Hello, currently we are developing react component for Spa editor. We are now facing with the issue how to display component in preview/publish mode when we are still on author instance. The counterpart in sightly would <div data-sly-resource="${'path/to/resource' @ wcmmode='disabled'}"></div>What is the right way to achieve that in SPA react component? I did not find any hint in the documentation. Regards,Pawel

To begin with, since we implemented visitor ID service (and started using first party cookie for visitor id) our cross domain tracking got f*cked. The scenario is- a visitor lands on www.rackspace.co.uk- clicks on start a chat button and a new pop up come up- when a visitor types in something in the chat box event77 fires The issue is that now in marketing channels 60% of event77 go to session refresh channel. This would suggest that the chat window sees it as a new session but I maybe it simply sees it as a new visitor with a new ID. Could someone help out as I have no idea how to fix it.  Thanks for the help!

I have a work program that requires adobe air to run.  it shows it installed but in the setting it shows unavailable.  When trying  open documents to fill out, within our system it shows "error no PDF opener". I have windows 10 on a new computer.

I use after effects version 11.0.3.6 on a mac with yosemite osX and when importing a quicktime it gives me this message: file ‘[file name].mov’ cannot be imported – this ‘MooV’ file is damaged or unsupported. The files I'm trying to import were done in Final Cut Pro by a different user. When I go to my [OS Drive]/Library/QuickTime. to make a copy of DVCPROHDVideoOutput.component to the desktop I don't have it installed. I've had this problem before and I think I already erased it but that did not solve the problem before. I've also tried installing the Apple ProApps QuickTime Codecs 1.0.2 update but that didn't solve the problem either since I don't own Final Cut Pro, Compressor or Motion. I've read this crash only occurs in After Effects CC (12.0) because of some code but that it doesn't happen in older versions but in my case (version 11.0.3.6) it's not working either. If you know what else to do please let me know. Thanks.

I got this error:---------------------------Report Builder---------------------------The user Login process was unsuccessful, an invalid company was specified.---------------------------OK   ---------------------------Please help how to fix it?

Hi guys, having some issues with progressive profiling. Please see my form setup attached below. The idea is to get two iterations:First viewEmail First NameLast NamePhoneNoticeEmail opt inPhone opt inSMS opt inMail opt inSecond viewEmailJob TitleCompanyCountry However, the issue I am coming across is that once the form is filled in, it automatically pre-fills on the second view and never asks for the extra fields. I have disabled pre-fill on all fields, yet, no difference. Any ideas?

Hi,I wanted to take a relook at the Performance Timing Plugin to look at the page performance, but realised that the URL to it has been redirected to to getPageLoadTime plugin.I understand that the plugin was in beta and would be subjected to changes, but is there a reason why the change to just tracking the overall page load time only when the previous documentation breaks down the overall timing into individual performance metrics?

We have a component that runs a query builder to generate an RSS feed of blog posts.  This component seems to work fine on all environments (We are hosted on AMS with a dev environment, stage and production) on both author and publish instances except for our production publisher 1 instance (we have 2 publish servers in production).   This does not seem to be an issue with our component itself as I've tried debugging the query in the Query Builder Debugger and the query works fine everywhere but still fails in the debugger on the production publisher 1 instance.   The query looks like:path=/content/rsadev/en-us/blogtype=cq:PageContentorderby=@publishDateorderby.sort=descproperty=cq:templateproperty.value=/apps/rsa-www/templates/blogpostp.facets=true When I run this on any instance except Publisher 1 I get results fine (the query takes .04 seconds).  When I try and run this on the Publisher 1 instance.  It just gets stuck saying "Running

AEM 6.5.0 We have a requirement like assets to be published only when the asset has a particular value in properties.Let say jcr:content/metadata should have the property approved(Boolean)=true then only the asset should be published otherwise it should show an error popup. Can we customize the existing publish functionality or we have to create a custom workflow? If the solution is custom workflow then still publish menu is allowed to publish.

