I'm in the process of turning on SSL for all of our landing pages. A lot of the templates we have in our instance have images embedded within them, all of which are currently logged on http vs https. While I am going into each individual landing page to update an HTTP -> HTTPS, do I also need to be doing this for any imagery on the page? Or am I only updating hardcoded URL domains? Any guidance would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Hi, I a creating a segment and having hard time to overcome flawed implementation with some quick n dirty: Hit 1 - AHit 2 - AHit 3 - AHit 4 - BIf I set in the Segment builder that State=A THEN Within 1 hits State=B with does Adobe check1) Hit 1 and Hit 2 = false or2) does it compare Hit 3 and Hit 4 which would mean that this Visit and Visitor would be included in the segment? There is unknown and varying amount of hits between state A and B and no way to control how many hits user sends before moving from A to B but just using Visit scope might lead to false positives. Thanks for your input!

Hi All, We noticed that the Old Gen Heap memory is getting filled up in JVM of our AEM instances at regular intervals. As a result, our instances were going into high CPU utilization mode when GC was triggered. After analysis of the heap dump we found that there is a huge accumulation of session objects under “org.eclipse.jetty.server.session.SessionData”. Web Sessions are not being cleared from server runtime memory. Our current site is only for logged-in users where the sign in is based on SSO. In the session we store the user information. It is created when user logs in and is invalidated when he logs off. We believe the session object pile up is because users don’t explicitly log-off, so the invalidate method is not called. We tried “Session Timeout” setting in “/system/console/configMgr” under 'Apache Felix Jetty Based Http Service”, but it does not help.Any advice or inputs on this scenario is highly appreciated. Thanks,Kiran

We are a financial services company, and we offer special reports on our website with financial guides and our take on market activity. We require readers to fill out a form with some basic information to access these reports, and they can also check a box indicating that they'd like an adviser to reach out to review their portfolio. If someone new to our database asks for a portfolio review, Marketo assigns them a lead owner so they can be followed up on. Some of our leads and prospects are older and not the most tech-savvy, and recently we've been seeing more and more people fill out 2 or 3 or more of these forms in very quick succession, probably without paying attention to what fields they're filling. When new leads do this, they run through multiple smart campaigns at the same time, getting assigned one lead owner, then immediately getting reassigned to another, which then has to be sorted out over email. I've been trying to think of a good way to prevent this using step

Hi Just a general question, according to the latest Adobe guidelines it states to avoid URL peronalization e.g. <%= url >, https://<%= url >, https://<%= domain >/path etc. Does anyone know when this came in to effect or has this always been there? The guidelines was updated in Apr 2020 but I want to understand has this always been the case or is new?. Regards Polik

Hi    I am working on a component in which I have some VML tags like below .  <!--[if mso]> <v:roundrect xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" xmlns:w="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word" href="/content/wknd/en/sports/la-skateparks" style="height:36px;v-text-anchor:middle;width:150px;" arcsize="5%" strokecolor="#EB7035" fillcolor="#EB7035"> <w:anchorlock/> <center style="color:#ffffff;font-family:Helvetica, Arial,sans-serif;font-size:16px;">I am a button →</center> </v:roundrect> <![endif]-->I want to rewrite the href="/content/wknd/en/sports/la-skateparks" value to lets say something like href="https://abc.com/sports/la-skateparks" . I have class which implements TransformerFactory for this ( something like this ) , but it is taking all the HTML tags we refer . Since the above tag is a VML based tag and not an HTML tag, even when I give the same, it is not pi

Hi all, I have a question regarding the profile merge rule choice as we just can't decide which one to choose. Our action plan is to target:- A first segment of our CRM Customers that we onboarded - we also want them to match with a login actionAND- A second segment of online customers not logged in but that visited specific areas of our website At the moment the choice of our profile merge rule is based on "Last Authenticated Profiles" + "Adobe Campaign - Person" + "Device profile" but I am scared it is not appropriate. What is the best option we should choose and why ? Many thanks,Val

Hi all,Hope you are staying safe.I wanted to check if anyone is aware of a solution to track page scroll percentage besides the solution provided in the Adobe Plugin: GetPercentPageViewed, this solution relies on the previous page viewed and I'm looking something that triggers more instant on the same page. I guess I'm looking something similar to what NatGeo does: https://www.nationalgeographic.com/

Hi,Calculated metrics seems to be missing from my metrics selections when I am building a new report in report builder.  This recently happened.  If I have an old report with calculated metrics, the data will still pull and refresh.  But if I go in and edit the request, the calculated metrics are missing.   Did something happen to it and how do I get this back?

