Hey all-   I have a lead who's AP has been cleared because it was removed from the program. I'm trying to figure out why it was removed from the program, however, there is no source or reason for the program status change in the activity log and it doesn't list a campaign either.   Any ideas as to what may have caused this lead's program status to be changed?

Hi All, I am trying to learn and see if there is a way to personalize content for users who've been registered or ever logged in? I don't want to use any customer IDs or data to recognize, but I was wondering if there is any way target can do this? Regards,Sri

Hi Team, I am new to AEM and I am confusing about sling resolution. I have simple URL http://mydomain.com/content/home.htmlBelow things I observed in blogs.First it will search with path content/home then it found and it will take sling:resourceType that is my page component which is apps/myproject/components/page.Then it will go to page component then it will execute page.html the same thing observed in many blogs. Here my question is if it is executes page.html then how I am able to see home.html page content? Could you please clarify me. Thanks,Satish

Hi,I am trying to deploy AEM over Tomcat as app server. However, I have a requirement to add a custom filter class which gets gets called on every request, I have configured this in web.xml and the filter class gets called. However this has dependency on a JAR which I have put in the web-inf/lib folder, however it is not able to find the referenced class and throws class not found exception. I thought of including this a dependency but that can't be done as I need to have an actual project with pom.xml but here I have deployed aem war on Tomcat. Any pointers if someone has tried to access class from an external JAR. Any pointers how this can be done. I tried unzipping the war and checking contents, i have my JAR in lib folder but isnt getting picked.Any pointers would be appreciated.Regards,Shallu

I'm working with the MSM feature to define a site like this:/es/es/buy/es/en/buy/en/es/buy/en/en/buy/language-masters/es/buy/language-masters/en/buyWhen a user visits the page /es/es/buy, I would like to retrieve the path of the language copy (/es/en/buy/) to implement a custom language navigation and use it in the "alternate" meta for SEO purposes too. This second part is related with link tags at head:<link rel="canonical" href="/es/prensa..."/><link rel="alternate" hreflang="x-default" href="/en/press..."/><link rel="alternate" hreflang="es" href="/es/prensa..."/><link rel="alternate" hreflang="en" href="/en/press..."/> Is it possible using the Java API? I've used the next API classes and I did't find the way:com.day.cq.wcm.api.PageManagercom.day.cq.wcm.api.LanguageManagercom.day.cq.dam.commons.util.DamLanguageUtil Also, I've detected that if I change the name of a language copy, we loose the reference in the touch-enabled UI. The page doesn't a

Hi,I am trying to implement the experience fragment for AMP page. I have converted all core components to be AMP compatible by creating amp.html which is overriding the core components html. This amp.html is invoked with the amp selector in page URL. When an Experience fragment load on an amp page its not loading the amp.html rather loading the core components html which makes that amp page invalid. The body.js invoked in core xfpage component invoke core component html rather than amp.html.  Experience fragment is loading from OOTB /libs/cq/experience-fragments/components/xfpage  which invokes the body.js (/libs/cq/experience-fragments/components/xfpage/body.js) and Amp does not allow JS. I need my experience fragment to load amp.html on amp pages. So I need help to load xfpage and core component as Amp valid.@smacdonald2008 @kautuk_sahni @arunpatidar @veenavikraman

Need some recommendations how to address this situation, we recently upgraded from v1.7 to v2.2 and we were using upto 100 mbox parameters as part of personalization programmes. The new library only offers 50 Mbox parameters and our personalization strategy has been impacted by the same while v1.7 was supporting upto 500 mbox parameters.Adobe's mobile SDK does support upto 100 mbox parameters, inconsistencies across Adobe's technologies which fundamentally supports customers to deliver personalized programmes. Can i get the community to either share solution or seek support to get Adobe fix this solution ?

