Hi guys, I created an exclusion from Recipient Delivery Log schema vs Recipient tracking Log schema from several deliveries to get the "No Openers". Now I have received a list that was uploaded into Recipients schema and I need to exclude this list to the No Openers result. I have tried Change dimension or Enrichment to find a workaround but either I get errors or the exclusion throws 0 results. Do you guys know how to solve it? Regards,Raúl

Hello, I'm starting to use launch to implement Google Analitycs pixel by using adobe launch rules. I'd like know if it's possible to actually see the pixel ID number by using the gtag extension?  By now in the console I can see that launch is working, and I can see all the rules there but can't see the pixel ID number. Hope you can help me, thanks!

Hi, we don't have any experience with AEM Forms, but we thought, this could be the tool to solve a task for a customer. He want's to have 2 dropdown fields, which are connected together:This is the first problem: the values of Department should change if the country is changed. This MAY could be resolved with a huge list of departments, which are hidden and only the one, that is related to a country, will get visible. But I really don't think that this is best practice. The second (bigger) problem: the e-mail has to be generated trough country and department. There must be anywhere a list from the customer (third problem: the customer should be able to configure this list easy and not in a developer way).  We don't find a solution with OOTB tools from AEM. The when condition from the rules only affects 1 field, not more. So the second problem couldn't be resolved. Does anyone has experience with this kind of problem or a better solution than AEM Forms? Best

Hi, we are using data warehouse requests and everything works fine. Unfortunately we put a lot of ressources to unzip the exports 😞 Is there plan to change the compression type or add gzip compression in the next future? Like in Data Feeds, where bigger files are automatically splitted into smaller ones? ZIP it's not a supported format by Snowflake, Athena, etc .... Instead of unzip -> gzip -> load, we would like to load the exports directly. Regards,Piotr

I'm looking for some help in getting counts for records in Campaign.  I have an external transactions database that I'm querying as the target and filtering dimension.  Within the table is a field (MemberID) that can be duplicated across multiple transactions, so after I have the transactions returned that i'm looking for, I want to have a count of the number of times the Member ID appears.  Example:TransactionID (Key)MemberID111111222222311111422222533333 I want to get a count of the number of times the MemberID appears, but I'm having issues because the MemberID is not a key.  I have no problem doing counts other times with counts related to the table keys, but I'm lost on this one.  I'm looking for results like: Member IDCount of MemberID111112222222333331 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When clicked on "Salesforce CRM Configuration wizard", we see below error in logs:<faultString xsi:type='xsd:string'> SOP 330011 - Error while executing the method 'sfdcTableList' of service 'nms:extAccount' </faultString><detail xsi:type='xsiLstring'> -60 </detail>. Did anyone come across this error in the past? I'm building a report where I want to see how many Page Views per Visit happened among people who viewed a particular page. I have a Calculated Metric for Pages per Visit, which is Page Views / Visits. When I apply this metric to a page, it calculates based on how many page views that particular page got. I want to see how many Page Views happened across the entire Visit where a particular page was viewed. This can be done using a segment, but I can't reasonably create a segment for each of the pages I want to measure this for. You can see the difference in this screenshot:The top table shows measurement by page. The bottom table shows the measurement by segment. I want to get the bottom number, but without building a segment for every single page I want to measure. Is this possible? For reference, here's the segment I built for this example:

Hi There, We are using Adobe Mobile SDK 4.17.2 to implement adobe analytics in android. After the implementation, all the user actions are being tracked only after a fresh installation, where as in case the application has been updated from the playstore, the user information is not getting tracked. Can someone help us with identifying the cause?

Is there any limitation to add no of properties to a component. Right now I am having 248 properties added to our component. When I am adding more properties the I am getting content in different format i.e instead of JSON data I am getting an array of JSON paths. Is there any fix for the same? AEM 6.3 with classic UI

Our Marketo instance is synced with SFDC. That being said on one of our forms we have a comments area. The token to display these comments on internal alerts is {{lead.Request Comments}}. Now I would like to sync those comments as well to a custom salesforce field we created. The field is Form Comments (L). I added this step to our current smart campaign of whenever a lead fills out a form: However, when I go look at the Salesforce Field, nothing populates. What am I doing wrong ?

Hi, I'm trying setup AEM datastore on S3. Not using S3 from AWS but from other cloud provider (https://www.exoscale.com/). Is it possible to have the integration with any S3 storage or specifically has to be from AWS? As per the official document from Adobe, it doesn't say anything except AWS S3. Also, there's no property in config where domain can be provided. (https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/deploying/deploying/data-store-config.html#amazon-s-data-store)Please let me know if anyone has ever triedS3 setup with any other cloud provider. Thanks & Best regards,Himanshu Singhal

We have been using AEM (6.5) for a number of years now with a large number of DAM assets. Now we want to leverage Dynamic Media (Scene7) capabilities and need to migrate the exisitng assets on AEM author to Scene7. Some assets are currently published while a lot a unpublished atm.Wondering what the best way to migrate the assets from Author to Scene7 while:1) Keeping the author running - not to create too much load on the author so that its always responsive.2) Migrate the assets with their respective statues  - published / unpublished to preview / image server on Scene7Any advice on how to do this?Cheers,M.

I've created a new user orientation project for our new team members after they've been through the training. The pilot user was excited about it and actually wanted a score. So my question: 1. Do you have a similar training 'project' for your new users? 2. Any suggestions on how to add a 'scoring' for this project? I've added a text field to input the score per task received, but I'm not sure how to assign a value (x of how many possible). Christina

I'm basing a program on this imported template: BP-NUR Advanced Drip Nurture v3 Inside each of the nested programs is a smart campaign called "00 - Skip Email", which I'm guessing is a way to prevent users who have already downloaded that content from receiving an email about said content and move them on to the next cast: However, the only action in the flow is to Change Program Status to "Nurture Email > Skip":  I don't see this referenced anywhere in the actual "01 - Send Email" criteria or in the flow to prevent people with this status from being sent the email: Am I correct in assuming that this initial program that simply changes the status is as useless as Radioctive Man's goggles without any filter in the flow or smart list in the actual send program?  Thanks in advance for any advice. -Sam