We are working on a segmentation plan for IP Warm Up. We are able to segment by domain and engagement fields but cannot find a tool within smart lists to put a cap on an audience besides 'random sample' which only supports percentages. Is there another tool/filter that would allow us to say 'select top 5,000 from List A', for example? Or any other solutions re: segmenting for daily sending thresholds? Thanks!

We have data stored in a SFDC custom object that is 2 levels down to the Contact record (Contact --> Purchaser Profile --> Ticket) and according to Marketo, that SHOULD pull through in Velocity Scripting (it's only 3 levels down that's a no-go). But we aren't able to for some reason.  But if we go try to pull 2 levels down through a different route (Contact --> Order --> Order Line Item) we are successful.  The only difference I can see from pulling data from Ticket vs Order Line Item, is that the Ticket is a Look-up relationship to Purchaser Profile, whereas Order Line Item is a Master-Detail relationship to Order. Does anyone know if that makes a difference?  Thanks in advance!

We're trying to use the foreach directive in Velocity to list all the Order Dates that a contact had have, over time.  For example, Joe Smith placed an order today and one yesterday, so in the email I want it to list out both dates. I've used this script: <ul> #foreach ($Program_Order in $Program_Order__cList) <li>${Program_Order__cList.get(0).CreatedDate}</li> #end </ul>But in the email outputs, it just lists out yesterday's date, twice. So it's recognizing that Joe has 2 order records attached to it, but only populating it with the first order's created date in the list. What am I missing in the script?  Thanks!

Hello,I'm wondering if there are any API's to import audiences into the audience library from a source like for example google analytics (360).As a client of mine is using google analytics and would like to re-use their segments in the adobe experience cloud, i'm investigating possible options other then suggestion to migrate to Adobe Analytics to have the integrated adobe experience cloud features.Any advice?

An Adobe Target trainer told my client that mbox should be fired on pages where there are running experiments. This is apparently to reduce server calls, which would reduce licensing costs too. My client is using Target Standard. Firstly, my client is already using at.js through Launch. They’re not using the old mbox.js at all. So is mbox even a thing for my client? In Target’s interface, I see mbox referenced together with "Custom Code", e.g. when setting up a variation. So maybe it is still a thing even though they're using at.js? But in all of the Target implementation guides for both client-side JavaScript and also for Launch implementations, the guides just say to implement at.js in all pages. Then, in Adobe's pricing webpage at https://helpx.adobe.com/legal/product-descriptions/adobe-target.html, it states that Target Standard's license is based on Annual Page View Traffic. Based on the definition of "Page View", it does sound like running at.js on every

Every so often, the ContextHub UI will glitch out and show like this. To fix this what I've been doing is 'deselecting' the UI, and preview mode, reloading the page, waiting for a couple of seconds, then checking the UI again. AEM Version: 6.4.5Running on: Chrome Version 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Hi Team, We had recently observed an issue while trying to login to one of our production environments. PFB screenshot for the same. The error got resolved post appending port number to the URL. However, I have been using the environment since a long time without the port number in the instance url. Could anybody please help me understand what might have caused this change and why has the port number become a mandatory parameter in my instance URL now ? I would also like to mention that this issue was observed only on one of my production instance. I am able to access the other instance without appending the port number in the instance URL. Regards,Anushka

I'm looking to indicate the tracks with the various unsubscribed reasons, such as for example: a)Once a week sounds about rightb)Let's slow it down-only once a month, pleasec)I take it back! Keep the inspiration coming.d)It's just not working out. Unsubscribe me. If  the lead choose the reason "a" it should flag & these leads are must filtered for the future campaigns, if the future campaign is before 1 week. In the same way the all options should work respectively Can anyone help me out from this?

I have a User Custom Form and am attempting to add a calculated field. I entered the following If statement but it is invalid : IF({Manager ID} = "5dae0209016d5a41c078ff1296c5ae63", "Design", "Media") I'm not sure if the field name needs to be written using text mode format or if it's another issue. Can anyone help?
