Solved

As given in all the documentation, the solution to TarMK corruption is to run the 'check' run-mode on oak-run jar and revert the repository to the last known good revision by making changes to journal.log.But doing this would wipe out some of the recent data from the repository. Is there a way to know what data or content has been erased by reverting to an earlier revision? Also what would be the best way to get this data back? Thanks.

I was just testing some dialog validation and no matter what I do the form always saves and closes.(function (document, $, ns) {    "use strict";        $(document).on("click", ".cq-dialog-submit", function (e) {        e.stopPropagation();        e.preventDefault();        ns.ui.helpers.prompt({            title: Granite.I18n.get("Invalid Input"),            message: "Invalid input.",            actions: [{                id: "CANCEL",                text: "CANCEL",                className: "coral-Button"            }],            callback: function (actionId) {                if (actionId === "CANCEL") {                }            }        });    });    })(document, Granite.$, Granite.author); This is in the clientlibs of my component. My understanding is that when the submit button of the form is clicked, you will receive the invalid input dialog and be sent back to the dialog of the component. The Invalid Input dialog shows up, but the dialog of the component saves and closes.

Hi, on the individual delivery, there used to be a drop down in the top right corner that included "Click Thru". This showed a click heat map of sorts. Where did it go? Is there a way to print a click heat map?

Hi,i would like to replace the first two characters (value is always '33') of a text field with the value '0'. I tried the replace function with a left function inside -> Replace(Field, Left(Field, 2), '0') and i also tried it with a substring function -> Replace(Field (Substring(Field, 1, 2)),'0'). The first case throws an error, the second one works, but it does replace all '33' values in the field and i need it to replace only the first two characters. Thank you so much in advance for helping out or sharing your ideas on this.Regards,Malte

Hi allJust wondering if it is really necessary to take a planned DB backup before applying a change to the recipient extended schema? DB is about 10M records, I would not want to lock it by the schema update We do have a planned backup/deployment in conjunction with Adobe in a few weeks but I need to add a field now for an urgent requirementCheersHugo

I am using Banners to link to web content that contain mailto: and tel: links. On iOS, these links work as they should. However, Android displays an error: "Web page not available net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME". When the same page is opened using the default Device Browser, the links work fine.I tried to modify the config.xml in the root by adding <access origin="mailto:*" launch-external="true" /> and <access origin="tel:*" launch-external="true" />. I rebuilt the app using a custom shell with the modified config.xml and appropriate plugins. However, this didn't resolve the problem.I am wondering if anyone has a come across a solution or workaround for this problem.

Hi there,We have several people that have left the business since we implemented Adobe Experience Cloud. We have removed their accounts/product access/details through the Admin Console, however, all users still appear in the User list within Analytics (Admin > Analytics Users & Assets). It's not that they've all been removed a week ago and are still appearing, some were removed months ago and are still listed as users in Analytics. Why would this be happening? Do we need to remove them from here too? Would the user still be able to access Analytics in this scenario?Lastly, does this happen for any other products in the Experience Cloud stack that anyone knows of?Cheers,Tahni

Hey guys, i have read so much about hit, visit and visitor segments, but we do not get this problem:How Analytics is tracking in this case? We had a campaign, where Adobe View Tracking was activated for a campaign (therefore we have created the Segment "iq 346600", just to track this campaign). The campaign runs from august to october. but if i am changing the date range from january to october, the number of our Segment "wirtschaft" is increasing, but why? Where does this additional unique user come from, because in the month before august that campaign did not run, so for me the number of unique Visitors should be the same in both parts. Or is it possible, that someone qualified himself for a Segment in for example April, but if the date range in Analytics starts after April, he will not be counted? we do not get it, why the number changes. fyi: If I only consider the period in which the campaign did not run (beginning of the year until July), the number of unique visitors in the seg

We are using "excerpt" property in our query to show the description in search results. We have configured two fields "jcr:description" and "subtitle" as excerpt properties in QueryBuilderImpl configuration. It is working fine, until the description has less than 150 characters. If it is more than 150 characters, then the excerpt property returns only part of the description, but the issue is it breaks and returns the ending part of the description, not the staring part. For example, if my jcr:description is as belowThis is a sample text to show how the excerpt property behaves when the description has more than 150 characters, so i have added 158 characters in this text. The excerpt property returns, characters, so i have added 158 characters in this text.Is there any configuration, where we can change the character length for the excerpt property? Can we make any change to at least show the starting part of the description rather than the ending part? Thanks & Regards,P. Vazahat Fat
