Solved

Can anyone help me with a solution to my click tracking issue. We have a tokeninzed webinar program. The email CTA is to register for a webinar using a token link to a registration landing page.Token = {{my.reg link}}Value in token = http://discover.companyname/landingpage.htmlThe link is not being tracked which I presumed is because the http:// is in the token value but I have tried it without the http:// and still no joy.

Up until a day ago, editing pages was possible on our author for the users in a specific group with admin (i.e. total) privileges, so that if they went on Sites they would see something like this:  Recently instead (and I cannot figure out what changed), logging in with the same users produces the outcome below: much more limited options... and in particular, the inability to edit pages.  We are running on a 6.5 instance. All the bundles are in Status Active or Fragmented. If I inspect the logs I find no relevant errors. The only thing I can register is that, if I forcefully try to edit a page by going on /editor.html/content/pagepath.html while logged with an admin account, similar errors occur:  The names of custom code are omitted from the images. In terms of permissions, the users of this user group have this level of access: What am I missing? What else is required for these users to be able to edit the pages?Thank you all very much.

New to Community and AEM 🙂 and this feels like 101 question, but have read up an searched but did not find any real info on Project Benefit of using it. (I did find info on how to create, issue etc.)  Our current structure we have numerous sites. Each sites was create by creating a page and then building from there. One of the main issues is that all users can see all the sites, etc so there is risk that marketing person can accidentally change another brand's site. I was wondering if this was something we can solve with Project.  Therefore what is the benefit of creating a site within a Project instead of creating from a page.

Hi, I Have an external Micrsoft SQL server database defined in the external account in my ACC. I am able to use the database from the "JavaScript code" activity  in the ACC workflows with no problem. However, when I am trying to query that external database from the "Script" Activity in the ACC web application(for example, by just a simple select sql query or a simple join), in the preview debug window. it shows some errors like below: Cannot load document of type 'External Accounts (nms:extAccount)' satisfying condition '([/@name] = 'MY_EXTERNAL_DATABASE_NAME)'. XSV-350062 Unable to start data source 'nms:extAccount:MY_EXTERNAL_DATABASE_NAME'. SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'ExecuteQuery' of service 'xtk:queryDef'. The same query works in the javascript code activity in workflow but does NOT work in the script activity in web application. Is there a way to configure the webapplication or other methods, that can let me to access the external d

Hi,In ACS is it possible to use an own new custom table other than the OOTB Profile table to configure a new Target Mapping. Can this new Target Mapping be used in the new email template along with the new custom table for Target Audience selection from only this custom table and its linked tables.?

Can someone please help me.I need to make an interactive email signature for 40 people. The same template but individualised information. I created the template for each one in Indesign, now I need to export it as a jpg/pdf and import it to Photoshop. In Indesign my file is 650px by 237px, after I export it I check the dimentions and the size is stretched almost 4 times bigger. (which then in the process means the email signature is bigger than the computer screen, which is defeating the purpose) I played around with the PPI- when i export it to 72PPI the dimentions stay the correct size, but then the file is so pixellated that I can't even read what is written on it, and so as I go up with the PPI the dimentions of the file also goes up. I have seen this issue with my Illustrator files aswell... How do I fix it?

Hi all,I'm using SPA SDK and adding custom React components to my pages.  That's going great.  I would like to know, has anyone successfully found a way to implement a layout container inside of a React component?  I'm reading through the API @adobe/cq-react-editable-components - npm but not finding it incredibly helpful with this particular situation. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi All, Is there a way to just copy the component and not its dialog element value ?we have a textfield which we are populating with random number and it should be unique for each authored component. But when I copy paste component, the textfield value is also getting copied. I am trying to find a way if there can be a way to read this event and values are not copied. Thanks in advannce !!!

Hi, I am working on AEM 6.3 and created a question component. Within that I have an RTE for the question and the options are within the multifield means author can have multiple options for his question. Within the multifield I have 2 properties - option text and correct value(radio to determine whether value is correct or not).         Now the issue is suppose author created a question with 4 options and he has selected first radio option as the correct answer and saved his dialog but then he realized the correct answer is second radio so he modified the value in dialog and saved it. Issue is on the next saves(after first when question was created) both the options first and second are coming as "true" within the JCR. Even if you modified component to select any other radio as correct, the existing radio values won't be changed to false and will remain true. Has anyone seen this type of issue? Attaching screenshot of the content.xml and Dialog

