Hi All, I have used hard coded path such as: In a workflow, in file collector,I have used folder path to pick from D:\FolderX\QA\xyz\  Now, the following changes need to be done:This path should be in option - folderPath: D:\FolderX\<environmentVariable>\xyz\QA should be in another option variable, that defines environment i.e, environmentVariable.I tried with this approach: By assiigning the option folderPath with this value -> D:\FolderX\<%= getOption("environmentVariable") %>\xyz\  and called <%= getOption("folderPath") %> in File collector activity. But, it threw error. Maybe the text value is not looking for the script and instead takes as only a text value. Could you please help me achieve this.  Thank you,Anoop

Hey guys, I am trying to access the customer attributes directly into offer as referred in this Post.Following is the code snippet that I have used.var a = "${crs.personalized experience.blog page visitors}"console.log('offer ran!')console.log(a) When this block executes error is thrown in with status 500Network call - status: 500, message: "An error has occurred while processing your request, please try again later"Is this causing because of the white spaces in attribute name? or I have missed something. I am new to Target, pls point me to right documentation or share your thoughts.

Hi all,I would be thrilled if somebody would be able to come up with some suggestions on how to solve a "challenge" we are facing.Backround:- we are using offline data import to add some offline events and evars to our reporting- we are using transactionID to associate these with user behaviour- the events are set as countersThe challenge:- we were running a few imports of offline events to Adobe these past few weeks, all in all, 3 months worth of data- by a mistake, we uploaded the the whole database everytime, not only the incremental data :(- we found out, that every event that we uploaded as a duplicate by a mistake is treated by adobe, as if it happened multiple times, and not as a duplicate of the same event- so, if an event with the same transactionID and the same timestamp was included in three offline data imports, Adobe treats it as if it happened three times- obviously, the data is ruined- obviously, we would love not to loose 3 months worth of data- it is not possible to r

Hey Everyone, I am new to Marketo, started using it 4 months back. While syncing Marketo~SFDC, I have done one mistake. In spite of giving credentials of API enabled salesforce user, I used our Salesforce sandbox credentials. However, I have not to click on the Start Salesforce sync button. Is there any way to go back and I can use my API enabled salesforce user credentials. I have attached the screenshot for reference.

Hi. My client's website contains several web apps developed by separate teams. As the apps grow, the teams want to record new data about users, e.g. "unread messages", "new notifications", "qualifies for xyz" and so on. I'd like to avoid adding new eVars/sProps every time a new piece of metadata comes along. Does anyone have a clever way of implementing this? Either by: - a digitalData.user schema that's flexible enough to be reused for most needs- a way in which we can add key-value pairs to a single eVar/sProp and convert each pair into a new dimension Any suggestions would be appreciated. 🙂 Cheers.

My form will be hosted on an external site. The form fields width is extremely wide no mater what the settings are in Marketo.  Demo contact form    I've removed every field to try to identify the culprit and cannot.    Also, the links do not show as linked text unless you hover over them, and they should be clearly labeled as links.    Any suggestions?

Dear, During a webinar from Adobe, we've learned that with respect to e-mail deliverability we should not exceed more than 20% above the average max volume over the last 3 to 6 months. We wonder how exactly we should calculate the average max volume of the last 3 to 6 months. Does this imply calculating the average of the maximum during a period of 1 month over the last 6 months. As in: calculate the max of the last 30 days, the max of 30 to 60 days ago, 60 to 90 days ago, etc. and to then calculate the average of those 6 maxima. Thanks for your input / suggestions!Wesley

Hello, I am getting an error while creating a data schema. Below is the error message: SOP-330323 An error occured during the SOAP call. You don't have required rights to view the detail.

Hello - we recently changed our unsubscribe process from a single-opt out to a preference center where users can check what type of content they are receiving. On this new page, there is a textbox that populates the users email address. We are finding that a good chunk of people are modifying their email addresses here, which is causing the system to create new users with only email addresses.   How can we prevent this from happening/what is best practice? Does it make sense to block the email field so that it's read-only?

