Our video department refuses to work with Projects, so each video is a Request with a Proof attached to it (and a custom form that details the request). If there is an ongoing project (ie produce an ABC video new version once per week) they keep the ABC Request open and add a new Proof to it every week for approval. One request may have 100 video proofs in it, for example.Gracie is a Review license, and has been an approver on all of 100 videos but she doesn't have access to see the list of Proofs, and also doesn't see the Request in her view unless she does a search on the video name, then it maybe comes up for her, maybe not. Some of the Proofs are archived because they are a few months oldThe owner of the Request Queue can see all the videos in the Documents tab, no problem. So can I (Admin view)How can Gracie see the list of all the videos in any request, at any time? What access do I need to give to her for this? Or is the real solution (which admittedly I haven't trie

Issue: On AEM 6.4.. When trying to refer an Experience Fragment inside an "Experience Fragment Component" on a sites/page, the "experience fragments without any "cq:xfVariantType" property do not show up. The Experience fragment functions normal. As of now we have added this via code but there is not way to add this property to the "editable template" other than via crx/de. And which is not a way we can recommend to customers while building editable templates.Referred this: Configure cq:xfVariantType in experience fragment. and copied the property referring to We.Retail's "Experience Fragment Web Variation" template. Is this an error with General > Experience Fragment component?

We are operating on a large repository.  I see this warning message re-occurring and am concerned the expired assets are not fully listed to the authors.  Is there an index which can be used or created to solve this?com.day.cq.dam.core.impl.ExpiryNotificationJobImpl] org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.query.FilterIterators The query read more than 500000 nodes in memory.

To enhance the user experience for our landing pages I have been instructed to do this. Whenever a user submits a form on the landing page and for instance if the landing page is all about an eBook/whitepaper, we want them to see the eBook on a new tab and the current landing page window should simply redirect to our home page. Can anyone please suggest as to how we can achieve this.

Hi, We have couple of workflows running on AEM Forms JEE. We are thinking of using the similar workflow in OSGi. To start with rendering a PDF form using a xdp. I created the workflow and given the payload through an absolute path where the xdp is located. When I started the workflow, all I got is a notification in inbox where only I could see the xdp as payload and option to complete/delegate the task etc. I was interested to see if the PDF document comes as an output from the workflow as it used to be in osgi. Also, I could not find an option to make a variable as input or output, so that when the workflow gets invoked it would ask for an input variable and would show the output. Thanks,Bibhu.

Hi!We are currently using Adobe Target for testing in a complex environment from a technical perspective so the majority of our test are "developed" through custom codeThis implies developers manipulate html + js + css code "by hand" in all of the lifecycle (analysis, development, validating, deploy to production) and we want to implement some version control system to this workflow, specifically git, to make it safer and to comply some internal regulationsSo here are my questions:Is there any possibility of integration with any major git repository management platforms? Github? Bitbucket? Is there any possibility to get/update custom code programmatically via API?What are some best practices for management a large volume of test done by custom code? Thanks

Within Analytics, there are ways to configure sensitive data through the Admin > Data Governance section. Some solution dimensions don't appear within this section. In particular, I'm not finding any of the Ad Parameters (e.g. a.media.ad.creative which is ultimately reported through "Creative ID"). Is there a way to set up governance around these solution dimensions similar to other solution dimensions?

I have seen that there are few things to put while creating the external account. Where can I get those details to configure?

Hi Team,I'm having issue with the Adobe Analytics Data Collection. All my rules are firing as expected. But, I don't see the data in Analytics console. Hi there,I have a strange situation. I have a direct call rule that fires after a data element change rule. In this direct call rule I set a bunch of eVars.I was setting them in the eVars section of the rule builder. When testing I could see the eVars populating in both the network requests and Omnibug. However I wanted to change it to minimise the risk of sending in unspecified values. So I added to my custom code the following type of rule for each eVar I wanted to set:var dataElementName = _satellite.getVar("dataElementName");if(dataElementName) {   s.linkTrackVars = "eVar1";   s.eVar1 = dataElementName;}However, this only works if I add one rule of this type to the custom code. As soon as I add another rule with the same syntax it doesn't set either eVar. It's almost like it can't see them at all.We use this kind of thing a lot in our custom code and it works reliably. I can't understand why in this situation it's not setting the eVars.Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi, I have listed particular domain in never track section to avoid internal links reporting as exit link. But I don't see exit link is firing for external domain as well. What could be the reason?  Thanks, Pradeep

So I have a aem project that I'm trying to run on a different machine. I just zipped my repository, unzipped it on the destination machine and did a maven build and deploy. I can see all my pages come up along with my components However I faced an issue. One of my custom components uses a servlet for populating a configuration dialog dropdown. It is linked with the cq:dialog using sling.servlet.resourceTypes. But the component is unable to populate the dropdown, probably because it is unable to access the servlet. Note, this works perfectly on the original machine. Just wanted to understand what possible gaps could there be?

I'm trying to pull a list of people who received one of our emails and then created a new opportunity in the past month. I have this smart list created The problem I'm running into with this Smart List is that it also includes people who had a new opportunity created in the past month and THEN received an email (which is possible the way our campaigns work).   Is there a filter or logic I can add so that it only gives me people who were sent an email and then inserted a new opportunity?   Thanks