Have anyone seen a scenario where   An Email Performance Report mentions some bounces (hard+soft) A Smart list saying "Was Delivered Email" AND "Email Bounced" has results   The activity log of about a dozen of people in a program has a "Delivered" and "Bounced" stamp, reported at same time

Hi there,  We have a request to convert a url like this:/en/page/child to /en/page.childSo we are using a sling internal redirect rule to resolve this as the next one working as expected: rulejcr:primaryType="sling:Mapping"sling:internalRedirect="[/content/en/page/$1]"sling:match="content/en/page.(child)"reverse_rulejcr:primaryType="sling:Mapping"sling:internalRedirect="[content/en/page/(child)]"sling:match="content/en/page.$1" The same rule is applied in another language, for example spanish with a particular thing, it has a sling:Alias. You can find the node in crx as /es/page/child but if alias is applied it become /es/pagina/hija so we are applying the next rule: rulejcr:primaryType="sling:Mapping"sling:internalRedirect="[/content/es/pagina/$1]"sling:match="content/es/pagina.(hija)"reverse_rulejcr:primaryType="sling:Mapping"sling:internalRedirect="[content/es/pagina/(hija)]"sling:match="content/es/pagina.$1" The same rule as in english is throwing too m

We are having an issue where a user will be able to Edit/Delete and Publish with the following toolbar showing up when an asset is selected:However, whenever the same user selects a different asset within the same folder they are only able to select Properties and Delete:All of the permissions for the groups the user belongs to are set at the folder level and the access control panel in CRXDE doesn't show any access control policies are being set for the individual assets themselves. Does anyone know anything that could cause this?

Hello Folks,I have one requirement to display a list of Content fragment in a page. Let say in one Folder i have 10 CF. Then I have to display that CF in one page. Number of CF can be vary, as if we added or deleted some of CF in folder then it should be affected in page CF list where we are Listing. Now if i click any one of the CF title from list then it should redirect me to one detail page where all other things will be same only CF data will change accordingly. Means first page will be display all list of CF and after clicking one CF title  then it should redirect to detail page which has one dynamic part that is CF data. that we are displaying there. Can anyone let me know the best approach for this- to display list and how can we give reference to that particular CF in next page. Attachments- First -CF list which displays Image and title from CFAttachments- second - details Page where dynamic CF data ,  what is best approach to display the CF list an

I am trying to create property reference with lead standard objects with lead custom objects using variable as a property reference. In lead objects, I have only link id named as contactid which is linked to custom objects table name as activityI want this to be achieved ( $leadobjects.customobjectsPropertyName)I want to parse entire lead database, using custom objects property name. Please suggest how can I set variable in this case

Hello! Another reporting question for this brilliant group. We currently create various language projects based on a standard global project. We input the standard global project's reference number in a custom field that is on the language project custom form. We would love to be able to provide a link back to the global project based on that reference number. This would be especially useful within reports and within the portfolio views as a custom column... is this possible? It would even work in a calculated field if needed. Example: Global Project has Workfront reference number 1234 Language Projects A, B, C, D all have 1234 in the Global Project number field on the custom form. Desired Outcome: Show the Global Project name (the WF URL is probably wishful thinking?) next to the Language Projects on a report.

I am trying to create a custom calculation in a column on a report that will pull in specific custom form fields based on the value of another custom form field. To better explain, we have data flowing into one custom form through an integration that is housing deliverable data for everything that is related to the estimate. We open up one project per deliverable so need to be able to only show the information relevant that one deliverable. Current use case: We have information flowing down for up to four emails, but I want to creative a custom dashboard that can be part of users layouts on the project view that will only pull in the data relative to the email this project is for. So I am trying to get a text mode that will say IF custom form field Group equal Email 1 show Email 1 Versions, IF custom form field Group equal Email 2 show Email 2 Versions, IF custom form field Group equal Email 3 show Email 3 Versions, IF custom form field Group equal Email 4 show Email 4 Versions, IF cus

Hello, Lets assume that on our site developments teams tests its application with browsers that consist at least 80% of traffic on any given time. Now I should only know what they those browsers are, and tell them, right 🙂 I can easily list the percentage share of each browser, but how to make a calculated metric that would list the browsers needed to break that 80% threshold. For example on the snip attached the last browser would be Safari 13.0.5 Of course i could always tell team to count them by themselves, or use take csv-file but im looking for more elegant way... Thanks tr
