I migrated my aem instance from 6.3 to 6.5 and the model got migrated and are working well. But the workflow with scripts are not working because it is not able to pick up the script from the location (checked both before/after migrating scripts to new locations it was through same error). The OOTB scripts are also not getting picked for usage.Error:*DEBUG* org.apache.sling.jcr.resource.internal.helper.jcr.JcrItemResourceFactory createResource: No JCR Item exists at path '/apps/workflow/scripts/mine.ecma'*DEBUG* org.apache.sling.resourceresolver.impl.helper.ResourceResolverControl Resource null /apps/workflow/scripts/mine.ecma*DEBUG* org.apache.sling.resourceresolver.impl.ResourceResolverImpl getResourceInternal: Cannot resolve path '/apps/workflow/scripts/mine.ecma' to a resource*ERROR* com.adobe.granite.workflow.core.rule.ScriptingRuleEngine Could not find script resource /apps/workflow/scripts/mine.ecma.  Workflow Scripts may need to be located in /libs or /apps to be executed*ERROR

Having a multi-country / language blueprint in AEM means having master and child publications. On a regular basis it's required to (re)publish a page(s) on all sites. Not specific ones, just where changes required right now. Means for the editor to click through ~40 publications and hit publish. It feels wrong. Question: Ho do you as editor or your editors with editor permissions (not as admin with some scripts) do this?I am looking for a function like "Publish to child publications" (e.g. in SDL Tridion) from the Master publication level(s).

Guys, I was trying to understand how aem xf "export to target" works. As per analysis aem is sending a post call to target api with all the details like clientcode, mail, password, operations and content. And as a return it responds with offerid. And this offerid would be used for update and delete the xf in target. These i understood via codebase. But when i try to do the same in postman I am getting issue .I got a issue like 403 legacy api access denied. Do I need to add at.js somewhere in postman to avoid the issue? Or May I know how to try via postman?

Sling Dynamic Include works with AEM Dispatcher, is there a way to use the same feature with Cloudfront, so component caching can be avoided.

I am trying to integrate the recommendations in my mobile app for both Android and iOS. So far things that I have done are :-1. created a recommendation in target, whose main purpose would be to give results based on the country. This is what my criteria looks like :  and this is how I choose the keyAnd then in design, I am returning the json which looks something like thisAlso I have uploaded a .csv file, which is used to feed the data. And I am calling my recommendation as:customParameters.put("enitity.id","mexico"); //hashmap has been createdTargetLocationRequest loadActivity = Target.createRequest("mobile_featured_destinations",null,customParameters);Target.loadRequest(loadActivity, new Target.TargetCallback<String>() {@Override public void call(String callback) {System.out.println("callback received from target: "+mboxName+ "is: "+callback);}Now the results that I am getting are same irrespective of whatever value I pass, as I am expecting that on passing "indi

Hi All, I got following use case and looking for options as well clarity on sling rewrite transformer factory, transformer. mobile app will access AEM site urls with a query parameter "mobile=true" and header, footer needs to be hidden. options:1. append query param "mobile=true" to all anchor elements hrefs2. use sling rewrite transformer factory, transformer to transform all anchor urls.3. store a cookie on first request and if cookie exists or url has query param - hide header, footer Question: If I go in transformer route, does it transform only content urls that exists or does it transform all internal, external urls ? thanks.Sri

Hello,Let me preference my question by saying I'm VERY new to AEM (Assets) and I'm not a developer. I'm currently in the process of setting up/updating a custom metadata schema (registering namespace in JCR, mapping namespace to field in the Metadata Schema Console and adding options/values to the newly created field). This process is pretty straightforward and I'm having an easy time grasping/understanding the functionality. My question is, I'm not entirely sure what the Tagging Console allows you to do/manage vs the Metadata Schema Console (and how they relate)?  Thanks for the feedback!  Tagging Console:https://docs.adobe.com/help/en/experience-manager-65/administering/contentmanagement/tags.html

I remember that this behavior before sp2 worked Best regardsThank

Has anyone enabled asset-id search in the search? We want to be able to search asset by asset-id in the asset tree? Is it just about enabling that property in oak:index or there is more to it?

Hey ! I have worked a whole day on a panel in a workspace on Adobe Analytics. I just fold it and when I wanted to unfold it it was gone. I thought it was a display problem with the panel. But the panel was lost and I think, i just miss the button and click on the cross...Do someone know if it is possible to get a backup on this ? Thanks ! Danh

Good evening AEM Team!We have integrated Okta as the IDM for our AEM 6.2 website. We have done so using a fairly standard SAML configuration which has worked well. In our live/production environment we have two publish instances so we have been testing the integration across two publish environments. We have enabled Encapsulated Token support on both instances and we have found that, in order for the encapsulated token to work, the associated user account must exist on both publish instances. However, there is a short delay of approximately 1 second between user replication across both publish instances as the SAML Authentication Handler adds the new user and the Apache Sling Distribution Agents - Sync Agents Factory replicates it to the other publisher. Consider a scenario where a new user is SAML-authenticated on Pub 1 but the saml_login handler redirects the same user to Pub 2 after authentication. If this happened quicker than the 1 (or so) second(s) it takes for the user to replicat

Hello All, I am trying to see if it is possible to cache the header and footer in dispatcher so that when any page is called for the first time, at least the header and footer is used from the dispatcher cache created from first page that was hit on the site.I found that if we do <sly data-sly-resource="/content/project/en/home/jcr:content/siteheader/header.html"></sly> and implement SDI, we can see a cached file in dispatcher such as header.cache.html. https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/sling-dynamic-include-dispatcher-component-caching/qaq-p/207620 and https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/ssi-for-header-footer-in-aem-any-issues/qaq-p/181417 seem to be talking about same where SDI implementation is used. My query is that can we still achieve separate node based caching without SDI implementation? OrCan we still achieve separate node based caching with SDI imp

I'm in the process of upgrading from LiveCycle Designer 11 and would like to know if AEM Forms allows a fillable form designer to specify the error message that is displayed by unsupported PDF readers.  For forms produced by "recent" versions of LiveCycle, the message that is displayed appears to be hard-coded to: Please wait... If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDFviewer may not be able to display this type of document. You can upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader for Windows®, Mac, or Linux® byvisiting http://www.adobe.com/go/reader_download. For more assistance with Adobe Reader visit http://www.adobe.com/go/acrreader. Windows is either a registered trademark or a trademark of Microsoft Corporation in the United States and/or other countries. Hi there, I'm teaching some colleagues about transactional messaging and once they've created and published an event + message, I'd like them to go one step further and test through post man. However, they aren't adobe IO admins nor have a way of generating JWTs outside of IO.(I think the JWT --> Access Token --> Post Request might be a bit over the top for this intended audience also). Is there another way they could make simple post requests from postman?I think I saw in sandbox/training environments you used to be able to authenticate with username mcPush (no password even required) and post to ACS server directly rather than through Adobe IO. Is this recommended in production? Is there a recommended route for this situation? Thanks David
