings in that browsers with strict cookie settings prevent it from firing, most often during checkout where users transition from our main site xyz.com to store.xyz.com, which is actually operated by our e-commerce partner. An artifact of this seems to be a large percentage of transactions being misattributed to our internal session refresh channel in Adobe Analytics. I think that updating the way we set cookies on the site may alleviate this issue, but I'm not positive. Does anyone have any guidance or advice on this issue?

Most of the line graphs in my Analysis Workspace projects are now blank, though the underlying data is there and tables don't seem to be impacted. Refreshing the project doesn't fix this issue. Has anyone else experienced this? I'd like to know if this is a known issue that Adobe is working on fixing, or if this is outside of Adobe's control and I need to update hundreds of charts.