We are migrating to Marketo but keeping our CMS in Hubspot. Is there an easy way to embed Marketo forms onto Hubspot landing pages?   I've explored options using the "Footer HTML" in Advanced Settings of Hubspot, but if anyone has any other ideas, would be appreciated 🙂

Hello everyone,  How to identify the user path for the same user before authentication where he/she is anonymous to a logon user ? Thanks

I have webinars which use a 2 landing page/2 form registration process.    Form 1 is just an email address Form 2 contains 4 additional fields   Yes I know there's JS to do this on a single LP but we have 2 different styled LPs for this 2-step process so here we are.    On Form 2, email field is hidden with prefill turned on. So far this is working fine, BUT there's a problem when someone clicks through the email invite which has been forwarded to them.    In Form 1 they enter THEIR email address, but somehow when they get to Form 2, the hidden "email" field gets populated with the original recipient's email address. What ends up happening is this new recipient is now updating the original recipient's information with their own.    Is there a way to pass the new email entered in FORM 1 to the hidden field in FORM 2?

We have the following: - Our CRM is synced with Marketo - Only 20% of the contacts are cookied   We will distribute a personalized printed magazine, and all articles will link to a ‘digital version of the same magazine’ ( which will be hosted on Marketo ) ( we use a complex printing technique to print a deeply personalized magazine for everybody, custom text, custom images,… )   Every single link in the printed Magazine will be personalized . We have the option to include the marketo-id in the link ( the CRM holds the marketo-id, and the printed version is created from the CRM )   Is there a way the place a Marketo cookie ( if not existing ) on page load (digital magazine), I mean, Is it an option to get the contacts data (on page load ) via an API call based on the contacts Marketo Id (contained in the personalized url), prefill a hidden form, submit that form (by code), and continue to the first page of the digital magazine, so that the digital version can be personali

I have a campaign instance running on Server A. I'd like to copy that instance onto Server B such that I can login with the same user/pass i used when the instance is on server A (redundancy). Also since that instance is already connected to the DB I wouldn't need to obtain the DB password from IT, which would cause delays. Is this as simple as copying the config-instance.xml file to server B? Appreciate the help.

I have 3 questions for search within AEM search console. 1. I am using property predicate to search title alone based on a property(Dita title). This property predicate uses full text . By default this fulltext xpath will be generated as jcr:contains(., fulltextvalue). So i need my property to be placed instead of . eg: jcr:contains(@property, fulltextvalue) How exactly we need to do this? 2. When i search based on title or tag, say am getting 100s of results. So i like to add a checkbox like (0-10, 10-20,...50-60,..90-100)for showing less number of results in a single page.(no need of pagination). 3. Is there a way to add filter within tagging manager console for filtering out tags by searching? Thanks

Hi Team,  i have a requirement where i have give some data in excel like - empid, firstname, lastname, job description, category. for example empidfirstnamelastnamejob descriptioncategory1abcefglkgefp2dkfdkfjdkfkdfj These respondents i need to load into adobe and i need to send emails for them with the survey link like below : Email body : Hi <firstname>some bla bla bla ....survey link : https://dfdjfdjf.com?category = <insert category> So ideally i am thinking of ideas- 1. do i need to create a new custom table for it and load the data in there and create a delivery template like above. But if i do like that on delivery template i think we can only allow the recipients from recipient schema and adding any other schema we need to look over target mappings which needs some work to be done and it's not suggestable as far as i read in the documentation. 2. the second thing i am thinking is to map the columns given to recip

Hi all, I have been implementing sitemap functionality. Sitemap that I am implement list all pages that are not hidden for search - page have custom checkbox on page properties named `Hide in search` - if set to true page will not be included in the sitemap. To get all pages for the sitemap I use the following query:  SELECT * FROM [cq:Page] WHERE ISDESCENDANTNODE('/content/site-root') AND ([jcr:content/hideInSearch]='false' OR [jcr:content/hideInSearch] IS NULL)  To keep the query fast I wanted to extend the /oak:index/cqPageLucene index with an entry for hideInSearch:  <jcr:root xmlns:jcr="http://www.jcp.org/jcr/1.0" xmlns:nt="http://www.jcp.org/jcr/nt/1.0" jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" name="jcr:content/hideInSearch" nullCheckEnabled="{Boolean}true" propertyIndex="{Boolean}true"> </jcr:root> Unfortunately after reindexing I see that query is traversing resources to match the IS NULL condition (If I remove that
