Hello,   I'm trying to get our lead nurture streams to pause for a specific time whilst our sales team do a webinar follow-up, so we don't bombard them with emails.   Is there a way to have an event trigger a pause specific people in the stream for a set period of time before unpausing them after a set event/period of time?   Thanks,

In email design, I want to implement velocity script so that images and text and CTA URL updated based on custom table. Is there any use case available in Marketo for this reference? Please share the link in comment.

I have created a custom objects with fields is having data type as a string in which I am storing value as a image url and CTA URL separately. So that I can use this data in my email design to be update as well as change the CTA via script token. But, before starting I want to understand that 1. when I am using string field to capture the value as URL is it ok to use in email script? 2. I am creating dynamic content using custom objects table is it ok to implement email script? as segmentation is not allowed in Custom objects. 3. when I am implementing email script to create dynamic content shall I create multiple token for each image and URL or need to combine it in one email script with proper coding and design.

While creating the System User ,I was facing error message as shown below in the image : Can anyone help me to solve this error.

Hello, We are currently implementing the SDK in the new mobile app. We use Server Side Forwarding (SSF) on the website. I have already configured Adobe Analytics extension in Launch to include Audience Manager Forwarding. Do we also need to implement Audience Manager Extension? Why? Thank you for your help.

Hi there I no longer seem to have the [Align column dates to start on the same row] checkbox.  By default, the workspace is aligning the dates and I want to disable this, however, the checkbox is no longer present in the cog of the time period.  Even in tables where I have successfully used this feature in the past. has it moved? been removed? or am I just blind?   Thanks!

My preference center form keeps duplicating on my landing page. When I edit the form, it all looks good - the checkboxes work and the form is the correct length. When I approve the form and place it into my landing page, it duplicates the form and makes the checkboxes unusable. Any suggestions?

Is there a way to position the Labels on the Right? Currently I'm only given the option to set Labels "Left" or "Above".Thanks,Kevin

Could someone help me on capturing full url including the query parameters in case of “Single page application - SPA” in variable “g”, details as follows: Implementation done via Adobe LaunchImplementation Method- EDDL Issue Description: When I navigate from page A to page B(SPA), url changes from www.xyz.html to www.xyz.html/#pageB but the variable “g” in the adobe hit doesn’t capture the full url of the page B in page load call. Impact: when I click on the CTAs on pageB, and If I break it down by url then it gives me incorrect results. Alternatives Explored: Capturing page URL via Data Element Type: pageInfo and attribute: url and window.location.href. However, this is causing issues in the internal navigation clicks capturing the destination page url instead of current page due to timing issues.

Hello Guys, I am trying to test the PageManager.copy() with wcm.io, but am unable to do so. This is because the mockPageManager.copy() is not implemented. What are some other ways for me to test the PageManager.copy() command?io.atlassian.net/browse/WTES-17?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Aall-tabpanel java.lang.UnsupportedOperationExceptionat org.apache.sling.testing.mock.jcr.MockSession.move(MockSession.java:424)

Hello, I am having a problem where the resource is not injected into the Sling Model constructor during a test, I was able to inject mock services into the constructor, but unable to with the resource object (I do not wish to inject the Resource via Sling Model Annotations, as I want to use the  constructor only):WebData Sling Model:@Model(adaptables = {SlingHttpServletRequest.class, Resource.class}, defaultInjectionStrategy = DefaultInjectionStrategy.OPTIONAL) public class WebData { @586265 public WebData(Resource resource) { } } SlingModel Unit Test:@2785667 public void itShouldInject() { Resource resource = context.resourceResolver().getResource("/content/my-site/page/jcr:content/par/web"); undertest = resource.adaptTo(WebData.class); }

I have found when you select Unpublished as the Publish status on the asset picker page side panel it searches for assets that have been deactivated. I would have thought the search should also include assets that have never been published. Do you think this is a bug or an intentional feature?  Query Statement: /jcr:root/content/dam//element(*, dam:Asset)[not((_x002e_./@hidden = 'true')) and (jcr:contains(jcr:content/metadata/@dc:format, '"image" OR "application/x-ImageSet" OR "application/x-SpinSet" OR "application/x-MixedMediaSet" OR "application/x-CarouselSet"')) and (jcr:contains(., 'sample') and jcr:content/@cq:lastReplicationAction = 'Deactivate')] order by jcr:content/@jcr:lastModified descending

We have a serious duplicate issue in our marketo & salesforce instance, and here are a few things I think are causing the issue but I need help figuring it out: when a contact or lead record is deleted in SFDC, we keep it in Marketo (as a safeguard) - but if we happen to cross this record again via a list upload or something - marketo will sync over multiple records to SFDC - thus creating duplicates & the dupe picking up it's old lead source & lead source detail value. Does it make sense to keep deleted records in Marketo? It seems like it causes issues more than help with anything when we upload lead lists in SFDC vs uploading them into Marketo. We do this because we have a plugin in SFDC called "duplicate check" where you can run jobs checking for dupes in the system. At my previous company, we used HubSpot and ALWAYS uploaded lists into HubSpot and then pushed to SFDC. What's the best practice for Marketo?  does Marketo not check for the associated record in SFDC

Marketo support lead merge but it is either manually or contact Marketo Technical Support. Also, third party tool support to merge data. Marketo already dedupe the leads for, list import, API, fills out form but CRM it do not support.  I was wondering if there are other possible ways while creating smart campaign to resolve this too. Please comment if any other method is open to achieve merge process  Also, in API data insertion process duplicate lead are being generated how can this be resolved in Marketo.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks on taking and passing the Adobe DSP Certification exam?  I have over 15 years of experience in digital advertising and DSP's, and have significantly improved the performance on client campaigns, but this exam has me stumped.  I have gone through all of the learning/training materials at least 3x's.  Additional references tend to focus more on search, which I plan to take once i conquer the DSP one. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Community   We have been working on a custom built integration between our website (powered by Squiz Matrix CMS) and Marketo to create a website personalisation layer to make our website more dynamic. Before we go live, we wanted to check our integration is both best practice and secure for Marketo.   Our integration takes the munchkin ID of incoming visitors to the site if available, performs a lookup via the SOAP API on the record to determine specific known attributes, and uses this information to serve up personalised content and passing it to Google Analytics. In the future as we look to enhance personalisation, we may also store this information in a data store.     We looked at using the munchkin API, but this did not provide a definitive method for getting lead data back to our CMS. The lead data we are requiring are audience attributes so we can group audiences for specific messages on our website and also feed that data through to GTM for additional beh

Hi, community.We have pages on our site which we consider as "product view" in case of being visited by a user. Those pages may send not only one "global" mbox requests, they can also send several "not global" mbox requests related to AEM target components included on the page. All mbox requests utilize the same "targetPageParams" function returning entity.id and entity.categoryId values. Now the question:If a page sends, for example, 3 mbox requests having the same entity.* values, will this fact be treated by Target as if a user has viewed this product page 3 times ?

Hi, We have configured API's for Adobe Target and successfully able to retrieve the response for different calls. Is there a way we can make a call to HTML for specific campaign and pull it back in response??