So I'm doing some email testing passing users off to different surveys with a redirector: My example redirector is here: https://optisightsps.tt.omtrdc.net/m2/optisightsps/ubox/page?mbox=redirector_1&mboxDefault=https://boehringeringelheim.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6GtxALf4vwYWKuV?testParam=test This will go via Target and hit the below redirect offer: and the user will finish here (as per the re-direct in Target): https://boehringeringelheim.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6GtxALf4vwYWKuV?L1=star&L2=placeholder1&Q_PopulateResponse={%22QID2%22:%221%22}&mboxSession=111586910737299-301552 Notice my ?testParam=test was not passed onto the final destination URL (Above) even when I have the include URL parameters checked in Target, I have also tried my redirector in the below format but still no luck: https://optisightsps.tt.omtrdc.net/m2/optisightsps/ubox/page?mbox=redirector_1&testParam=test&mboxDefault=https://boehringeringelheim

HelloIf an Adobe Target activity had be scheduled and gone live what are the implications of the following; 1. Conversion Metric is changed while activity is still live. Does this change funnel down or overwrite analytics reporting?2. What is the impact on Analytics reporting in general? Thanks

Hello, I am doing an A/B Test on our SPA website. It works perfect but when I add the HASH parameter in Audience Refinements it stops working. Good day, I want to set up a recommendation where the last bought products of the individual user are listed in descending order by date. The intention is to create a rebuy reco ("Do you want to buy this articles again?") for frequently bought products. I can see in the debugging mode that the previously bought Ids are included in the product request, but I am not able to create a critera for that. I only have the possibility to address the very last bought product, but not the "last bought products"   Thanks in advance.

When retrieving an AB report through  /{tenant}/target/activities/ab/{id}/report/performance, the response lists all metrics and reporting audiences, but there are no visit & conversion breakdowns for them. Is there a way to dig deeper by passing the metricLocalId and / or reportingAudienceLocalId in the request?(Or any other approach, of course)

I want to remove old Entitlement services and Identity providers from the portal but the Delete option is greyed out.I notice that there is a number in brackets (1) beside the services where delete is greyed out and guess this could be the reason. However, I cannot find any projects that are using these Entitlement or Idp services.

Hi All, I am looking for documentation or some kind or presentation , to know how Adobe experience manager empowers the content authors. Any help will be appreciated. RNile

Hi,  I recently ran an A/B test on two versions of the same page - an english version and a chinese version - the results were pushed to Adobe Analytics. The results are the opposite i.e. the chinese version shows that the experience B (experiment) was the winner, whereas in the english version of the test, experience A (control) was the winner. The winner is based on a conversion metric..Point to note: the chinese version of the site receives significantly more traffic and conversion. My question: - In such cases, what are some of the recommended decision rules to consider for determining if the test was successful or not?- The answer may be that it depends, but what is the thought process or better approach to deciding if the test was successful or not? Thanks!

We have an on24 integration and I have a request from the education managers to receive a list of webinar (Registered, Atteneded, Attended on-demand, No show) following the event.    The only way I can think of doing this is sending an alert on Program status change but would prefer to subscribe them to a list containing all the members the day after the event - is there someway this can be done?

Hi all, We use the sentence : "this email was sent to {{lead.email address}}. If you wish to unsubscribe....." When the email is received this token info displays in blue, whereas our other links are an orange-ish colour. How can I change how this token renders? I am looking a the HTML and it isn't an <a href= > so I can't style the link.   We use #ea6c11 as a link colour..   Thanks,   Lucas

Hi! We sent out our first few marketo emails. Previously we were using mailchimp. For both platforms, we have the sent via [platform] and have not utilized DNS setup to have the emails come from our domain. We did not have any reports of subscribers unable to open links in our mailchimp emails, but have had a report regarding our marketo email.    The person who was unable to click the links in our marketo email:  - is able to click the links in our previous mailchimp emails - is able to open the links when I send them without the marketo tracking link - the error:   Thoughts on how to fix this? Or workarounds? Perhaps making a plaintext version more easily accessible? I don't want to remove the marketo tracking, but I also (obviously) want everyone to be able to access our email links. Please let me know if I can provide other information that would be helpful. Thank you!
