wanted to understand more on relational schema of delivery and the content variant, Is there a way we can directly map the variant to delivery through any workflow activity?

For reference, as a test I am trying to tie a single eVar uploaded with Data Sources via the Data Sources API to an existing visitor in Analytics (using Adobe Launch). I am using Experience Cloud Visitor ID as transactionID, event "Data Source Upload", and an eVar where I am sending a string "bot". I have done the following so far testing a single visitor with a generic transactionID Data Source: 1. I verified in the cloud debugger that transactionID is sending for a page and matches the Experience Cloud Visitor ID.2. I uploaded a single entry Data Sources file for my test visits with the only visitor ID.3. In my Analytics report (attached) I see the "Data Source Upload" event registering the hit but I still see my visits listed as "Unspecified" and not "bot". I expected this to eventually resolve due to some delay but it has not. Is there something I am missing to tie this data together so I see the visits correctly labeled?

In ACS, do we have a standard api for delivery?

Hi everyone,  First time poster here. I would greatly appreciate your input.I have a client library reference which appears on several of my site's pages: <html> <head> ... <link rel="stylesheet" href="/libs/wcm/foundation/components/page/responsive.css" type="text/css"> ... </head> ... </html> The call to responsive.css is being blocked by the dispatcher because, per Adobe documentation, it is apparently bad practice to expose /libs/* Going down the rabbit hole of page -> template -> template type -> component has led me to:/libs/wcm/foundation/components/page/author.html line 22:<sly data-sly-test="${wcmInit.templateCategories.length > 0}" data-sly-call="${clientLib.css @ categories=wcmInit.templateCategories}" />It seems that templateCategories is non-zero, invoking a call to clientLib.css which eventually places the aforementioned reference on the page head. My iss

Hi,  As per the documentation we need to share the following things to integrate with IoS or Android channel for push notifications(Promotional).  * strMktHost* strTckHost* strIntegrationKey In real time case(transactional), 1. Do we get the same tracking url of marketing server while we receive the notifications?2. Or Do we need to share the RT instance tracking server url instead of Marketing server tracking url with their IT team? 3. Or Do we need to share both RT and Marketing server tracking url with their IT teams?  Thanks in Advance!!!

Hi Experts, I have a direct mail campaign in ACC. This is exporting data in a flat file with different data getting picked from the broadlog and data linked to the broadlog schema. In the file I am successfully able to export different fields of data linked to broadlog schema. But  I am failing to export the fields of the broadlog schema. Any field of broadlog itself is always getting exported with a value ´0´. Any suggestions, on how can I solve it. by the way, I have configured a service provider with service defined in it. The service has the extraction file mappings. I am also using the out of the box delivery template and routing external account for direct mail. Thanks,Ujjyal

We have a requirement where we need to replicate a locked page . OOTB - com.day.cq.replication.impl.ReplicatorImpl  is failing as  pre processor defined in VersionManagerImpl  is called before replication and fails the replication api if (page.isLocked()) {throw new ReplicationException("Locked pages cannot be replicated. The owner needs to unlock the page first. Cannot perform replication");} For now, we have disabled component com.day.cq.wcm.core.impl.VersionManagerImpl and we do not have version purge requirement (suppressversion - true ). Is there a way to disable OOTB replication preprocessor only or override the replication preprocessor ?Or any other solutions to replicate a locked page ?

Hi  We have three products and created the following segments:  Product 1  Product 2  Product 3  all three products  Products 1+2  Products 1+3  Products 2+3  We want to send one monthly newsletter to the above 7 segments. Initially we were thinking of using dynamic content, but then realized only content within the module can be edited and not the whole module. E.g. we want segment 4 to receive more module (content) than segment 2. Also, the button links in the modules cannot be dynamically updated.    The only alternative we see is to create 7 separate emails and campaigns (rather than one dynamic email).  Wanted to see if there are other suggestions to solve this problem?    Thank you

Given an "action A" is running and I want to call (based on conditions) different other actions (from within the same app), what is the best way to achieve this?1) use node-fetch and the action name?2) release an event and the other action listens to? remark: I can't use sequencing since I don't know what the second acrion is. the second action depends on calculation in the first action. if 2), how can I trigger such an event and how can the "listener"? update the manifest.yml?thanks in advance for any help!