Hey guys, Author: localhost:4502publish1: localhost:4503 publish2: localhost:4504 i have an requirement i.e. from author user will be provided an option to publish a page from author to either publish1 or publish2 ar a time, please let me know if we can provide an option i.e. 'publish to publish1' and 'publish to publish2' so that there will not be any relation between publish1 and publish 2 during publishing. please let me know if any more information required.

I noticed there're 2 types of "s_vi" cookies. [1] regular oneName: s_viValue: [CS]v1|HEX-HEX[CE]Domain: COMPANIES_NAME.122(or121).2o7.net [2] another oneName: s_vi_RANDOMIZED VALUEValue: [CS]v4|HEX-HEX|RANDOMIZED VALUE[CE]Domain: 2o7.net What's the difference between [1] and [2]?And, what kind of situation [2] is created on? Thanks in advance for your help.

We have a number of Data Warehouse requests that run on daily schedule. The requests were created by one team member who is going to leave the company. Is there a way to transfer the ownership of those requests to another account? Can it be done via UI?

I'm creating an Email Delivery and to personalise content I'm using attributes from custom resources (using "Add data" tab in the Query). This is working fine however because the Test Profiles are not linked to any custom resources it is not possible to preview content with personalisation fields populated as well as send test message to test the personalisation fields and dynamic elements. I know that it's possible to preview the content for each recipient after the "prepare delivery" process however there should be a way to test the content before that?

Hi, When comparing impressions on a user level there seems to be a lot of impressions that were not present on the visit. Perhaps impressions are cached or another problem behind the scenes? Is there a way to change this setting so that we only capture those impressions on the current view.

Hi All,  I'm trying to use the classification rule builder and regular expression to remove our report suite prefix from our page names. See example below: Current: uofctest:full-time:programs Would like it to be: full-time:programs Any thoughts on how to accomplish this? Thanks for the help!

I have created a custom page action button.I need to show the Action button only when author is on a particular path in sites(http://localhost:4502/sites.html/content) view and hide otherwise. For example: i want this button only displayed when user is at any of the child pages of (http://localhost:4502/sites.html/content).I tried using render condition for this - https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/ui-widgets/path-rendercondition/index.htmlBut the issue is that render condition is getting evaluated only when page is refreshed. Is there a way i can either force re render the action bar in sites view and invoke the render condition every time user select a page in sites view ? without reloading the page

hi - if i have the following flow and want to create a segment that only includes visits where a user hits the home page then reaches checkout page without seeing any product details page. would this be the correct way based on AA documentation? Flow example: home page --> product details page X --> checkout page Segment:Broad container [Visit]page = 'home page'then page contains 'product details' (exclude HIT)thenpage = 'checkout' AA documentation : Exclude between checkpoints - https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/analytics/components/segmentation/segmentation-workflow/seg-sequential-build.html Enforce logic to segment visitors where a checkpoint did not explicitly occur between two other checkpoints.Example : Visitors that visited page A and then visited page C—but did not visit page B.Create this segmentCreate a segment as you would for a simple, mixed-level, or nested sequential segment and then set the EXCLUDE operator for the conta

Hello, In Workspace, I am using the percent change column to track YoY changes. I right click on a column and choose the date range I want to compare to, and the percent change column is generated. The percent change column seems to be generated in a way that is hard coded to the two input columns. Is there a way to set up a percent change column that is just attached to the two columns, and is NOT hard coded? It would be much easier to change date ranges and segments if I could do this. Currently if I change date ranges or segments on my columns, the percent change column does not always accurately reflect the change in date range or segment. I know the summary change visualization does this, attaches to 2 cells instead of being hard coded. Can the percent change column do that as well? Thanks!

We have come across one blog which has got >50k clicks  but all the other posts received far less, so it seems strange. Please help us identifying the root cause.