I've requirement to populate second drop down on the basis of value selected in first dropdown. The catch here is list for both the drop-down is dynamic, I've to fetch it from back-end.I need to implement this in AEM component.Kindly suggest @arunpatidar  @veenavikraman @theo_pendle

I tried to add openwhisk alarms to my app using /whisk.system/alarms https://github.com/AdobeDocs/adobeio-runtime/blob/33d0979a45b9e35e8addaad7e97dfb00f8ea5e12/reference/prepackages.md and added a new trigger to my manifest.yml file as following:  triggers: myIntervalTest: feed: /whisk.system/alarms/interval inputs: minutes: '5' start-date: "2020-08-30T19:30:00.000Z" stop-date: "2020-08-30T21:30:00.000Z" payload: "{}"  and running local dev server with "aio app run --local" I get the following error message: OpenWhiskError: POST http://localhost:3233/api/v1/namespaces/whisk.system/actions/alarms/interval?blocking=true Returned HTTP 403 (Forbidden) --> "The supplied authentication is not authorized to access 'whisk.system/alarms'." Question 1: what do I need to change to get proper authentication? on the other hand, it runs leaving out the "--local" parameter with the follow

I was trying to use the aio-lib-state https://github.com/adobe/aio-lib-state and was running into different issues on my local maching. Issues on "init"first, I tryed to include just the sdk and init storage using the following code in my simple action: const stateLib = require('@adobe/aio-lib-state') const state = await stateLib.init() but as soon as I trigger the action from the generic action UI, I get the following error in debugger: error 403 - unauthorized request it looks as it is trying to contact the Adobe API https://adobeio.adobeioruntime.net/apis/tvm using the "guest" namespace. To fix this, I updated "manifest.yml" to include the needed vars and provide them as params to my action: THIS_AIO_runtime_auth: $AIO_runtime_auth THIS_AIO_runtime_namespace: $AIO_runtime_namespace  and in the action I changed the init to the following code: const state = await stateLib.init({ ow: { namespace:params.THIS_AIO_runtime_namespac

Hello, I need a list all possible attributes under the node metadata for assets. There is some kind of an overview in the documentation (https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-64/assets/administer/metadata.html), but I need really all possible values. If you wonder why: I need them for an exclude list for a launcher. The launcher should only listen to one attribute under metadata. Since there is no include list, I have write down all attributes in that exclude list. Or does anyone have another solution (no coding!). Best, Maik

Hello community, I start and use AEM WCM as CMS for my Website, do you know if it is possible to integrate an external coded page (in the form of an iframe) in a module? And if so the template to use? Thanks

In Author mode an author can choose some stored assests from assests finder, former content finder. To reduce the size of all founded assests some filters has being added by default (images, documents and so far). For one of our application there is a wish to provide zip and executables files. The upload into the DAM is not the problem. The problem is to find them into the assest finder. The provied filters do not cover .zip and .exe files. The idea is now to create an own filter. How can I achieve this? Where is the placed to store it? Thanks in advanced.

Hello,  A workflow is stuck (no error messages in the logs). We tried an unconditional stop but a pop up with an error message immediately appears: WKF-560000 Impossible d'effectuer l'arrêt inconditionnel du workflow d'id 287119013 (et d'id de processus 20652) : il est lancé sur la machine 'IBCRMR18' et la demande d'arrêt est arrivée sur la machine 'ibcrmr18.srv-ib.dev'. (iRc=-53) It says: impossible to do an unconditional stop on the workflow: it is launched on the server 'IBCRMR18' and the stop request arrived on the machine 'ibcrmr18.srv-ib.dev'.  There is only one server. We tried to stop the services, and then the server itself but it did not resolve the issue. Can anyone help? Thanks, Noémie Le Baut
